नगर निगम क्षेत्रों में निर्माणाधीन सीवरेज प्रोजेक्ट के क्रियान्वयन की गति को बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिये : मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने रीवा,सतना,कटनी और सिंगरौली नगर निगम क्षेत्रों में निर्माणाधीन सीवरेज प्रोजेक्ट के क्रियान्वयन की गति को बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान आज इन चारों नगर निगम क्षेत्रों में सीवरेज परियोजना में प्रगति की समीक्षा वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से कर रहे थे। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव इकबाल सिंह बैंस,प्रमुख सचिव मनीष रस्तोगी और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद थे।

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने चारों जिलों की इस परियोजना में वर्षों में अपेक्षित प्रगति नहीं होने पर नाराजगी प्रकट करते हुए इनमें गति लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि परियोजना के क्रियान्वयन में नगर निगम प्रशासन और ठेका कम्पनी की भूमिका की जांच कर रिपोर्ट शासन को प्रस्तुत की जाये। अगले माह की प्रगति रिपोर्ट पुन : प्राप्त की जाये। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि सीवरेज परियोजनायें शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के लिये सभी कार्यवाहियां त्वरित गति से पूर्ण कर ली जायें।

रीवा,सतना,कटनी एवं सिंगरौली के सीवरेज प्रोजेक्ट्स की प्रगति :- रीवा,सतना,कटनी एवं सिंगरौली नगरीय निकायों के सीवरेज प्रोजेक्ट्स का कार्य वर्ष 2016 (रीवा,सतना) तथा 2017 (कटनी,सिंगरौली) में प्रारंभ हुआ,इनमें अभी तक वांछित प्रगति नहीं आयी है। इन चारों का कार्य के.के.स्पन इंडिया लिमिटेड द्वारा किया जा रहा है। 

नगरीय निकाय रीवा सीवरेज प्रोजेक्ट की लागत 199.37 करोड़ रूपये तथा सतना परियोजना की लागत 191.56 करोड़ रूपये है। इसी प्रकार कटनी सीवरेज प्रोजेक्ट की लागत 96.50 करोड़ रूपये तथा सिंगरौली की 110.46 करोड़ रूपये है। सभी परियोजनाओं का अभी तक लगभग एक चौथाई कार्य पूर्ण हुआ है। परियोजना के अंतर्गत पाइप लाइन,रोड रेस्टोरेशन,मेन होल्स,हाऊस सर्विस चैम्बर,हाऊस सर्विस कनेक्शन आदि का कार्य होना है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने सभी योजनाओं में तीव्र गति से कार्य किए जाने के निर्देश दिए।

Instructions to increase the pace of implementation of under construction sewerage project in municipal areas: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has given instructions to increase the pace of implementation of the sewerage project under construction in the Rewa, Satna, Katni and Singrauli municipal areas. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan was reviewing progress in sewerage project in these four municipal areas today through video conference. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary Manish Rastogi and other concerned officials were present in the meeting.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, expressing displeasure over the expected progress of the four districts in this project, instructed to speed them up. He said that the role of the municipal administration and the contracting company in the implementation of the project should be examined and the report submitted to the government. The progress report for the next month should be retrieved. He directed that for expediting the completion of sewerage projects, all the actions should be completed at an accelerated pace.

Progress of Sewerage Projects of Rewa,Satna,Katni and Singrauli :- The work of sewerage projects of Rewa,Satna,Katni and Singrauli urban bodies started in the year 2016 (Rewa, Satna) and 2017 (Katni,Singrauli),yet desired Progress has not come. All four are being operated by KK Span India Limited.

The cost of the urban body Rewa sewerage project is Rs 199.37 crore and the cost of Satna project is Rs 191.56 crore. Similarly,the cost of Katni sewerage project is Rs 96.50 crore and that of Singrauli is Rs 110.46 crore. So far, almost a quarter of all projects have been completed. Under the project, pipeline, road restoration,main holes,house service chamber,house service connection etc. are to be done. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan instructed to work at a rapid pace in all schemes.
