पीडीएस से बारदाना लिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि व्यापारियों के बारदानों को भी उपयोग के लिए लिया गया है। किसानों को समर्थन मूल्य पर धान बेचने के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की दिक्कत ना हो,इसका पूरा ध्यान रखा जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल आज जांजगीर - चांपा जिले के ग्राम पंचायत पामगढ़ में आयोजित गुरूघासीदास जयंती समारोह को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने पामगढ़ के चौक का नाम पामगढ़ विधानसभा क्षेत्र के प्रथम विधायक बाहुरिक लाल सूर्यवंशी के नाम पर रखने की घोषणा भी की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अपार जनसमुदाय एवं बाबा गुरूघासीदास जी के अनुयायियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि गुरूघासीदास ने सामाजिक एकता का संदेश दिया है। आपसी भाईचारा और शांति के पथ पर चलने के लिए प्रेरित किया है। उन्होंने मनखे - मनखे एक समान का नारा देकर समाज की एकता के लिए मार्ग प्रशस्त किया है। कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत राज गीत अरपा पैरी के धार से हुयी। मुख्यमंत्री सहित उपस्थित अतिथियों ने बाबा गुरू घासीदास एवं जैतखंभ की पूजा अर्चना कर प्रदेशवासियों के खुशहाली की कामना की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आगे कहा कि किसानों को आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम बनाने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने राजीव गांधी न्याय योजना के माध्यम से प्रति एकड़ दस हजार रूपए देना प्रारंभ किया है। जिसकी तीन किस्त किसानों को मिलने से खुशहाली का माहौल है। गांव में गौठान बनाकर गोबर को दो रूपए में खरीदने के लिए गोधन न्याय योजना बनाकर गौमाता की सेवा करने वाला छत्तीसगढ़ देश का पहला राज्य है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसान फसल काटने के बाद पैरा को गौमाता की सेवा के लिए गौठान में पैरा दान कर सकते हैं। खेत में पैरा जलाने से भूमि की उर्वरा शक्ति नष्ट हो जाती है साथ ही पर्यावरण को भी नुकसान होता है।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा कि अनुसूचित जाति जनजाति के उत्थान के लिए अनेक कदम उठाए गए हैं। बाबा गुरूघासीदास के विचार को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने एवं संस्कृति को सहेजने के लिए नया रायपुर में गुरूघासीदास संग्रहालय एवं शोधपीठ की स्थापना भी की जाएगी। भूपेश बघेल ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य सुविधा को बेहतर बनाने के लिए मिनीमाता के नाम पर ब्लाक स्तर पर डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर बनाए जाएंगे।
संेटर में खून,पेशाब जांच,एक्स - रे से लेकर स्वास्थ्य संबंधी अनेको जांच की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध रहेगी। आमजनों को निःशुल्क उपचार की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध होगी। कार्यक्रम को नगरीय प्रशासन मंत्री डॉ.शिव कुमार डहरिया,लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी एवं ग्रामोद्योग मंत्री गुरु रुद्र कुमार,राज्य गौ सेवा आयोग के अध्यक्ष महंत राजेश्री राम सुंदर दास,विधायक पामगढ़ इंदु बंजारे ने भी संबोधित किया।

Paddy procurement system will be better if the Central government gets permission to deposit rice in FCI : Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel
Bardana is being taken from PDS. He said that the gunny bags of the traders have also been taken for use. Care is being taken to ensure that farmers do not face any problem to sell paddy at the support price. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was addressing the Gurughasidas Jayanti celebrations held today at Palamgarh, the gram panchayat in Janjgir-Champa district. He also announced to name the Chowk of Pamgarh after the first MLA of Pamgarh Assembly constituency Bahurik Lal Suryavanshi.
While addressing the immense masses and followers of Baba Gurughasidas Ji, the Chief Minister said that Gurughasidas has given the message of social unity. It has inspired us to follow the path of mutual brotherhood and peace. He has paved the way for the unity of the society by giving a similar slogan - Mankhe - Mankhe. The program started with the Raj song Arpa Parry's Dhar. The guests, including the Chief Minister, offered prayers to Baba Guru Ghasidas and Jaitakhamb and wished for the well being of the people.
The Chief Minister further said that to make the farmers financially competent, the State Government has started giving ten thousand rupees per acre through the Rajiv Gandhi Nyaya Yojana. There is an atmosphere of prosperity with the farmers getting three installments. Chhattisgarh is the first state in the country to serve Gaumata by building Gowthan in the village and buying Gobar for two rupees. The Chief Minister said that after harvesting the farmers can donate para to Gauthan to serve Gomata. Burning para in the field destroys the fertility of the land and also damages the environment.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that a number of steps have been taken for the upliftment of the scheduled caste tribe. To spread the idea of Baba Gurughasidas to the people and save the culture, Gurughasidas Museum and Shodhpeeth will also be established in Naya Raipur. Bhupesh Baghel said that to improve health facilities, diagnostic centers will be built at the block level in the name of Minimata.
The center will have facilities for blood, urine tests, X - rays and many health related tests. Free treatment facility will also be available to the general public. Urban Administration Minister Dr.Shiv Kumar Dahria, Public Health Engineering and Village Industries Minister Guru Rudra Kumar,State Cow Service Commission Chairman Mahant Rajeshree Ram Sundar Das,MLA Pamgarh Indu Banjare were also addressed the program.
