श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन की रैकिंग में छत्तीसगढ़ देश में अव्वल : मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल

छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य ने श्याम प्रसाद मुखर्जी रूर्बन मिशन की डायनमिक रैंकिग में देश में अव्वल स्थान हासिल किया है। भारत सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा रूर्बन कलस्टर क्षेत्र में समेकित प्रदर्शन के आधार पर की गई रैकिंग में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य ने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले राज्यों की सूची में एक बार फिर से प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने इसे राज्य के लिए गौरवपूर्ण उपलब्धि कहा है और उन्होंने रूर्बन मिशन के क्रियान्वयन में जुटे राज्य स्तर से लेकर मैदानी स्तर तक के अधिकारियों - कर्मचारियों को बधाई और शुभकामनाएं दी है। 

मुख्यमंत्री ने उम्मीद जताई है कि रूर्बन मिशन के क्रियान्वयन में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य देश का मॉडल राज्य होगा। विदित हो कि छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य को इससे पूर्व रूर्बन मिशन के उत्कृष्ट क्रियान्वयन हेतु तथा बेस्ट परफार्मिंग स्टेट का प्रथम पुरस्कार प्राप्त हो चुका है। यहां यह उल्लेखनीय है कि भारत सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा रूर्बन मिशन अंतर्गत अब तक हुए वित्तीय एवं भौतिक प्रगति का आंकलन कुल 12 संकेतकों के आधार पर करते हुए देश के समस्त रूर्बन कलस्टरों की डायनमिक रैंकिंग प्रणाली,को मिशन अंतर्गत तैयार किए गए वेब पोर्टल द्वारा प्रारंभ की गई है। 

देश के विभिन्न राज्यों को आबंटित क्लस्टर के समेकित प्रदर्शन के आधार पर राज्यों की रैंकिंग की गई है। उक्त मानकों के आधार पर की गई रैंकिंग के अनुसार छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य उत्कृष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने वाले राज्यों की सूची में पुन : प्रथम स्थान पर है। ज्ञातव्य है कि भारत सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा 19 दिसंबर, 2019 को राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह में राज्य को मिशन के उत्कृष्ट क्रियान्वयन हेतु प्रथम पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। इसके साथ ही भारत सरकार ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा 11 सितम्बर,2018 को विज्ञान भवन,नई दिल्ली में आयोजित राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह में रूर्बन मिशन अंतर्गत छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य को उत्कृष्ट निष्पादन सम्मान (Thamez Chamatvit Upadhayajam) वर्ग में प्रथम पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।

Shyama Prasad Mukherjee tops Chhattisgarh country in ranking of Rurban Mission: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel

The state of Chhattisgarh has topped the country in the dynamic ranking of Shyam Prasad Mukherjee Rurban Mission. The state of Chhattisgarh has once again ranked first in the list of outstanding performing states based on the consolidated performance in the Rurban cluster area by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has called it a proud achievement for the state and has congratulated and congratulated the officials - employees from the state level to the plains involved in the implementation of the Rurban Mission.

The Chief Minister has expressed the hope that the state of Chhattisgarh will be the model state of the country in the implementation of the Rurban Mission. It may be noted that the state of Chhattisgarh has received the first prize for the best execution of the Rurban Mission and the best performing state. It is notable here that the Rurban Mission by the Ministry of Rural Development,Government of India Under the assessment of financial and material progress made so far,based on a total of 12 indicators,the dynamic ranking system of all Rurban clusters of the country has been launched by the web portal designed under the mission.

The states have been ranked based on the consolidated performance of the cluster allocated to various states of the country. According to the ranking done on the basis of the above standards,the state of Chhattisgarh is again in the first place in the list of the best performing states. It is known that the National Award by the Ministry of Rural Development,Government of India,on 19 December 2019 At the distribution ceremony, the state was awarded the first prize for excellent implementation of the mission. Along with this,the State of Chhattisgarh was conferred with the first prize in the category of Outstanding Performance Award (Thamez Chamatvit Upadhayajam) under the Rurban Mission at the National Award Distribution ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on September 11, 2018 by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.
