भोपाल से कायाकल्प अभियान में कितनी राशि और उपकरण मिले हैं,उसका क्या उपयोग किया गया। पैथालॉजी टेस्ट प्रतिदिन कितने हो रहे हैं। डायलेसिस मशीन कैसे काम कर रही है, दवाओं की उपलब्धता क्या है और एम्बुलेंस की व्यवस्था क्या है,इसका लाभ कैसे लोगों को मिलता है.
कुछ इस प्रकार के प्रश्न मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने मंडला जिला चिकित्सालय के औचक निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल प्रबंधन से किये। उन्होंने चिकित्सालय में उपचाररत भर्ती मरीजों की व्यवस्था का जायजा लिया और पैथालॉजी लेब का निरीक्षण भी किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री चौहान ने जिला चिकित्सालय के सिविल सर्जन डॉ.कृपाराम शाक्य को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया।
अस्पताल की व्यवस्थाएँ सुधारें, विशेष टीम करेगी दौरा :- मुख्यमंत्री ने कलेक्टर हर्षिका सिंह को निर्देशित किया कि जिला चिकित्सालय की मूलभूत व्यवस्थाएँ सुधारें। मुख्यमंत्री ने चिकित्सालय में दवाइयों की उपलब्धता, स्टोर रूम की व्यवस्था तथा अभिलेखों की जांच भी की। चौहान ने निर्देशित किया कि जिला चिकित्सालय की व्यवस्थाओं की पुन : जांच करने के लिए भोपाल से विशेष टीम मंडला का दौरा करेगी। मुख्यमंत्री चौहान ने जिला चिकित्सालय के अलग - अलग वार्डों एवं व्यवस्थाओं का भी निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों से जिला चिकित्सालय के लिए राज्य स्तर से भेजे गए स्वास्थ्य एवं जांच उपकरणों के इन्स्टॉलेशन की जानकारी भी मांगी।
छात्रावास अधीक्षक को किया सम्मानित :- मुख्यमंत्री चौहान ने जनजातीय बालिका एवं सीनियर बालिका छात्रावास का निरीक्षण भी किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने छात्रावासमें भोजन कक्ष,शयन कक्ष, शौचालय, पेयजल, अध्ययन कक्ष और परिसर में साफ - सफाई का निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं की सराहना की। मुख्यमंत्री ने छात्रावास की सारी व्यवस्थाएँ सुचारू संचालित होने और अच्छा कार्य करने पर हॉस्टल अधीक्षक प्रभा गुमास्ते को सम्मानित किया।
कर्मठ अधिकारी - कर्मचारी को किया सम्मानित :- मंडला में आक्समिक दौरे के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री चौहान का अलग - अलग रूप देखने को मिला। उन्होंने जहाँ एक ओर लापरवाह अधिकारियों को मौके पर ही सबक सिखाया। वहीं दूसरी ओर जिला प्रशासन के कर्मठ अधिकारियों का सम्मान भी किया। कन्या छात्रावासों के निरीक्षण के बाद मुख्यमंत्री चौहान ने जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों को पुष्प - गुच्छ देकर सम्मानित किया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को उनकी कर्त्तव्यनिष्ठा के लिए बधाई दी और पीठ थपथपाई। मुख्यमंत्री ने अतिरिक्त मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत एस.एस.मरावी,कार्यपालन यंत्री पीआईयू जी.पी.पटले और वरिष्ठ कोषालय अधिकारी अखिलेश नेटी को भी सम्मानित किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने एसडीएम बिछिया सुलेखा उईके,नायब तहसीलदार बिछिया शीतल चंद्रवंशी, एआरसीएस राजेश उईके,उप निरीक्षक नक्सल शाखा उपेन्द्र दुबे के कार्यों की सराहना कर शुभकामनाएँ दी।

Directed in action mode to improve the basic arrangements of the district hospital : Shivraj Singh Chouhan
How much money and equipment have been received from Bhopal in the rejuvenation campaign, what was it used for. How many pathology tests are being done daily. How the dialysis machine is working, what is the availability of medicines and what is the arrangement of ambulance, how people get its benefits. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan asked some such questions to the hospital management during the surprise inspection of Mandla District Hospital. He reviewed the arrangement of patients admitted in the hospital and also inspected the pathology lab. During the inspection, Chief Minister Chouhan suspended Dr. Kriparam Shakya, civil surgeon of the district hospital, with immediate effect.
Improve hospital arrangements, special team will visit :- The Chief Minister directed Collector Harshika Singh to improve the basic arrangements of the district hospital. The Chief Minister also checked the availability of medicines, arrangement of store room and records in the hospital. Chouhan directed that a special team from Bhopal would visit Mandla to re-examine the arrangements of the district hospital. Chief Minister Chouhan also inspected different wards and arrangements of the district hospital. He also sought information from the health department officials about the installation of health and testing equipment sent from the state level to the district hospital.
Honored to the hostel superintendent :- Chief Minister Chouhan also inspected the tribal girls and senior girls hostel. The Chief Minister praised the arrangements in the hostel by inspecting the dining room, bedroom, toilet, drinking water, study room and cleanliness in the campus. The Chief Minister honored Hostel Superintendent Prabha Gumaste for the smooth operation of all the arrangements of the hostel and for doing good work.
Hardworking officer-employee honored :- During the accidental visit to Mandla, different forms of Chief Minister Chouhan were seen. On the one hand, he taught a lesson to the negligent officers on the spot. On the other hand, he also honored the hard working officers of the district administration. After inspecting the girls' hostels, Chief Minister Chouhan honored the officials of the district administration by giving them bouquets. He congratulated the officers for their devotion to duty and patted them on the back. The Chief Minister has appointed Additional Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat S.S. Maravi, Executive Engineer PIU GP Patle and Senior Treasury Officer Akhilesh Neti were also honoured. Appreciating the works of SDM Bichiya Sulekha Uike, Naib Tehsildar Bichiya Sheetal Chandravanshi, ARCS Rajesh Uike, Deputy Inspector Naxal Branch Upendra Dubey, the Chief Minister congratulated.
