इस संबंध में पूर्व सरकार द्वारा रूचि न लेने के कारण योजना के क्रियान्वयन में जो बाधा आई थी,वो समाप्त की गई। पात्र किसानों के नाम सूची में जोड़े गए हैं। अटल जी की जयंती पर यह शुभ कार्य हो रहा है। उल्लेखनीय है कि इस योजना में केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा छोटे और सीमांत किसानों को 6 हजार रुपये की राशि प्रति वर्ष देने का प्रावधान है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि किसानों के हित में इस योजना में दो - दो हजार रुपये की दो अतिरिक्त किश्तें जोड़कर योजना में किसान को 10 हजार रुपये वार्षिक दिए जाने का प्रावधान कर योजना की उपयोगिता बढ़ा दी गई है। अटल जी की जयंती पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी वर्चुअल कार्यक्रम में किसानों से चर्चा कर उन्हें संबोधित करेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आज वीसी द्वारा कैबिनेट बैठक शुरू होने के पहले मंत्रियों को जानकारी दी कि मध्यप्रदेश में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का संबोधन पूरे प्रदेश में प्रसारित होगा। किसानों को प्रधानमंत्री किसान निधि की राशि अंतरित करने का यह वर्चुअल कार्यक्रम विकासखंड और पंचायत स्तर पर होगा। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि किसान कल्याण पर मध्यप्रदेश सरकार लगातार कार्य कर रही है। प्रदेश के 35 लाख किसानों को सोलह सौ करोड़ रुपए की राहत राशि देने की पहल भी की गई। इसके अंतर्गत किसानों के खाते में राशि अंतरित की जा रही है। इसकी शुरुआत गत 18 दिसम्बर को की गई। अभी दी गई राशि एक तिहाई है। अगली किश्त के भुगतान के लिए भी आवश्यक प्रबंध किया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम के संबंध में सभी कलेक्टर्स को विस्तृत निर्देश दिए जा रहे हैं। मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी भी विकासखंड में इस कार्यक्रम के लिए समन्वय करेंगे। इसके अलावा कृषि,ग्रामीण विकास और राजस्व विभाग महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा करेंगे। कार्यक्रम में भारत सरकार और मध्यप्रदेश सरकार की कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण योजनाओं की विस्तार से जानकारी दी जाएगी।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि 25 दिसंबर को पूर्वान्ह 11:00 बजे कार्यक्रम में विधायक, सांसद भी उपस्थित रहेंगे। कृषि मंत्री को सूचना देकर विधायक और मंत्री अपने लिए कार्यक्रम स्थल निर्धारित कर लें। कार्यक्रम के प्रारंभ में विधायक और सांसद किसान कल्याण कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करेंगे। इसके पश्चात मुख्यमंत्री का संबोधन होगा। तत्पश्चात दोपहर 12 बजे पहले केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री और उसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का संबोधन होगा। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा नए कृषि कानूनों की जानकारी भी दी जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने मंत्रियों से इस कार्यक्रम की आवश्यक तैयारियां सुनिश्चित करने को भी कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी कार्यक्रमों को व्यवस्थित रूप से संपन्न करवाने के लिए प्रशासनिक स्तर पर समन्वय पूर्वक कार्य किया जाए।
मंत्री करें बड़ी परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा विभाग से संबंधित बड़ी परियोजनाओं की मंत्री भी नियमित रूप से समीक्षा करें। परियोजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में समय - सीमा का ध्यान रखा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि वह स्वयं हर महीने प्रोजेक्ट्स की समीक्षा कर रहे हैं। मंत्री प्रतिमाह समीक्षा कर कार्यों को गति प्रदान करें। निर्माणाधीन कार्यों की पूर्णता में विलम्ब होने से इनकी लागत भी बढ़ जाती है,इसलिए मुख्यमंत्री और मंत्री स्तर पर इनकी समीक्षा होना ही चाहिए। केबिनेट बैठक के पहले राष्ट्र गीत वंदे मातरम् का गायन भी हुआ।

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan informed the ministers today before the commencement of the cabinet meeting by the VC that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address will be broadcast in the entire state in Madhya Pradesh. This virtual program to transfer the amount of Prime Minister Kisan Fund to farmers will be at the development block and panchayat level.
