किसानों की आर्थिक समृद्धि के लिए मध्यप्रदेश में अनेक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए गए : शिवराज सिंह चौहान

गेहूँ उत्पादन में देश में अव्वल रहते हुए मध्यप्रदेश

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि किसानों की आर्थिक समृद्धि के लिए मध्यप्रदेश में अनेक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए गए हैं। गेहूँ उत्पादन में देश में अव्वल रहते हुए मध्यप्रदेश में किसानों को सभी तरह के उत्पादन का पूरा लाभ देने का कार्य किया। प्रदेश की कृषि विकास दर देश में सर्वाधिक है। इसके बावजूद अन्य प्रदेशों में किसानों के कल्याण के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों को ध्यान में रखते हुए मध्यप्रदेश में भी उन्हें लागू करने का निरंतर प्रयास किया जा रहा है। 

इस सिलसिले में केन्द्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी की पहल पर विदर्भ में लोकप्रिय हुई बहुआयामी एग्रो विजन कृषि प्रदर्शनी और अन्य नवाचारों को अपनाने का कार्य भी किया जाएगा। मध्यप्रदेश में एग्रो विजन का कार्यक्रम किसानों के हित में किए जाने की आवश्यक पहल की जाएगी।  मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान आज नागपुर में केन्द्रीय सड़क,परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी के संयोजन में हुए एग्रो विजन कार्यक्रम को संबोधित कर रहे थे। 

प्रदर्शनी के साथ ही कार्यशाला और परिसंवाद के कार्यक्रम 28 नवंबर तक चलेंगे।  मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने दीप जला कर एग्रो विजन का शुभारंभ किया। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश में कृषि क्षेत्र को समृद्ध बनाने के लिए 5 सूत्री रणनीति पर अमल किया गया है। इसमें उत्पादन वृद्धि, लागत कम करने, फसल का उचित दाम देने, क्षति पर आवश्यक भरपाई और तकनीक का इस्तेमाल शामिल है।

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश में किसानों को प्राकृतिक आपदा और अन्य कारणों से फसलों की क्षति पर पर्याप्त राहत राशि देने की व्यवस्था की गई है। किसानों को फसल बीमा की राशि दिलवाने के लिए निरंतर समीक्षा की गई। परिणामस्वरूप किसानों को राहत मिली। इसी तरह कृषि कार्य में रिमोट सेंसिंग और तकनीक के भरपूर उपयोग से किसानों को लाभ देने का कार्य किया गया। 

मध्यप्रदेश में कृषि विविधीकरण पर भी ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। गेहूँ, धान, चना और दालों के अलावा फल और फूलों की खेती के नवाचार भी हो रहे हैं। प्रदेश में बाँस उत्पादन से किसानों को आय वृद्धि का लाभ मिला है। सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात किसानों को जीरो प्रतिशत पर कर्ज देकर ब्याज से राहत दिलवाने की व्यवस्था की गई। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि मध्यप्रदेश में सिंचाई प्रतिशत को कई गुना बढ़ा कर किसानों को अधिक उत्पादन की सुविधाएँ पहुँचाते हुए उनकी आमदनी बढ़ाने में सहयोग किया गया। 

किसान को शिक्षित कर आर्थिक लाभ दिलवाने, सभी तरह के अनाजों की खरीद की उचित व्यवस्था कर किसानों की जिंदगी बदलने का कार्य किया गया। मध्यप्रदेश में सोलर पंप का उपयोग बढ़ रहा है। इस पर केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार सब्सिडी दे रही है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि बड़े पैमाने पर सौर ऊर्जा से चलित पम्पों का इस्तेमाल करेंगे। केन्द्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी के मार्गदर्शन में इथेनाल के प्लांट भी लगाए जाएंगे। 

इथेनाल से निर्मित फ्यूल से पेट्रोल और डीजल के उपयोग से हो रही विदेशी मुद्रा का खर्च बचाने का प्रयास करते हुए पर्यावरण-संरक्षण का कार्य भी करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश में कृषि विकास दर में लगातार वृद्धि के विशेष प्रयास किये गये। प्रदेश की कृषि विकास दर को उच्चतम स्थिति में रखने का प्रयास रहा है। वर्तमान में यह 18 प्रतिशत है, जो अन्य प्रांतों से अधिक है। 

एग्रो विजन से किसानों को मार्गदर्शन देने का कार्य नितिन गडकरी कर रहे हैं। ऐसे कार्य मध्यप्रदेश सीखना चाहता है। अनुकरणीय और श्रेष्ठ कार्य सीखना ही चाहिए। मध्यप्रदेश में काफी कुछ किया गया है, लेकिन जिस ढंग से तकनीक का इस्तेमाल बढ़ाने की प्रेरणा देने का कार्य नितिन गडकरी कर रहे हैं, वो सराहनीय है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की भी यही मंशा है। 

प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि सहित उनके अनेक नवाचार प्रेरणा का कार्य करते हैं। नितिन जी ने आज भी अनेक नवाचारों की जानकारी दी है। विदर्भ ही नहीं संपूर्ण भारत में एग्रो विजन किसानों को शिक्षित करने और मार्गदर्शन देने का कार्य कर रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि एग्रो विजन के सुझावों को मध्यप्रदेश की धरती पर लागू करने का कार्य किया जाएगा। केन्द्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कृषि क्षेत्र के विकास पर विशेष ध्यान दिया है। मध्यप्रदेश की कृषि विकास दर निरंतर बढ़ी है। 

मध्यप्रदेश कृषि के क्षेत्र में और भी बेहतर परिणाम देगा। उन्होंने कहा किऊर्जा के वैकल्पिक स्त्रोतों की उपयोगिता और उनके लाभ के संबंध में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि किसान अन्न प्रदाता होने के साथ ही ऊर्जा प्रदाता भी बन रहा है। अद्यतन तकनीकों का उपयोग किसानों की आय को बढ़ाने में मददगार बन रहा है। विदर्भ के किसानों को कृषि क्षेत्र की नई तकनीक और नए व्यवसाय से अवगत करवाने, उनकी आय में वृद्धि करवाने, खेती को अधिक लाभदायक बना कर किसान को सुखी, संपन्न और समृद्ध बनाने के उद्देश्य से हर साल नागपुर में एग्रो विजन किया जाता है। 

नितिन गडकरी ने बताया कि एग्रो विजन का यह 13वां वर्ष है। इसमें किसान, कृषि विशेषज्ञ और कृषि प्रेमी बड़ी संख्या में शामिल होते हैं। चार दिन के इस आयोजन में विभिन्न विषय पर कार्यशाला, राष्ट्रीय कृषि प्रदर्शनी, सेमीनार एवं संगोष्ठियों के महत्वपूर्ण सत्र होंगे। खाद्य, चारा और ईंधन पर केन्द्रित भविष्य की कृषि पर विचार करते हुए इस क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान से एकीकृत प्रौद्योगिकी के विकास पर व्यापक चर्चा करना एग्रो विजन का मुख्य उद्देश्य है।

50 लाख से अधिक किसान देख चुके हैं कृषि प्रदर्शनी :- एग्रो विजन में प्रदर्शनियों के जरिये से किसानों को नवीनतम तकनीक की जानकारी दी जाती है। लगभग 400 कार्यशालाओं में करीब 700 विशेषज्ञों का मार्गदर्शन मिला है, जिसका लाभ 4 लाख से अधिक किसान बंधु ले चुके हैं। करीब 2500 कम्पनियों ने कृषि क्षेत्र के उत्कृष्ट कार्यों का प्रदर्शन किया। इनमें बहुराष्ट्रीय कम्पनियाँ भी शामिल हैं। कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों के विद्वानों ने भी किसानों का मार्गदर्शन करने का कार्य किया। 

प्रदर्शनियों का अवलोकन 50 लाख से अधिक किसान कर चुके हैं। विदर्भ क्षेत्र में जैविक कृषि, कपास उत्पादन, मत्स्य - पालन, बाँस उत्पादन, बागवानी के कार्यों से किसानों को जोड़ा गया है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान और केन्द्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने एग्रो विजन - 2022 की डायरेक्ट्री का विमोचन किया। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कृषि प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन भी किया। कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में जन - प्रतिनिधि, किसान संगठनों के सदस्य और नागरिक उपस्थित थे।

Madhya Pradesh topped the country in wheat production

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that many important steps have been taken in Madhya Pradesh for the economic prosperity of the farmers. While being on top in wheat production in the country, Madhya Pradesh did the work of giving full benefits of all types of production to the farmers. The agricultural growth rate of the state is the highest in the country. Despite this, keeping in mind the efforts being made for the welfare of farmers in other states, continuous efforts are being made to implement them in Madhya Pradesh as well. In this connection, on the initiative of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, work will also be done to adopt the multi-faceted Agro Vision agricultural exhibition and other innovations which have become popular in Vidarbha.

Necessary initiative will be taken to make the program of Agro Vision in Madhya Pradesh in the interest of the farmers. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was addressing the Agro Vision program organized in conjunction with Union Road, Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari in Nagpur today. Along with the exhibition, the program of workshop and symposium will continue till 28 November. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated Agro Vision by lighting the lamp. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that a 5-point strategy has been implemented to make agriculture sector prosperous in Madhya Pradesh. This includes increasing production, reducing costs, giving fair prices to crops, necessary compensation for damages and use of technology.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that arrangements have been made to provide adequate relief amount to the farmers in Madhya Pradesh on crop damage due to natural calamities and other reasons. Continuous review was done to get the amount of crop insurance to the farmers. As a result the farmers got relief. Similarly, work was done to give benefits to the farmers by making full use of remote sensing and technology in agricultural work. Agriculture diversification is also being given attention in Madhya Pradesh. Apart from wheat, paddy, gram and pulses, innovations are also taking place in the cultivation of fruits and flowers. Farmers have got the benefit of increase in income from bamboo production in the state. Most importantly, arrangements were made to provide interest relief to the farmers by giving loans at zero percent.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that by increasing the irrigation percentage manifold in Madhya Pradesh, assistance was given to farmers in increasing their income by providing facilities for higher production. The work of changing the lives of the farmers was done by educating the farmers and making proper arrangements for the purchase of all types of grains. The use of solar pumps is increasing in Madhya Pradesh. The Central and State Governments are giving subsidy on this. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that pumps powered by solar energy will be used on a large scale. Ethanol plants will also be set up under the guidance of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. While trying to save foreign exchange expenditure by using petrol and diesel from fuel made from ethanol, we will also do the work of environmental protection.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that special efforts were made to continuously increase the agriculture growth rate in Madhya Pradesh. Efforts have been made to keep the agricultural growth rate of the state in the highest position. It currently stands at 18 per cent, which is higher than other provinces. Shri Nitin Gadkari is doing the work of guiding the farmers through Agro Vision. Madhya Pradesh wants to learn such works. Exemplary and best work must be learned. A lot has been done in Madhya Pradesh, but the manner in which Nitin Gadkari is inspiring to increase the use of technology is commendable. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi also has the same intention.

Many of his innovations, including the Prime Minister's Kisan Samman Nidhi, serve as an inspiration. Nitin ji has given information about many innovations even today. Not only Vidarbha, Agro Vision is working to educate and guide farmers all over India. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that work will be done to implement the suggestions of Agro Vision on the land of Madhya Pradesh. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has paid special attention to the development of agriculture sector. Madhya Pradesh's agriculture growth rate has increased continuously. Madhya Pradesh will give even better results in the field of agriculture. He said that he gave detailed information regarding the utility of alternative sources of energy and their benefits.

He said that apart from being a provider of food, the farmer is also becoming a provider of energy. The use of latest techniques is becoming helpful in increasing the income of the farmers. Agro Vision is organized every year in Nagpur with the aim of making the farmers of Vidarbha aware of the new technology and new business in the agriculture sector, increasing their income, making farming more profitable and making the farmer happy, prosperous and prosperous. Nitin Gadkari told that this is the 13th year of Agro Vision. A large number of farmers, agriculture experts and agriculture lovers participate in it. Workshops on various topics, National Agricultural Exhibition, important sessions of seminars and symposia will be held in this four-day event. The main objective of Agro Vision is to create a comprehensive discussion on the development of technology integrated with research in this area, considering future agriculture focused on food, feed and fuel.

More than 50 lakh farmers have seen the agricultural exhibition :- Through the exhibitions in Agro Vision, the farmers are informed about the latest technology. About 700 experts have received guidance in about 400 workshops, whose benefits have been taken by more than 4 lakh farmer brothers. Around 2500 companies displayed excellent works in the agriculture sector. These include multinational companies as well. The scholars of agricultural universities also worked to guide the farmers.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari released the directory of Agro Vision-2022. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also visited the agricultural exhibition. A large number of public representatives, members of farmer organizations and citizens were present in the programme.
