मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान आज अपने निवास पर 'ईज ऑफ डूईंग बिजनेस' के संबंध में संबंधित विभागों की बैठक ले रहे थे। बैठक में सूक्ष्म,लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यम मंत्री ओमप्रकाश सखलेचा,औद्योगिक नीति एवं निवेश प्रोत्साहन मंत्री राजवर्धन दत्तीगांव,मुख्य सचिव इकबाल सिंह बैंस, सचिव एम.पी.आई.डी.सी.जॉन किंग्स्ले,संचालक एम.एस.एम.ई भास्कर लक्षाकार आदि उपस्थित थे।
'सिंगल विण्डो' एवं 'सिंगल टेबल' की तरह न हो काम :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि पूर्व में उद्योगों को विभिन्न अनुमतियां दिए जाने के लिए बनाए गए 'सिंगल विण्डो' तथा 'सिंगल टेबल' सिस्टम की तरह काम नहीं होना चाहिए। इनके अंतर्गत निवेशकों को शासकीय अनुमतियां मिलने में काफी समय लग जाता था। निर्धारित समयावधि 30 दिन में ही निवेशकों को सारी अनुमतियां मिल जानी चाहिए।
फीडबैक का सिस्टम बनाएं :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने निर्देश दिए कि उद्योगों को नियत अवधि में अनुमतियां मिल रहीं हैं अथवा नहीं,इसकी जानकारी के लिए फीडबैक सिस्टम बनाया जाए, जिससे कार्य सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
लोक सेवा गांरटी अधिनियम से जुड़ेंगी ये सेवाएं :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि उद्योगों को 30 दिन की अधिकतम समय सीमा में अनुमतियां दिए जाने के लिए विभिन्न सेवाओं की पृथक् - पृथक् समयावधि निर्धारित की जाए। साथ ही इसे लोक सेवा गारंटी अधिनियम के साथ जोड़ा जाए, जिससे समयावधि में कार्य न होने पर जिम्मेवार व्यक्ति के विरूद्ध अधिनियम के अंतर्गत कार्यवाही हो सके।
250 बिन्दुओं पर भारत सरकार को दी गई जानकारी :- मुख्य सचिव इकबाल सिंह बैंस ने बताया कि ईज ऑफ डूईंग बिजनेस के संबंध में मध्यप्रदेश की कार्ययोजना के 250 बिन्दुओं पर भारत सरकार को जानकारी भेज दी गई है तथा भारत सरकार द्वारा उन पर सहमति भी व्यक्त की गई है।

Work should not be done like 'single window' and 'single table' :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan clearly stated that like 'single window' and 'single table' system created in the past to give various permissions to industries. Shouldn't work. Under this, it used to take a long time for the investors to get government permission. Investors should get all the permissions within the stipulated time period of 30 days.
Create a system of feedback :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan instructed that a feedback system should be created to ensure that the industries are getting the permissions or not,within the stipulated period.
These services will be linked with the Public Service Guarantee Act :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that a separate time-limit of various services should be prescribed for granting permissions to industries within a maximum time limit of 30 days. Also,it should be combined with the Public Service Guarantee Act,so that action can be taken against the responsible person under the Act if the work is not done within the time period.
Information given to the Government of India on 250 points :- Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains informed that in respect of Ease of Doing Business, information has been sent to the Government of India on 250 points of Madhya Pradesh's action plan and the Government of India agreed on them.
