रूबरू हुए जिले के अधिकारियों से आत्मीय वातावरण में जाना हालचाल : मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल

मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने आज कोरबा के ओपन थियेटर घण्टा घर मैदान में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में 836 करोड़ रूपये से अधिक लागत के 883 विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास किया। उन्होंने इनमें से 776 करोड़ रूपए से अधिक के 159 विकास कार्यों का भूमिपूजन एवं लगभग साढ़े 61 करोड़ के 38 विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर विभिन्न योजनाओं के अंतर्गत 686 हितग्राहियों को लगभग साढ़े सात करोड़ रूपए की सामग्री का वितरण भी किया। 

इस अवसर पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ.चरणदास महंत,स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ.प्रेमसाय सिंह टेकाम और राजस्व मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल सहित अनेक जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे। मुख्यमंत्री सहित अतिथियों ने कार्यक्रम स्थल पर विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगाए गए स्टॉलों का अवलोकन भी किया। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल अपने बिलासपुर प्रवास के दूसरे दिन आज न्यू सर्किट हाउस बिलासपुर में लगभग दो घंटे तक जिले में पदस्थ अधिकारियों से रूबरू हुए। 

आत्मीय माहौल में उनका हालचाल जाना और प्रदेश के विकास के लिये निष्ठा,उत्साह एवं टीम भावना से कार्य करने के लिये उन्हें प्रेरित किया। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने अधिकारियों को नये वर्ष की शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना संक्रमण के कारण वर्ष 2020 चुनौतियों से भरा हुआ वर्ष था और आप सभी ने टीम भावना के साथ चुनौतियों का सफलतापूर्वक सामना किया। वर्ष 2021 लोगों के जीवन में खुशहाली लाएगा,ऐसी मैं ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करता हूँ।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि जिला मुख्यालय के अलावा अब विकासखंड स्तर पर भी शासकीय अंग्रेजी माध्यम स्कूल खोले जाने का निर्णय राज्य शासन ने लिया है। इससे ग्रामीण एवं सुदूरवर्ती इलाके में पदस्थ अधिकारियों - कर्मचारियों के बच्चे उत्कृष्ट इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल में पढ़ाई कर सकेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने शासकीय सेवकों को अपने बच्चों को स्वामी आत्मानंद अंग्रेजी माध्यम शालाओं में एडमिशन कराने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने प्रवास के दौरान संभागीय मुख्यालय बिलासपुर में आयोजित विभिन्न सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रमों के सफल आयोजन के लिये कलेक्टर एवं उनकी टीम को बधाई दी। साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने न्यू सर्किट हाउस के अरपा सभाकक्ष में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों से आत्मीय वातावरण में बातचीत कर घर - परिवार का हालचाल जाना। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्राचीन छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी जिले में स्थित रतनपुर रही है,जिसका एक गौरवशाली इतिहास रहा है। 

हमें छत्तीसगढ़ के इतिहास को पढ़ने की जरूरत है कि हमारा प्राचीन छत्तीसगढ़ कितना वैभवशाली रहा है। इस अवसर पर गृह मंत्री एवं बिलासपुर जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री ताम्रध्वज साहू,नगरीय प्रशासन एवं विकास मंत्री डॉ.शिवकुमार डहरिया, संसदीय सचिव रश्मि आशीष सिंह ठाकुर और चिन्तामणी महाराज,विधायक शैलेष पाण्डेय,पुलिस महानिरीक्षक रतन लाल डांगी,कलेक्टर डॉ.सारांश मित्तर,पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रशांत अग्रवाल उपस्थित थे।

Know about the situation in the kind of environment with the officials of the district: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 883 development works costing more than Rs 836 crore at an event organized at the open theater Ghanta Ghar Maidan in Korba today. He inaugurated 159 development works worth more than Rs 776 crore and Bhoomipujan for 38 and 61 lakh rupees. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also distributed about seven and a half crores of material to 686 beneficiaries under various schemes.

Several public representatives were present on the occasion, including Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Dr. Charan Das Mahant, School Education Minister Dr. Pramsay Singh Tekam and Revenue Minister Jaisingh Agrawal. Guests including the Chief Minister also visited the stalls set up by various departments at the venue. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel came to the New Circuit House Bilaspur on the second day of his stay in Bilaspur today for about two hours from the officers posted in the district.

He was aware of his well - being in the intimate environment and motivated him to work with dedication, enthusiasm and team spirit for the development of the state. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel wished the officers a happy new year. He said that the year 2020 was a year filled with challenges due to Corona transition and all of you successfully faced the challenges with team spirit. I pray to God that 2021 will bring prosperity in the lives of people.

The Chief Minister informed that apart from the district headquarters, now the state government has decided to open a government English medium school at the development block level as well. With this, children of officers and employees posted in rural and remote areas will be able to study in the excellent English Medium School. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel motivated the government servants to get their children admitted to Swami Atmanand English medium schools.

During his stay, the Chief Minister congratulated the Collector and his team for the successful organization of various public programs organized at Divisional Headquarters Bilaspur. At the same time, the Chief Minister interacted with the officials of various departments in the Arpa meeting hall of New Circuit House in a kindred environment and got to know the health of the family. The Chief Minister said that the capital of ancient Chhattisgarh has been Ratanpur located in the district, which has a glorious history.

We need to read the history of Chhattisgarh, how magnificent our ancient Chhattisgarh has been. On this occasion, Home Minister and Minister in-charge of Bilaspur district, Tamradhwaj Sahu, Urban Administration and Development Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria, Parliamentary Secretary Rashmi Ashish Singh Thakur and Chintamani Maharaj, MLA Shailesh Pandey, Inspector General of Police Ratan Lal Dangi, Collector Dr. Sansha Mittar, Superintendent of Police Prashant Aggarwal was present.
