मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि भ्रष्टाचार कोढ़ है, इसे पूरी तरह समाप्त करना है। राज्य सरकार की भ्रष्टाचार पर जीरो टोलरेंस की नीति है। जन - कल्याणकारी योजनाओं,विकास कार्यों, थानों में एफ.आई.आर.लिखे जाने और आपराधिक प्रकरणों पर कार्यवाही के मामलों में भ्रष्टाचार की प्रत्येक शिकायत या सूचना पर दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति के साथ तत्काल कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करें। राज्य सरकार की प्राथमिकता है कि योजनाओं का बिना लिए - दिए,समय पर लाभ मिले,सभी क्षेत्रों में सुशासन स्थापित हो। यही व्यवस्थाएँ स्थापित करने के उद्देश्य से प्रात : कालीन बैठकें की जा रही हैं।
यह आवश्यक है कि जन - प्रतिनिधि और अधिकारी - कर्मचारी टीम भावना से कार्य करें,उनके प्रयासों में कोई कमी न रहे। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान देवास जिले में संचालित जन - कल्याणकारी योजनाओं, विकास कार्यों तथा कानून - व्यवस्था की स्थिति की मॉर्निंग मीटिंग में समीक्षा कर रहे थे। मुख्यमंत्री निवास कार्यालय पर सुबह 7.30 बजे हुई बैठक में देवास जिले की प्रभारी मंत्री यशोधरा राजे सिंधिया, विधायक गायत्री राजे,आशीष शर्मा, मनोज चौधरी,अपर मुख्य सचिव महिला - बाल विकास अशोक शाह,प्रमुख सचिव लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी संजय शुक्ला,मुख्यमंत्री के प्रमुख सचिव मनीष रस्तोगी और आजीविका मिशन के एम.एल.बेलवाल वर्चुअली शामिल हुए।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि ऐसे अधिकारी-कर्मचारी जो लंबे समय से एक ही स्थान पर पदस्थ हैं अथवा जिनका आचरण ठीक नहीं है या जिनके विरूद्ध भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायतें हैं, उन्हें तत्काल चिन्हित किया जाए। राज्य सरकार जन - सामान्य के हित में व्यवस्थाएँ संचालित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण तथा मुख्यमंत्री जन-सेवा अभियान में देवास जिले की प्रगति के लिए जिला अधिकारियों को बधाई दी। साथ ही बेहतर विद्युत व्यवस्था के लिए अधिकारियों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि स्मार्ट मीटर के संबंध में जागरूकता और बिजली बिलों के संशय के संबंध में कैम्प लगा कर प्रचार-प्रसार की गतिविधियाँ संचालित की जाये।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने गुम बच्चियों की बरामदगी और महिला सुरक्षा के लिए देवास जिले में संचालित गतिविधियों की प्रशंसा की। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने जल जीवन मिशन तथा प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शहरी में जिले में कार्यों की धीमी गति, पिछले 2 माह से पूरक पोषण आहार वितरण नहीं होने और ग्रामीण सड़कों की स्थिति पर नाराजगी व्यक्त की। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने जिले के सोनकच्छ अनुविभाग और देवास नगर निगम में संचालित गतिविधियों, पुलिस थानों में एफ.आई.आर. लिखने और दोषियों पर कार्यवाही की निरंतर समीक्षा करने के निर्देश दिए।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन में पूर्ण हुई योजनाओं का लोकार्पण जन-सामान्य को जोड़ कर किया जाए। योजनाओं के संधारण और प्रबंधन में जन-भागीदारी को प्रोत्साहित करने की आवश्यकता है। आमजन को सही समय पर जल कर का भुगतान करने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने योजना में रेस्टोरेशन के कार्यों की जानकारी ली। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि जन-प्रतिनिधि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना सहित सभी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाएँ। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि थानों में एफ.आई.आर नहीं लिखने,लिखने में विलंब और सही धारा नहीं लगाने जैसी शिकायतों की संवेदनशीलता से जाँच की जाए।
कानून - व्यवस्था की स्थिति में विवेचना में विलंब और कार्यवाही नहीं करने के प्रकरणों के प्रति भी सजग रहना आवश्यक है। मुख्यमंत्री चौहान ने कहा कि यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि किसानों को खाद के लिए लाइन नहीं लगानी पड़े। मुख्यमंत्री ने जिले में रोजगार मेलों और स्व-रोजगार गतिविधियों की जानकारी भी प्राप्त की। युवाओं और विद्यार्थियों को नशे की लत से बचाने के लिए जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के निर्देश भी दिए। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री प्रतिमाह इस प्रकार की बैठकें कर गतिविधियों की समीक्षा करें।
जानकारी दी गई कि जल जीवन मिशन में 2 लाख 50 हजार कनेक्शन का लक्ष्य है, जिनमें से 1 लाख 25 हजार कनेक्शन का कार्य पूर्ण हो गया है। जिले के कुल 166 गाँवों में अब तक हर घर नल से जल उपलब्ध कराने का लक्ष्य प्राप्त कर लिया गया है। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शहरी में 9 लाख 50 हजार स्वीकृत आवासों में से 6 हजार आवास और प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण में 31 हजार आवासों में से 99 प्रतिशत आवास पूर्ण हो चुके हैं। आवास प्लस में जारी वित्तीय वर्ष में स्वीकृत 16 हजार में से6 हजार का निर्माण पूर्ण हुआ है। आवास निर्माण में अनुचित राशि मांगने संबंधी 352 शिकायतों में जाँच कराई जा रही है। जिले में 102 अमृत सरोवर में से 44 का निर्माण पूर्ण हुआ है।
मुख्यमंत्री जन सेवा अभियान में 700 शिविर लगाए गए,जिनमें प्राप्त 2 लाख 95 हजार आवेदनों में से 2 लाख 75 हजार को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। कानून-व्यवस्था में अवैध शराब संबंधी 662 प्रकरण दर्ज किए गए हैं। जिले में 65 भू - माफिया पर कार्यवाही कर 40 करोड़ रूपये लागत की 150 एकड़ भूमि मुक्त कराई गई है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि "एक जिला-एक उत्पाद" में लिए गए उत्पाद बाँस की खेती को प्रोत्साहित किया जाए। इससे किसानों की अतिरिक्त आय का स्त्रोत भी विकसित होगा। बाँस के उत्पादों को देवास जिले की पहचान बनाने के लिए नवाचार किए जाएँ। कलेक्टर ने जानकारी दी कि बाँस उत्पादों की बिक्री को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए अमेजन, फ्लिपकार्ट सहित देश के विभिन्न शो-रूम से भी सम्पर्क किया जा रहा है।

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that corruption is a leprosy, it has to be eradicated completely. The state government has a zero tolerance policy on corruption. Public welfare schemes, development works, FIR in police stations. Ensure immediate action with strong will on every complaint or information of corruption in matters of written and criminal cases. It is the priority of the state government that schemes get timely benefits without giving anything, good governance should be established in all areas. Morning meetings are being held for the purpose of establishing these arrangements.
It is necessary that public representatives and officers and employees work with team spirit, there should be no shortage in their efforts. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was reviewing the public welfare schemes, development works and law and order situation in Dewas district in the morning meeting. Minister in-charge of Dewas district Yashodhara Raje Scindia, MLA Gayatri Raje, Ashish Sharma, Manoj Chowdhary in the meeting held at Chief Minister's residence office at 7.30 am,Additional Chief Secretary Women and Child Development Ashok Shah, Principal Secretary Public Health Engineering Sanjay Shukla, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Manish Rastogi and ML Belwal of Livelihood Mission attended virtually.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that officers and employees who have been posted at one place for a long time or whose conduct is not good or against whom there are complaints of corruption, should be identified immediately. The state government is committed to run arrangements in the interest of the general public. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan congratulated the district officials for the progress of Dewas district in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin and Mukhyamantri Jan-Seva Abhiyan. At the same time, while appreciating the officers for the better power system, he said that awareness regarding smart meters and doubts about electricity bills should be conducted by setting up camps for publicity activities.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan praised the activities being carried out in Dewas district for the recovery of missing girls and for the safety of women. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed his displeasure over the slow pace of works in the Jal Jeevan Mission and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban in the district, non-distribution of supplementary nutritious food for the last two months and the condition of rural roads. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reviewed the activities conducted in Sonkutch subdivision and Dewas Municipal Corporation of the district, FIRs in police stations. Instructed to write and continuously review the action taken on the culprits.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the schemes completed under the Jal Jeevan Mission should be inaugurated by involving the general public. There is a need to encourage public participation in the maintenance and management of schemes. The common man should be motivated to pay the water tax at the right time. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inquired about the restoration works under the scheme. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that people's representatives should actively participate in the implementation of all the schemes including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that complaints like non-writing of FIRs in police stations, delay in writing and not applying the right section should be investigated sensitively.
In the situation of law and order, it is also necessary to be aware of the cases of delay in investigation and not taking action. Chief Minister Chouhan said that it should be ensured that farmers do not have to stand in queues for fertiliser. The Chief Minister also obtained information about employment fairs and self-employment activities in the district. Instructions were also given to run an awareness campaign to save youth and students from drug addiction. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the minister in charge of the district should hold such meetings every month to review the activities.
It was informed that the Jal Jeevan Mission has a target of 2 lakh 50 thousand connections, out of which the work of 1 lakh 25 thousand connections has been completed. So far, the target of providing tap water to every household has been achieved in total 166 villages of the district. Out of 9 lakh 50 thousand sanctioned houses in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, 6 thousand houses and 99 percent houses out of 31 thousand houses in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural have been completed. Out of the 16 thousand sanctioned in the ongoing financial year in Awas Plus, construction of 6 thousand has been completed. Investigation is being done in 352 complaints regarding demand of undue amount in housing construction. Construction of 44 out of 102 Amrit Sarovar has been completed in the district.
700 camps were organized under Chief Minister Public Service Campaign, in which out of 2 lakh 95 thousand applications received, 2 lakh 75 thousand have been approved. In law and order, 662 cases related to illicit liquor have been registered. Action has been taken against 65 land mafia in the district and 150 acres of land costing Rs 40 crore has been made free. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the cultivation of bamboo, a product taken in "one district-one product", should be encouraged. This will also develop the source of additional income of the farmers. Innovations should be made to make bamboo products the identity of Dewas district. The collector informed that various showrooms of the country including Amazon, Flipkart are also being contacted to encourage the sale of bamboo products.
