साथ ही जिले के सभी 104 ग्राम पंचायतों में देवगुड़ी का भी निर्माण किया जायेगा। प्रत्येक देवगुड़ी के लिए 6 लाख रूपये की घोषणा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि देवगुड़ी निर्माण सहित अन्य सुविधाओं के लिए कुल 9 लाख रूपये खर्च किये जायेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने वहां ग्रामीणों की मांग पर नारायणपुर और कांकेर जिले को जोड़ने वाली मुख्य सड़क नारायणपुर - अंतागढ़ स्टेट हाईवे के चौडीकरण एवं मजबूतीकरण करने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने जिला मुख्यालय नारायणपुर में सर्व सुविधायुक्त मंगल भवन का निर्माण करने तथा नगर के बंधुवा तालाब के सौंदर्यीकरण एवं गहरीकरण के लिए 6 करोड़ रूपये स्वीकृत करने की घोषणा भी की।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने नारायणपुर में विकास कार्यों के लोकार्पण एवं भूमिपूजन के पश्चात् जिले की जनता को नव वर्ष की बधाई देते हुए कहा कि जिले की जनता में उत्साह और काम करने की ललक देखकर मुझे अपार खुशी हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना के तहत् गन्ना,मक्का एवं धान उत्पादक किसानों को 10 हजार प्रति एकड़ के हिसाब से लाभ पहुंचाया जा रहा है,अब कोदो,कुटकी उत्पादक किसानों को भी इस योजना के तहत् जोड़ा जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार वनवासियों को वन अधिकार मान्यता पत्र प्रदान करने का कार्य कर रही है,निरस्त दावों का पुनः परीक्षण कर पात्रतानुसार हितग्राहियों को वन अधिकार पट्टा प्रदान किया जा रहा है। अबूझमाड़ क्षेत्र का सर्वे सेटेलाईट के माध्यम से कराया जाकर वहां वनभूमि में काबिज लोगों को भी वन अधिकार पट्टा प्रदान किये जायेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार संकट की घड़ी में आपके साथ हमेशा खड़ी है। सरकार द्वारा कोरोना काल में भी लघु वनोपज की खरीदी की गयी,पहले केवल 7 प्रकार के लघु वनोपज की खरीदी होती थी,हमारी सरकार द्वारा 52 प्रकार के लघुवनोपजों की खरीदी की जा रही है। कोरोना काल में मनरेगा के माध्यम से लोगों को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने में हमारा राज्य पूरे देश में अग्रणी रहा है। अन्य राज्यों से आने वाले श्रमिकों की सुविधाओं का ध्यान रखा गया तथा लोगों को 3 महीने का निःशुल्क राशन भी उपलब्ध कराया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री हाट-बाजार क्लीनिक योजना की शुरूआत बस्तर संभाग से किया गया, जो अब पूरे राज्य में संचालित किये जा रहे है। राज्य में कुपोषण के खिलाफ अभियान भी चलाया जा रहा है, वर्तमान में 77 हजार बच्चे कुपोषण से मुक्त हो चुके हैं। मलेरिया मुक्त बस्तर अभियान के तहत् 14 लाख घरों में जाकर स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण किया गया, ताकि मलेरिया से किसी को मौत न हो, इस अभियान में हम निश्चित रूप से सफल होंगे।
इस अवसर पर लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी एवं ग्रामोद्योग मंत्री तथा नारायणपुर जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री गुरू रूद्र कुमार ने आमसभा को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश के सभी क्षेत्रों में विकास हो रहा है तथा लोग अब आत्म सम्मान से जीने लगे हैं। कार्यक्रम को आबकारी मंत्री कवासी लखमा ने संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि बस्तर विकास प्राधिकरण एवं सरगुजा विकास प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष पूर्व में मुख्यमंत्री हुआ करते थे,हमारी सरकार का गठन होने के बाद स्थानीय लोगों को अध्यक्ष बनने का मौका दिया गया, जिससे सही मायने में इन क्षेत्रों का विकास हो रहा है, जिससे स्थानीय लोगों के हितों की रक्षा हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ हिन्दुस्तान का इकलौता राज्य है, जहां पर गोबर की खरीदी हो रही है और लोगों को गोबर बेचने से भी आमदनी प्राप्त हो रही है।
स्थानीय सांसद दीपक बैज एवं विधायक चंदन कश्यप और राज्य सभा सांसद फूलोदेवी नेताम ने भी सभा को संबोधित किया तथा कहा कि भूपेश सरकार किसानों के मसीहा हैं और उनके सुख - दुख में हमेशा साथ खड़े हैं। कार्यक्रम में राजस्व मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल, अंतागढ़ विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विधायक अनूप नाग, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्यामबती नेताम, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष सुनीता मांझी, रजनू नेताम और ग्रामीणजन उपस्थित थे।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने किया 26 कार्यों का भूमिपूजन एवं 14 कार्यों का लोकर्पण :- नारायणपुर में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने 77 करोड़ 80 लाख रूपये के 26 कार्यों का भूमिपूजन एवं 8 करोड़ 11 लाख रूपये के 14 कार्यों का लोकर्पण किया। भूमिपूजन से संबंधित कार्यो में प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के राजनांदगांव बारसूर रोड से माहका, खोड़गांव अंजरेल फुटहिल सी.सी.रोड निर्माण, नारायणपुर-गारपा मार्ग से आकाबेड़ा, ब्रेहबेड़ा से कंदाड़ी - कीहकाड - मुरनार - बेचा मार्ग, ट्रांजिट हॉस्टल नारायणपुर, 3 आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों का भवन निर्माण, एनआरसी कक्ष निर्माण छोटेडोंगर, ग्राम माहका, बिंजली, बेनूर, झारा एवं एड़का के धान संग्रहण केंद्र में शेड निर्माण, इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल सिंगोड़ीतराई में डोम एवं अतिरिक्त कक्ष निर्माण, भाटपाल में उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र भवन निर्माण, छोटेडोंगर, कोंगेरा, धौड़ाई, बेनूर, माहका, गरांजी एवं बिंजली में धान चबूतरा निर्माण, छोटेडोंगर एवं कांेगेरा में यात्री प्रतीक्षालय निर्माण, नारायणपुर/ओरछा में सामुदायिक शौचालय निर्माण, ओरछा में बाजार शेड निर्माण, 12 स्थानों में सोलर हाई मास्ट संयंत्र की स्थापना एवं 6 स्थानों में सोलर पम्पों की स्थापना सहित गली कंक्रीटीकरण कार्यों का भूमिपूजन शामिल है।
इसी प्रकार मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल द्वारा 12 कार्यों का लोकार्पण भी किया गया। जिसमें आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र भवन घोटियापारा एवं कौशलनार, 15 नग धान चबूतरा, इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल में डायनिग शेड निर्माण, उप स्वास्थ्य नवीन भवन बड़ेजम्हरी, कुकड़ाझोर में नवीन पंचायत भवन, समुदायिक भवन महिमागवाड़ी, अटल समरसता भवन ओरछा, 30 ग्रामो में सोलर ड्यूल पम्प, 30 स्थलो में सोलर हाई मास्ट संयंत्र, बीएसएनएल टावर ओरछा में सोलर पावर प्लांट तथा कुकड़ाझोर एवं एडका में नवनिर्मित थाना भवन इत्यादि विकास कार्य शामिल है। निर्माण कार्यों के लोकार्पण और भूमिपूजन के अवसर पर विकास प्रदर्शनी भी आयोजित की गयी थी। जिसका अवलोकन मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा किया गया एवं योजनाओं के प्रदर्शन के लिए तारीफ प्रशंसा की गयी।

Announcing Rs 6 lakh for each Devguri, he said that a total of Rs 9 lakh will be spent for the construction of Devguri and other facilities. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel announced the widening and strengthening of the Narayanpur - Antagarh State Highway, the main road connecting Narayanpur and Kanker districts, on the demand of villagers there. He also announced to sanction Rs 6 crore for the construction of Mangal Bhawan with all facilities at the district headquarters Narayanpur and for beautification and deepening of the Bandhuwa pond of the city.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel congratulated the people of the district on the new year after the inauguration of the development works and Bhoomi Pujan in Narayanpur and said that I am happy to see the enthusiasm and willingness of the people in the district to work. He said that under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyaya Yojana,farmers growing sugarcane, maize and paddy are being benefited at the rate of 10 thousand per acre. Now Kodo, farmers producing Kutki will also be added under this scheme. The Chief Minister said that our government is working to provide forest rights recognition letters to the forest dwellers,forest rights lease is being given to the beneficiaries as per eligibility after re-examining the canceled claims. The survey of Abujhmad area will be done through satellite,and people holding forest land will also be given forest rights pattas.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that our government is always standing with you in the hour of crisis. Small forest produce was purchased by the government even during the Corona period, earlier only 7 types of minor forest produce were purchased,52 types of micro-forest produce are being purchased by our government. In the Corona era,our state has been a pioneer in providing employment to the people through MNREGA.
The facilities of workers coming from other states were taken care of and 3 months free ration was also made available to the people. He said that Mukhyamantri Haat-Bazar Clinic Scheme was started from Bastar Division,which is now being operated in the entire state. A campaign against malnutrition is also being run in the state, currently 77 thousand children have become free from malnutrition. Under the Malaria Free Bastar Abhiyan, health testing was done in 14 lakh homes so that no one dies from malaria, we will definitely be successful in this campaign.
On this occasion, the Minister of Public Health Engineering and Village Industries and in-charge of Narayanpur district, Guru Rudra Kumar, while addressing the general meeting said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, development is going on in all areas of the state and people are now living with self respect. . Addressing the program, Excise Minister Kavasi Lakhma said that the president of Bastar Development Authority and Surguja Development Authority was formerly The Chief Minister used to be, after the formation of our government, the local people were given the opportunity to become the president, which is truly developing these areas, thereby protecting the interests of the local people. He said that Chhattisgarh is the only state in India where cow dung is being procured and people are getting income from selling cow dung.
Local MP Deepak Badge and MLA Chandan Kashyap and Rajya Sabha MP Phoolodevi Netam also addressed the gathering and said that Bhupesh Sarkar is the messiah of farmers and always stands together in their happiness and sorrow. Revenue Minister Jaisinghwal, MLA from Antagarh Assembly constituency Anup Nag, District Panchayat President Shyambati Netam, Municipality President Sunita Manjhi, Rajnu Netam and villagers were present in the program.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel performed Bhoomipujan of 26 works and inaugurated 14 works: - In a program organized in Narayanpur, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated 26 works worth Rs 77 crore 80 lakh and 14 works worth Rs 8 crore 11 lakh. Works related to Bhoomipujan include construction of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana from Rajnandgaon Barsoor Road to Mahka, Khodgaon Angrela Foothill CC Road construction, Narayanpur-Garpa Road. Akabeda, Brehbera to Kandari - Kihkad - Murnar - Becha Marg, Transit Hostel Narayanpur, Building of 3 Anganwadi Centers, NRC Room Construction Chhedtongar, Shed Construction at Paddy Collection Center at Village Mahka, Bingali, Benur, Jhara & Etka, English Medium School In singoditrai Dome and additional room construction, sub-health center building at Bhatpal, construction of Chhotedongar, Kangera, Dhaudai, Paddy platform in Benur, Mahka, Garanji and Binjali, Passenger waiting room construction in Chothedongar and Kanggera, Community toilet construction at Narayanpur / Orchha,Orchha Market shed construction, installation of solar high mast plant in 12 places and installation of solar pumps in 6 places include land reclamation of street concreting works.
Similarly, 12 works were also released by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. In which Anganwadi Kendra Bhawan Ghotiyapara and Kaushalnar, 15 Nos. Of Paddy Chabutara, Construction of Dining shed in English Medium School, Sub Health Naveen Bhawan Badejamhari, Naveen Panchayat Bhawan in Kukadzhor, Community Building Mahimagwadi, Atal Samarsata Bhawan Orchha, 30 Villages include solar dual pump, solar high mast plant at 30 sites, solar power plant at BSNL Tower Orchha and newly constructed police station building at Kukadzhor and Edka. A development exhibition was also organized on the occasion of the inauguration of the construction works and Bhoomi Pujan. Which was observed by the Chief Minister and was praised for the performance of the schemes.
