जिला विकास योजना के निर्माण के साथ ही सुशासन,आधुनिक तकनीक का अधिकतम उपयोग,योजनाओं का बेहतर क्रियान्वयन,नागरिकों को समय पर आवश्यक सेवाएं देने,सुदृढ़ कानून व्यवस्था,सभी तरह के माफिया को नेस्तनाबूत करने की हमारी प्राथमिकता है। सभी कलेक्टर्स,कमिश्नर्स और शासन स्तर के अधिकारी इन लक्ष्यों के अनुकूल कार्य करते हुए परफार्म करें। अच्छा कार्य प्रदर्शन करने वाले ही पदों पर कायम रहेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आज मंत्रालय में वर्चुअल कलेक्टर्स,कमिश्नर्स कान्फ्रेंस के प्रथम सत्र में कहा कि यह आवश्यक है कि राज्य में गुंडागर्दी,नक्सलवाद,तस्करी आदि की समाप्ति के लिए तात्कालिक और दीर्घकालिक प्रयास हों। कॉन्फ्रेंस में मुख्य सचिव इकबाल सिंह बैंस और अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस द्वारा मैदानी अधिकारियों से विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा प्रारंभ योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में भी मध्यप्रदेश को अव्वल रहना है। हमारे प्रयासों की पराकाष्ठा होना चाहिए ताकि अच्छे परिणाम प्राप्त हों।
स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा जरूरी,अंधी गली में नहीं चलना है :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश को हर योजना में नंबर वन रहना है। जिलों में स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा होना चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश को प्रधानमंत्री जी की योजनाओं में भी आगे रहना है। कलेक्टर्स भी स्थानीय स्तर पर जिले के विकास की योजनाएं बनाएं। हमें अंधी गली में नहीं चलना है। योजनाओं की नियमित मॉनीटरिंग हो। कमिश्नर और आई.जी. भी अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र में सभी कार्यों पर नजर रखें। विकास का वार्षिक प्लान तैयार करना है। एक अप्रैल से इस प्लान पर चलना है। हर माह समीक्षा होगी। इसी आधार पर जिले की रेटिंग होगी, विभागों की भी रेटिंग होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें राजस्व भी बढ़ाना है। धनराशि की कमी का तर्क नहीं चलेगा। जिलों की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण होगी।
कोरोना वैक्सीन :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि सभी जिले नागरिकों को कोरोना वैक्सीन लगाने की तैयारियां करें। सबसे पहले प्राथमिकता वाले समूह टीके लगवाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि उन्होंने तय किया है कि वे पहले टीका नहीं लगवाएंगे। प्राथमिकता समूह को पहले इसका लाभ मिलना चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कलेक्टर्स को निर्देश दिए कि टीकाकरण के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अमले के प्रशिक्षण बाद आगे की प्रक्रिया को गति प्रदान करना है। टीकाकरण की व्यवस्था को लागू करने के लिए जिला स्तर के अमले को सक्रिय होना है।
समर्थन मूल्य पर धान और अन्य अनाज की खरीदी :- कॉन्फ्रेंस में कलेक्टर्स को समर्थन मूल्य पर धान खरीदी, धान मिलिंग के संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि खरीदी में किसानों को किसी प्रकार की समस्या नहीं होनी चाहिए। खरीदी पश्चात बिलिंग एवं भुगतान की कार्यवाही शीघ्र की जाये। जहां बाजरे के भुगतान की स्थिति संतोषप्रद नहीं है वे जिले तत्काल भुगतान की कार्यवाही करें। जिन जिलों में परिवहन की गति धीमी रही है अथवा स्वीकृतियों में विलंब हुआ है वे इस पर ध्यान दें।
खरीदी केंद्रों पर छोटे एवं बदरंग दाने आने के कारण खरीदी को ना रोका जाए और किसानों की फसल खरीदी जाए। जिन खरीदी केंद्रों पर तुलाई के लिए पैसों की मांग की जा रही है अथवा तुलाई में गड़बड़ी की जा रही है वहां ऐसे लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की जाए। कलेक्टर ऐसे उपाय करें जिससे तुलाई केंद्रों पर किसानों से तुलाई और लोडिंग का पैसा ना लिया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने धान खरीदी और ज्वार, बाजरे की स्थिति जिलों से जानकारी प्राप्त की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार किसान मित्र सरकार है। उन्होंने धान, ज्वारे, बाजरा खरीदी में अच्छा कार्य करने वाले कुछ जिलों को बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि कलेक्टर्स मौसम को देखते हुए धान की सुरक्षा करें, अस्थायी केब का प्रबंध करें।
अनियमितताओं पर हुई कार्यवाही :- कॉन्फ्रेंस में बताया गया कि 08 जिलों में खाद्यान्न उपार्जन में अनियमितताएं होने पर प्रकरण दर्ज किया गया है। कुल 32 एफ.आई.आर.कर 55 संस्थाओं और व्यक्तियों के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही की गई है। लगभग 05 हजार क्विंटल धान जप्त किया गया। प्रदेश में 32 वाहन भी जप्त किए गए हैं। रीवा में 16 वाहन जप्त किए गए। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इसके लिए रीवा कलेक्टर को बधाई दी। कॉन्फ्रेंस में जानकारी दी गई कि प्रदेश में 03 जनवरी तक 25 लाख 39 हजार 613 मीट्रिक टन धान खरीदी हुई है। इसी तरह ज्वार और बाजरा भी करीब सवाल दो लाख मीट्रिक टन खरीदा जा चुका है।
कुल 4.28 लाख किसानों से खरीदी हुई। इन्हें भुगतान का कार्य भी हो चुका है। कुल 87 प्रतिशत परिवहन हो गया है। प्रमुख सचिव खाद्य फैज अहमद किदवई ने बताया कि भारत सरकार के अधिकारियों ने ग्वालियर, जबलपुर संभाग भ्रमण कर धान की गुणवत्ता भी देखी जो संतोषजनक है। ग्वालियर,चंबल संभाग को छोड़कर शेष संभागों में धान खरीदी 16 जनवरी तक चलेगी। प्रदेश में 1417 उपार्जन केन्द्रों के लिए 1747 गुणवत्ता सर्वेयर पंजीबद्ध हैं। ज्वार और बाजरा का उपार्जन कार्य पूरा हो गया है। उपार्जन कार्य में पाँच जिलों का प्रदर्शन श्रेष्ठ हैं जिनमें होशंगाबाद, नरसिंहपुर, पन्ना, बैतूल और रायसेन शामिल हैं। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने शेष जिलों को अपेक्षित प्रगति के प्रयास करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने धान के भंडारण और बारदाना व्यवस्था की भी जानकारी ली।
वैध उत्खनन नहीं रोकें अवैध के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्यवाही हो :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने रेत उत्खनन के संबंध में कलेक्टर्स को निर्देश दिए कि वैध ठेकेदारों को परेशान न करते हुए अवैध खनन और परिवहन करने वालों के विरूद्ध कड़ी कार्यवाही हो। उन्होंने कहा कि कमिश्नर भोपाल कवीन्द्र कियावत ने रेत उत्खनन के बाद वाहनों की चेकिंग के लिए बनाई गई व्यवस्था से राजस्व बढ़ा है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इस व्यवस्था को अन्य जिलों को भी अपनाने को कहा।
मिलावट के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही जारी रहे :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि किसी भी स्थिति में मिलावट करने वालों को न बख्शें। मटर में हरा रंग, मिर्च में लाल रंग घातक है। आलू में एसिड मिलने का काम इंदौर में हो रहा था। इन मामलों का स्वास्थ्य विभाग फालोअप करे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इंदौर में मिलावट के लिए दोषी फैक्ट्री तोड़ी गई, ये अच्छी कार्यवाही है। कॉन्फ्रेंस में मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थो के विरूद्ध संचालित अभियान की जानकारी देते हुए बताया गया कि नीमच, देवास, उज्जैन, भिंड, अशोकनगर और मुरैना जिलों में अच्छी कार्यवाही हुई है। मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलावार जानकारी ली। उन्होंने अच्छा कार्य करने वालों को बधाई और पिछड़े जिलों को अधिक ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए।
समय पर खाद्यान्न न बांटना पाप है :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि समय पर खाद्यान्न का वितरण न करना अपराध है, एक तरह का पाप है। उन्होंने कहा कि कलेक्टर्स ऐसे मामलों में सख्त कार्यवाही करें। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने सतना में उपभोक्ता भंडार संचालक पर की गई कार्यवाही की तारीफ की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस तरह की कार्यवाही अन्य जिले भी सतत रूप से करें। खाद्यान्न की कालाबाजारी गरीबों के पेट पर लात मारने का जुर्म है। ऐसे अपराधियों को बिल्कुल न छोड़ें। कॉन्फ्रेंस में बताया गया कि राशन और खाद्यान्न की कालाबजारी के विरुद्ध एक्शन लेने वाले प्रदेश के प्रथम पाँच जिलों में दतिया, मुरैना, छतरपुर, ग्वालियर, सागर शामिल हैं।
भू-माफियाओं से मुक्त करना है मध्यप्रदेश :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने प्रदेश में कानून,व्यवस्था और अपराध नियंत्रण के संबंध में विस्तार से जानकारी प्राप्त की। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश को माफिया मुक्त करना है। उन्होंने कांफ्रेंस में साफ शब्दों में दोहराया कि गरीबों को कहीं परेशान न होना पड़े,यह सुनिश्चित करें। अतिक्रमण के नाम पर सामान्य व्यक्ति के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही न हो। गुंडे,रसूखदार के विरुद्ध हो एक्शन अवश्य लिया जाए।
उन्होंने प्रभावी नक्सल विरोधी कार्यवाही परबालाघाट एसपी को बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कार्यवाही के लिए पुलिस अधीक्षक,बालाघाट सहित उनकी पूरी टीम की बधाई की पात्र है। कॉन्फ्रेंस में पुलिस महानिदेशक विवेक जौहरी ने बताया प्रदेश में माफिया विरोधी अभियान के तहत करीब 900 हेक्टेयर सरकारी भूमि रसूखदारों से मुक्त करवाई गई है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कलेक्टर्स से मुक्त करवाई भूमि का उपयोग सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर गुना ने बताया कि मुक्त करवाई गई भूमि पर कालेज बनाने की पहल की गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने रीवा कलेक्टर को बधाई दी जिन्होंने 42 एकड़ भूमि मुक्त करवाई। इसी तरह उन्होंने कलेक्टर मंदसौर को डेढ़ करोड़ प्रापर्टी की जप्ती के लिए की गई कार्यवाही पर बधाई दी। उन्होंने देवास, बड़वानी, सागर, ग्वालियर कलेक्टर्स को भी अच्छी कार्यवाही के लिए बधाई दी। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि इस दिशा में अच्छा काम करने वाले पुरस्कृत किए जाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने निर्देश दिए कि चिट फंड कम्पनियों के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। कॉन्फ्रेंस में बताया गया कि प्रदेश में करीब 200 से ज्यादा मामलों में कार्यवाही हुई है।
अवैध चिट फंड कंपनियों पर शिकंजा,मध्यप्रदेश के नवाचारों की सराहना :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस को चिट फंड कंपनियों की अवैध गतिविधियों को रोकने के लिए बधाई दी। प्रदेश में करीब पांच लाख नागरिकों को उनकी डूबी राशि वापस मिल गई है। कुल 825 करोड़ रुपये की राशि निवेशकों को मिल सकी। मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस महानिदेशक को इसके लिए बधाई दी।
कॉन्फ्रेंस में बताया गया कि सहारा इण्डिया द्वारा मध्यप्रदेश में 1 मई से 31 अक्टूबर 2020 के मध्य 618 करोड़ रूपये वापस किए गए। पुलिस महानिदेशक ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मध्यप्रदेश के दो नवाचारों की प्रशंसा हुई है, इनमें 1090 द्वारा फीडबैक प्राप्त करने और महिला अपराध के संबंध में पीड़िता को एफ.आई.आर. की प्रति देने की व्यवस्था शामिल है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इसके लिए भी मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस को बधाई दी।
चिटफंड कम्पनियों के विरूद्ध की गई प्रमुख कार्यवाहियां
* जिला रीवा : साई प्रकाश प्रोपर्टी लिमिटेड की 42 एकड जमीन कुर्क करने के आदेश पारित।
* जिला मंदसौर : हलधन रियर्ल्टीट इंडिया लिमिटेड की रूपये 1.5 करोड की सम्पित्ति कुर्क करने के आदेश पारित।
* जिला नीमच : फ्यूचर मेकर लाईफ केयर प्राईवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी के रूपये 5.5 करोड फ्रीज।
* जिला बडवानी : बीएन गोल्डई प्र.लि.कं.,आर.के.आर कंपनी,गुरू साई रियल स्टेकट कंपनी की कुल रूपये 5 करोड़ 47 लाख मूल्य की संपत्तियों को कुर्क करने के आदेश पारित।
* जिला सागर : सहारा क्रेडिट को-ऑपरेटिव सोसायटी की 40.41 हेक्टशयर भूमि कुर्क करने आदेश पारित।
* जिला ग्वालियर : सक्षम डेयरीज,सन् इंडिया प्रा.लि.कं.की रूपये 4 करोड़ मूल्य की संपत्ति कुर्क करने आदेश पारित।
सायबर क्राइम पर नजर रखें :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने सायबर क्राइम के संबंध में समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि सायबर क्राइम पर रोकथाम हो,अलग काल सेंटर बनाएं। सायबर क्राइम के लिए जन जागरूकता भी बढ़ाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि सायबर क्राइम के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए आम जन भी सजग हों। पुलिस स्टाफ को भी दक्ष किया जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस क्षेत्र में सहयोग लेने के लिए वे भारत सरकार से चर्चा करेंगे। इसके साथ ही विशेषज्ञ संविदा पर लेने पर भी विचार करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पुलिस ऐसा प्रयास करे कि अश्लील वेब सीरीज प्रतिबंधित हों। युवा वर्ग को इस जहर से बचाना आवश्यक है। कॉन्फ्रेंस में बताया गया कि प्रदेश में सायबर क्राइम के गत माह 53 मामले दर्ज किए गए। सजग जिलों में नीमच, देवास, उज्जैन, भिण्ड, अशोकनगर और मुरैना शामिल हैं।
बालिकाओं और महिलाओं के विरूद्ध अपराध अक्षम्य :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कॉन्फ्रेंस में बालिकाओं और महिलाओं के विरूद्ध हुए अपराधों की भी जानकारी प्राप्त की। उन्होंने चिन्हित अपराधों के संबंध में की गई कार्यवाही की भी जानकारी ली। पुलिस महानिदेशक ने बताया कि प्रदेश में कुछ जिलों में ऐसे अपराधों पर अच्छी कार्यवाही हुई है। सिवनी, आगर-मालवा, सतना, हरदा, बुरहानपुर जिले तत्परता से कार्यवाही कर श्रेष्ठ जिलों में शामिल हुए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने चिन्हित अपराधों में अच्छी कार्यवाही के लिए बधाई दी। इस तरह की कार्यवाही में देवास, खरगोन, नीमच, मंडला, उज्जैन, पन्ना और छिंदवाड़ा जिले आगे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इन जिलों के पुलिस अधीक्षकों को बधाई दी।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने प्रदेश में बालिकाओं के विरूद्ध अपराध के संबंध में जानकारी प्राप्त कर समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि समस्त जिलों में अपहरण के संबंध में दर्ज प्रकरणों में भिंड में बालिकाओं की बरामदगी की संख्या काफी कम है, जो चिंताजनक है। उन्होंने पुलिस महानिदेशक को निर्देश दिए कि खोई हुई बेटियों की जानकारी प्राप्त कर उनके परिवार तक पहुंचाने की कार्यवाही की जाए। जिन जिलों में 80 से 84 प्रतिशत बरामदगी का प्रतिशत है उनमें देवास,अलीराजपुर, झाबुआ, श्योपुर और अशोकनगर जिले शामिल हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस महानिदेशक को महिलाओं के विरूद्ध यौन अपराधों के मामलों में जिलों में सख्त कार्यवाही कर दोषियों को सजा दिलवाने के निर्देश दिए। कॉन्फ्रेंस में बताया गया कि सिवनी, आगर-मालवा, सतना, हरदा और बुरहानपुर में ऐसे मामलों में बेहतर कदम उठाए गए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने महिला अपराधों के संबंध में जिलाबदर, रासुका के तहत भी कार्यवाही कर दोषियों को सख्त सजा दिलवाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी आधारित साधनों का उपयोग कर ऐसे अपराधों के पैटर्न की जानकारी प्राप्त कर प्रत्येक स्तर पर सजगता बढ़ाने के निर्देश भी दिए।

Madhya Pradesh became the first land - mafia - free state in the Prime Minister's schemes: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan
Along with the creation of District Development Plan, our priority is to have good governance, optimum use of modern technology, better implementation of the schemes, providing necessary services to the citizens on time, strong law and order, strengthening all types of mafia. All collectors, commissioners and officials of government level should work in accordance with these goals and perform. Only those who perform well will continue in positions.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said in the first session of the Virtual Collectors, Commissioners Conference in the Ministry today that it is necessary that there be immediate and long-term efforts to eradicate hooliganism, Naxalism, smuggling etc. in the state. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and other officials were present in the conference. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan discussed in detail with field officials through video conference. He said that Madhya Pradesh is topped in the implementation of the schemes launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Our efforts should be culminating so that good results are achieved.
Healthy competition is not necessary, do not walk in the blind lane :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh has to remain number one in every scheme. There should be healthy competition in the districts. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the state also has to stay ahead in the Prime Minister's schemes. Collectors should also make plans for the development of the district at the local level. We do not have to walk in the blind lane. Regular monitoring of schemes should be done. Commissioner and I.G. Also keep an eye on all works in your jurisdiction. Annual plan of development has to be prepared. This plan has to be run from April 1. There will be a review every month. On the basis of this, the district will be rated, departments will also be rated. He said that we have to increase revenue also. The argument of lack of funds will not work. The role of districts will be important.
Corona Vaccine :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that all the districts should make preparations for applying Corona vaccine to the citizens. First priority groups will get vaccines. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that he has decided that he will not get the vaccine first. The priority group should first benefit from it. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan instructed the collectors that after the training of the staff of the Health Department for vaccination, the process should be accelerated. District level staff have to be active to implement the system of vaccination.
Purchase of paddy and other food grains on support price :- In the conference,Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave instructions regarding paddy milling to the collectors. He said that farmers should not have any problem in procurement. After purchase, the billing and payment process should be done soon. Where the payment status of Bajra is not satisfactory, those districts should take immediate payment action. Districts where the speed of transportation has been slow or the approvals have been delayed should pay attention to this.
Due to the presence of small and bad grains at the procurement centers, the purchase should not be stopped and the farmers' crops should be purchased. Strict action should be taken against such people at the procurement centers where money is being demanded for weighing or there is disturbance in weighing. Collectors should take such measures so that the weighing and loading money is not taken from the farmers at the weighing centers. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan bought paddy and got information from Jowar, Bajre about districts. The Chief Minister said that our government is Kisan Mitra Government. He congratulated some districts for doing good work in paddy, jowar, bajra procurement. He said that collectors should protect the paddy in view of the weather, arrange temporary cabs.
Action on irregularities :- It was informed in the conference that a case has been registered in 08 districts for irregularities in the procurement of food grains. Action has been taken against a total of 32 FIR tax 55 institutions and individuals. About 05 thousand quintals of paddy were seized. 32 vehicles have also been seized in the state. 16 vehicles were seized in Rewa. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan congratulated the Rewa Collector for this. It was informed at the conference that till January 03, 25 lakh 39 thousand 613 metric tonnes of paddy has been purchased in the state. Similarly, jowar and millet have also been purchased for about two lakh metric tonnes.
A total of 4.28 lakh were procured from farmers. The work of payment has also been done to them. A total of 87 percent has been transported. Principal Secretary Food Faiz Ahmed Kidwai informed that the Government of India officials visited Gwalior, Jabalpur division and also saw the quality of paddy which is satisfactory. Except Gwalior, Chambal division, paddy purchase in the remaining divisions will run till January 16. There are 1747 quality surveyors registered for 1417 procurement centers in the state. The procurement of jowar and millet has been completed. Five districts are the best performers in procurement work, including Hoshangabad, Narsinghpur, Panna, Betul and Raisen. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan instructed the remaining districts to make the required progress. He also inquired about paddy storage and gunny system.
Strict action should not be taken against illegal mining :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan instructed the collectors to take strict action against illegal mining and transporters without disturbing the legitimate contractors. He said that commissioner Bhopal Kavindra Kiyawat has increased revenue from the system made for checking vehicles after sand excavation. Action should be taken against adulteration :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that in any situation, do not spare adulterants. Green color in peas, red color in peppers is deadly. Madhya Pradesh is to be freed from land mafia :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan obtained detailed information regarding law, order and crime control in the state. Keep an eye on cyber crime :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, while reviewing about cyber crime, said that there should be a prevention on cyber crime, create a separate call center. Also increase public awareness for cyber crime. He said that in view of increasing cases of cyber crime, common people should also be aware. Police staff should also be skilled.
