मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का वर्ष 2024 तक हर घर में शुद्ध जल पहुंचाने का संकल्प है। मध्यप्रदेश में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के इस संकल्प को वर्ष 2023 तक ही पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। अटल भू-जल योजना का भी रोडमैप तैयार है,इस पर तेजी अमल किया जाएगा।
अटल भू - जल योजना में मध्यप्रदेश में 6 जिले एवं 9 ब्लॉक शामिल :- केन्द्रीय जल शक्ति मंत्री शेखावत ने कहा है कि अटल भू - जल योजना के प्रथम चरण में मध्यप्रदेश में तेज गति से काम हुआ है। मध्यप्रदेश की भूजल गुणवत्ता काफी अच्छी है। योजना के अंतर्गत मध्यप्रदेश के 6 जिले छतरपुर, सागर, टीकमगढ़, दमोह, पन्ना एवं निवाड़ी तथा 9 ब्लाक पथरिया, छतरपुर, नौगांव, राजनगर, अजयगढ़, पलैरा, बलदेवग़ढ़ एवं निवाड़ी शामिल हैं। योजना को वर्ष 2025 तक पूरा किया जाना है। मध्यप्रदेश में योजना की लागत 315.62 करोड़ रुपये है। शत-प्रतिशत राशि विश्व बैंक व भारत सरकार से प्राप्त होगी।
जलस्रोतों के उपयोग के लिए जागरूकता आवश्यक :- केन्द्रीय जल शक्ति मंत्री शेखावत ने कहा कि हर घर में जलस्रोतों व भूजल की स्थिति तथा जल के उपयोग के संबंध में ग्रामवासियों में जागरूकता आवश्यक है। गांव के जल प्रबंधन में समुदाय की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जानी है.
हर घर में नल से स्वच्छ व गुणवत्तापूर्ण पानी :- जल जीवन मिशन का उद्देश्य है हर घर में नल कनेक्शन हो तथा उससे स्वच्छ और गुणवत्तापूर्ण पानी मिलता रहे। इसके लिए जो संरचना बने वह 30 साल तक चलती रहे। पूरे देश में अगले पांच वर्ष में 16 करोड़ नल कनेक्शन होने हैं।
गांव ही करेगा जल का प्रबंधन :- जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत हर गांव में जल प्रबंधन समितियां तथा ग्राम पंचायत के माध्यम से वहां के जल का प्रबंधन किया जाना है। इसके लिए हर गांव की जल कार्य योजना तैयार की जानी है। इस मिशन का उद्देश्य है पानी की क्वालिटी, क्वांटिटी तथा रेगुलरिटी (मात्रा,गुणवत्ता व नियमितता) सुनिश्चित करना।
ग्राम स्तर पर डैशबोर्ड :- मिशन के अंतर्गत ग्राम स्तर पर पानी के प्रबंधन की मॉनीटरिंग के लिए डैशबोर्ड बनाया जाएगा। पानी की टंकियों पर सेंसर लगाये जाएंगे,जो पानी की स्थिति बतायेंगे। घर - घर पानी की गुणवत्ता जांचने के लिए डिवाइस (उपकरण) प्रदान की जाएगी।
6 माह में डेढ़ लाख नल कनेक्शन :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत मध्यप्रदेश में तेज गति से काम हो रहा है। पिछले 6 माह में लगभग डेढ़ लाख कनेक्शन हो गए हैं। प्रदेश के 1 करोड़ 21 लाख घरों में से 29 लाख 68 हजार घरों में कनेक्शन हो गए हैं तथा 91 लाख 56 हजार घरों में कनेक्शन होने हैं। योजना के अंतर्गत बुरहानपुर एवं निवाड़ी जिलों में आगामी मार्च महीने तक कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
जल जीवन पुस्तिकाओं का विमोचन किया :- बैठक में केन्द्रीय जल शक्ति मंत्री शेखावत द्वारा लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग की जल जीवन मिशन पर प्रकाशित पुस्तिकाओं का विमोचन किया गया। इसी के साथ बुरहानपुर जिले की जल जीवन मिशन की जिला कार्य योजना का विमोचन भी किया गया।
बैठक में जल संसाधन मंत्री तुलसी सिलावट,मुख्य सचिव इकबाल सिंह बैंस,नेशनल जल जीवन मिशन के डायरेक्टर भरत लाल,अपर मुख्य सचिव लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकीमलय श्रीवास्तव,अपर मुख्य सचिव जल संसाधन एस.एन.मिश्रा आदि उपस्थित थे।

Madhya Pradesh Leader in implementation of every plan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi : Gajendra Singh Shekhawat
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a resolve to deliver pure water to every household by the year 2024. In Madhya Pradesh, this resolution of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be fulfilled only by the year 2023. The road map of the Atal Ground Water Scheme is also ready, it will be implemented expeditiously.
6 districts and 9 blocks included in the Atal Ground-Water Scheme :- Union Water Power Minister Shekhawat has said that in the first phase of Atal Ground-Water Scheme, work has been done in Madhya Pradesh at a rapid pace. The ground water quality of Madhya Pradesh is quite good. Under the scheme, 6 districts of Madhya Pradesh are Chhatarpur, Sagar, Tikamgarh, Damoh, Panna and Niwari and 9 blocks are Patharia, Chhatarpur, Naugaon, Rajnagar, Ajaygarh, Palaira, Baldevgarh and Niwari. The plan is to be completed by the year 2025. The cost of the scheme in Madhya Pradesh is Rs 315.62 crore. 100% amount will be received from World Bank and Government of India.
Awareness is essential for the use of water sources :- Union Water Power Minister Shekhawat said that awareness of the status of water sources and ground water in every household and the use of water in the villagers is necessary. Community participation in village water management is to be ensured.
Clean and quality water from the tap in every house :- The objective of the Jal Jeevan Mission is to have a tap connection in every house and to provide clean and quality water from it. The structure made for this should last for 30 years. There are 16 crore tap connections in the next five years across the country.
The village itself will manage the water :- Under the Jeevan Jeevan Mission,water management is to be done in every village through water management committees and village panchayats. For this, the water action plan of every village has to be prepared. The objective of this mission is to ensure water quality, quantity and regularity (quantity, quality and regularity).
Dashboard at the village level :- Under the mission,a dashboard will be made for monitoring the management of water at the village level. Water tanks will be fitted with sensors,which will tell the status of the water. A device (device) will be provided to check the water quality at home.
One and a half lakh tap connections in 6 months :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that work is going on at a rapid pace in Madhya Pradesh under the Jal Jeevan Mission. In the last 6 months, about 1.5 lakh connections have been made. Out of 1 crore 21 lakh houses in the state, connections have been made in 29 lakh 68 thousand houses and in 91 lakh 56 thousand houses. Under the scheme,work will be completed in Burhanpur and Niwari districts by the month of March.
Water life manuals released Along with this,the District Action Plan of Jal Jeevan Mission of Burhanpur district was also released.
Water Resources Minister Tulsi Silavat,Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Director of National Water Life Mission Bharat Lal, Additional Chief Secretary Public Health Engineering Shrivastava, Additional Chief Secretary Water Resources SN Mishra were present in the meeting.
