जनवरी में अन्नदाता को न्याय :- माह जनवरी के पन्ने पर शासन द्वारा किसानों के हित में लिए गए निर्णयों को अन्नदाताओं के लिए न्याय शीर्षक से अंकित किया गया है। इसके तहत 17 लाख किसानों को लगभग 9 हजार करोड़ रूपए की कर्ज माफी,94 प्रतिशत किसानों से समर्थन मूल्य पर धान खरीदी,राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना के माध्यम से किसानों को 5750 करोड़ रूपए में से 4500 करोड़ रूपए की आदायगी,15 वर्षों से लंबित सिंचाई कर की माफी को शामिल किया गया है। इस पन्ने पर हरे-भरे धान के खेत और फसल तैयार करती हुई महिला किसानों के चित्र प्रकाशित किए गए हैं।
फरवरी में सुराजी गांव :- माह फरवरी के पन्ने पर शासन की सुराजी गांव योजना को नरवा, गरवा, घुरवा, बारी - चिन्हारी को न्याय शीर्षक से अंकित किया गया है। इसके अंतर्गत गौठानों से गांवों में आ रही आत्मनिर्भरता,वर्मी कम्पोस्ट निर्माण और विक्रय में मिल रही सफलता,गोबर से दीयों तथा अन्य उपयोगी सामग्री के निर्माण,हर माह औसतन 15 करोड़ रूपए की गोबर खरीदी का उल्लेख किया गया है। इस पन्ने पर गांवों में निर्मित सुंदर गौठानों और वहां चल रही आय - मूलक गतिविधियों के चित्र प्रकाशित किए गए हैं।
मार्च में खाद्य सुरक्षा :- मार्च महीने के पन्ने पर सार्वभौम पीडीएफ,पोषण से सबकों न्याय शीर्षक के अंतर्गत अंत्योदय परिवारों को एक रूपए किलो की दर से 35 किलो चावल,खाद्य एवं पोषण सुरक्षा के दायरे में प्रदेश की 96 प्रतिशत आबादी, अनुसूचित व माडा क्षेत्रों के अंतर्गत रियायती दर पर चना एवं गुड़ का वितरण,एपीएल परिवारों को 10 रूपए किलो की रियायती दर पर चावल, अन्नपूर्णा, निराश्रित एवं निःशक्तजनों को निशुल्क चावल दिए जाने का उल्लेख किया गया है। इस पन्ने पर अंजुरि में अन्न भर कर मुस्कुराती ग्रामीण महिला की तस्वीर प्रकाशित की गई है।
अप्रैल में बिजली बिल आधा और औद्योगिक विकास :- अप्रैल माह में बिजली बिल आधा औद्योगिक विकास का भी वादा शीर्षक के अंतर्गत बिजली बिल हाफ करने का वादा निभाने,38 लाख से अधिक परिवारों को 1336 करोड़ रूपए की सीधी राहत प्राप्त होने,नई औद्योगिक नीति से 887 नये उद्योगों की स्थापना,15000 करोड़ रूपए का पूंजी निवेश और 15 हजार लोगों के लिए रोजगार के अवसरों के निर्माण,हर विकासखण्ड में फूडपार्क की स्थापना के लिए 105 स्थानों पर भूमि चिन्हांकन का उल्लेख किया गया है। इस पृष्ठ पर विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं और औद्योगिक गतिविधियों के चित्र प्रकाशित किए गए हैं।
मई में श्रमवीरों को न्याय :- मई महीने में श्रमवीरों के लिए न्याय शीर्षक के अंतर्गत महात्मा गांधी नरेगा योजना में प्रतिदिन औसतन 26 लाख लोगों को रोजगार, महिलाओं की बड़ी भागीदारी,100 दिवस रोजगार देने में देश में अव्वल होने, कोविड-19 के दौरान 7 लाख प्रवासी मजदूरों की सुरक्षित घर वापसी,शहीद महेन्द्र कर्मा तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहक सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना का उल्लेख किया गया है। इस पन्ने पर महात्मा गांधी नरेगा योजना के तहत मिल रहे रोजगार की तस्वीर प्रकाशित की गई है।
जून में उपचार पर सबका अधिकार :- जून महीने में उपचार पर सब का अधिकार शीर्षक के अंतर्गत मुख्यमंत्री हाट बाजार क्लीनिक योजना, मुख्यमंत्री शहरी स्लम स्वास्थ्य योजना,दाई दीदी क्लीनिक,डॉ.राधाबाई डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर,डॉं. खूबचंद बघेल तथा मुख्यमंत्री विशेष स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना, मलेरिया मुक्त बस्तर अभियान से एक वर्ष में 66 प्रतिशत सफलता का उल्लेख किया गया है। इस पन्ने पर मुख्यमंत्री शहरी स्लम स्वास्थ्य योजना तथा दाई दीदी क्लीनिक की तस्वीर प्रकाशित की गई है।
जुलाई में कुपोषण एनीमिया से मुक्ति :- जुलाई महीने में कुपोषण एनीमिया से मुक्ति शीर्षक के अंतर्गत,51 हजार से अधिक आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों, 29 लाख हितग्राहियों,एक वर्ष में कुपोषित बच्चों की संख्या में 16 प्रतिशत की कमी,डीएमएफ का सदुपयोग,शिक्षा,पोषण,पुर्नवास में,मुख्यमंत्री सुपोषण अभियान को व्यापक सफलता का उल्लेख किया गया है। इस पन्ने पर मुख्यमंत्री सुपोषण अभियान की तस्वीर प्रकाशित की गई है।
अगस्त में दरवाजे पर शिक्षा :- अगस्त माह के पन्ने में नौनिहालों को न्याय को प्रदर्शित किया गया है। इसमें शिक्षा के अधिकार के तहत 10वीं से 12वीं तक निःशुल्क पढ़ाई देश में पहली बार,15 हजार से अधिक स्कूली शिक्षकों की स्थायी भर्ती,कोविड 19 के दौरान ऑनलाईन पढ़ाई हेतु पढ़ई तुंहर दुआर,जहां इन्टरनेट नहीं है वहां पढ़ई तुहर पारा तथा मध्यान्ह भोजन प्रदाय में देश में अव्वल छत्तीसगढ़ को चित्रित किया गया है।
सितम्बर में वनाश्रितों को न्याय :- सितम्बर माह के पन्ने में वन आश्रितों को न्याय को चित्रित किया गया है। इसमें निरस्त वन अधिकार दावों की समीक्षा से देश में सर्वाधिक पट्टे व भूमि का वितरण,आदिवासियों को अदालती प्रकरणों से मुक्ति दिलाने की पहल,तेन्दूपत्ता संग्रहण,पारिश्रमिक 2500 रूपए से बढ़ाकर 4000 रूपए मानक बोरा,7 से बढ़ाकर 52 लघु वनोपजों की समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीदी कर देश में अव्वल छत्तीसगढ़ को चित्रों के साथ दर्शाया गया है।
अक्टूबर में शिक्षा विस्तार :- अक्टूबर माह के पन्ने में विरासत और आदत को न्याय को दिखाया गया है। इसमें स्वामी आत्मानंद इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल योजना के तहत 152 स्कूलों की मंजूरी,प्रथम वर्ष में 52 स्कूलों में अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं का विकास,युवा खेल प्रतिभाओं को संवारने राष्ट्रीय स्तर अकादमी,सभी ग्रामों व नगरीय निकायों में राजीव युवा मितान क्लब तथा कृषि,वानिकी,और उद्यानिकी की उच्च शिक्षा हेतु विश्वविद्यालय तथा महाविद्यालयों की स्थापना को प्रदर्शित किया गया है।
नवम्बर में छत्तीसगढ़ी अस्मिता को पहचान :- नवम्बर माह के पन्ने में छत्तीसगढ़ी अस्मिता और स्वाभिमान को मिली पहचान को दर्शाया गया है। इसमें राज्य सरकार द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ की संस्कृति व परम्पराओं को सहजने के पहल,हरेली, तीजा,माता कर्मा जयंती,विश्व आदिवासी दिवस और छठ पूजा पर सार्वजनिक अवकाश प्रत्येक जिले में छत्तीसगढ़ पर खान - पान पर केन्द्रित गढ़-कलेवा के साथ ही छत्तीसगढ़ी ग्रामीण खेलकूद और लोक नृत्यों को बढ़ावा को प्रदर्शित किया गया है।
दिसम्बर में शिल्प और परम्परागत रोजगार :- दिसम्बर माह के पन्ने में परम्परा रोजगार को न्याय को प्रदर्शित किया गया है। इसमें माटी शिल्प,धातु शिल्प,हाथकरघा वस्त्र,बांस शिल्प,कोसा को बढ़ावा के साथ गोठानों में महिला स्व - सहायता समूहों द्वारा निर्मित दीयों और अन्य सामग्रियों को बढ़े ही खूबसूरत चित्रों के साथ दर्शाया गया है। इसके साथ ही राम वनगमन पर्यटन परिपथ,देवगुढ़ी,सरोदा दादर,सतरेंगा जैसे पर्यटन स्थलों में अधोसंरचना विकास और रोजगार के नये अवसर प्रदर्शित किया गया है।
