किसानों की ओर से नए कृषि कानूनों का विरोध किया जा रहा है. वहीं कई राजनीतिक पार्टियां भी इन कानूनों का विरोध कर रही हैं. इस बीच केरल विधानसभा में एलडीएफ और यूडीएफ दोनों पार्टियों के विधायकों के समर्थन के साथ तीन विवादास्पद केंद्रीय कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया है. केरल के सीएम पिनाराई विजयन ने एक घंटे के विशेष सत्र में केवल किसानों के मुद्दे पर चर्चा की और विधानसभा में प्रस्ताव पारित किया. इन कानूनों के खिलाफ पिछले एक महीने से दिल्ली बॉर्डर पर किसान डटे हुए हैं और पिछले हटने का नाम नहीं ले रहे हैं.
इस दौरान बीजेपी विधायक ओलानचेरी राजगोपाल ने प्रस्ताव का विरोध किया. हालांकि यह स्पष्ट नहीं है कि उन्होंने इसके खिलाफ मतदान किया था या नहीं. नए कानूनों को तत्काल निरस्त करने की मांग करते हुए प्रस्ताव को आगे बढ़ाते हुए सीएम विजयन ने कहा कि देश अब किसानों के जरिए किए जा रहे विरोध प्रदर्शन का गवाह है. उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि संसद में पारित कृषि कानून न केवल किसान विरोधी है,बल्कि कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक भी हैं. साथ ही अब तक विरोध के दौरान कम से कम 32 किसानों की मौत हो गई है. इससे पहले पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री अमरिंदर सिंह भी विधानसभा में कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ प्रस्ताव ला चुके हैं.
वहीं केरल के सीएम विजयन ने कहा,जब लोगों को अपने जीवन को प्रभावित करने वाले कुछ कानूनों के बारे में चिंता होती है, तो विधानसभाओं की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी होती है कि वे एक गंभीर दृष्टिकोण रखें. उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि देश की संस्कृति का हिस्सा है. केंद्र ऐसे समय में कानून लेकर आया,जब कृषि क्षेत्र चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहा था. उन्होंने कहा कि इससे किसान चिंतित थे कि वे वर्तमान समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) को भी खो देंगे.

Proposal passed against Center's agricultural laws in Kerala Legislative Assembly
New agricultural laws are being opposed by the farmers. At the same time, many political parties are also opposing these laws. Meanwhile in the Kerala Legislative Assembly, a resolution has been passed against three controversial central agricultural laws with the support of MLAs of both LDF and UDF parties. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan discussed the issue of farmers only in a special one-hour session and passed a resolution in the assembly. Farmers have been protesting against these laws on the Delhi border for the last one month and are not taking the name of the last withdrawal.
During this,BJP MLA Olancheri Rajagopal opposed the proposal. However, it is not clear whether he voted against it or not. Seeking to repeal the new laws immediately, while advancing the proposal,CM Vijayan said that the country is now witness to the protests being carried out through farmers. He alleged that the agricultural legislation passed in Parliament is not only anti - farmer,But also corporate supporters. Also, at least 32 farmers have died during the protest so far. Earlier, Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has also brought a resolution against agricultural laws in the Assembly.
On the other hand, Kerala CM Vijayan said, when people are worried about some laws affecting their lives, it is the moral responsibility of legislatures to take a serious view. He said that agriculture is part of the country's culture. The Center brought legislation at a time when the agricultural sector was facing challenges. He said that the farmers were worried that they would lose the current support price (MSP) as well.
