प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने आज देश के 9 करोड़ किसानों के खातों में किसान सम्मान निधि की कुल 18 हजार करोड़ रूपए की राशि सिंगल क्लिक के माध्यम से अंतरित की। इसके अंतर्गत मध्यप्रदेश के 78 लाख किसान लाभान्वित हुए हैं। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने देश के किसानों को वर्चुअली संबोधित किया।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने होशंगाबाद जिले के बाबई से किसानों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्व.श्री अटल बिहारी जी की परिकल्पना के अनुरूप प्रदेश में सुशासन लागू किया जा रहा है। प्रदेश में कानून का राज रहेगा,गुंडे - बदमाशों का नहीं। सुशासन की परिभाषा बताते हुए शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि सुशासन अर्थात बिना लिए-दिए निश्चित समय सीमा में सरकार द्वारा दी गई सेवाओं का लाभ जनता को मिल जाए।
गहन अध्ययन कर बनाए गए कृषि कानून :- प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि कृषि कानून किसानों की समस्याओं और उनके हितों के दृष्टिगत गहन अध्ययन कर लागू किए गए हैं। पहले छोटे किसानों को अपनी फसल बेचने में परेशानी होती थी। नए कानून में उन्हें कई विकल्प दिए गए हैं जिनके माध्यम से वे अपनी फसलों को अच्छे दाम पर बेच सकते हैं।
लागत की डेढ़ गुना एम.एस.पी. :- प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने स्वामीनाथन समिति की रिपोर्ट अनुसार किसानों की फसल की लागत का डेढ़ गुना एम.एस.पी.निर्धारित की तथा अधिक फसलों को इसके दायरे में लाया गया।
21वीं सदी में कृषि को आधुनिक बनाना ही होगा :- प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि कृषि से किसानों की आय में वृद्धि के लिए 21वीं सदी में कृषि को आधुनिक बनाना ही होगा। ये तीनों कृषि सुधार कानून इसी दिशा में उठाया गया कदम है। सरकार किसानों को गांव के पास ही भंडारण सुविधा उपलब्ध कराएगी तथा कोल्ड स्टोर चैन का विस्तार किया जाएगा।
अब कोई किसान को ठग नहीं सकता :- प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि नए कृषि अनुबंध कानून के अंतर्गत अब व्यापारी/अनुबंधकर्ता किसान को फसल का तय मूल्य देने के लिए कानूनन बाध्य है। अब कोई किसान को ठग नहीं सकता। अनुबंध करने पर अनुबंधकर्ता किसान को गुणवत्तापूर्ण फसल पैदा करने में सहायता भी करेगा। किसान की फसल बर्बाद होने पर भी अनुबंधकर्ता को फसल का निर्धारित मूल्य देना ही होगा। किसान जब चाहे अनुबंध समाप्त कर सकता है, परन्तु व्यापारी नहीं।
किसानों से हर मुद्दे पर चर्चा के लिए तैयार :- प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि हम किसान कानूनों को हर कसौटी पर कसने को तैयार हैं। हम किसानों के विश्वास पर बिल्कुल आंच नहीं आने देंगे। हम किसानों से हर मुद्दे पर चर्चा के लिए तैयार है। कृषि कानून हर हालत में किसानों के लिए लाभदायी होंगे।
अब किसी से ज्यादा ब्याज पर पैसे न लें :- प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों के विभिन्न शासकीय योजनाओं के किसान हितग्राहियों से संवाद के दौरान कहा कि किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड से सरकार कम ब्याज दर पर ऋण दिलवाती है,अब वे किसी से ज्यादा ब्याज पर ऋण न लें। किसानों ने बताया कि उन्हें किसान सम्मान निधि,किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड,समर्थन मूल्य खरीदी,फसल बीमा योजना सिंचाई योजनाओं आदि का लाभ मिला है।
नए कृषि कानून से मिला लाभ :- प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को धार मध्यप्रदेश के किसान मनोज पाटीदार ने बताया कि नए किसान कानूनों से उन्हें लाभ हो रहा है। अब वे अपनी फसलें मंडियों के अलावा कहीं भी बेच सकते हैं। उन्होंने आई.टी.सी.कंपनी को सोयाबीन 4100 रूपए क्विंटल पर बेचकर लाभ प्राप्त किया।
फसल खरीदी अनुबंध के लिए बना रहे हैं सरल प्रोफार्मा :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि तीनों कृषि कानून किसानों के लिए लाभदायक हैं। अब किसान मंडी में अथवा मंडी के बाहर कहीं भी अपनी फसलें बेच सकता है। प्रदेश में मंडी शुल्क को घटाकर 50 पैसा कर दिया गया है। किसानों से फसल खरीदी अनुबंध के लिए मध्यप्रदेश सरकार एक सरल प्रोफार्मा बना रही है, जिससे किसानों को अनुबंध में आसानी हो तथा कोई भी किसानों के साथ गड़बड़ी न कर सके।
कृषि कानूनों को समझने विकासखंडों में लगेंगे प्रशिक्षण शिविर :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि किसान कानूनों के संबंध में भ्रांतियों को दूर करने के लिए प्रदेश के सभी विकासखंडों में प्रशिक्षण शिविर आयोजित किए जाएंगे। किसानों की सभी भ्रांतियां दूर की जाएंगी।
किसानों के खातों में 82422 करोड़ की राशि पहुंचाई :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि इस सरकार ने विभिन्न योजनाओं और समर्थन मूल्य खरीदी की अभी तक 82422 करोड़ रूपए की राशि अंतरित की है। किसानों को फसल बीमा के 8 हजार 646 करोड़ रूपए दिलवाए हैं। किसानों को किसान सम्मान निधि की केन्द्र द्वारा दी जाने वाली वाली 6 हजार रूपए प्रतिवर्ष राशि के अलावा राज्य सरकार 4-4 हजार रूपए राशि और दे रही है।
किसानों की सुविधा के लिए मोबाइल एप :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि अब किसानों को सेवाओं के प्रदाय के लिए मोबाइल एप बनाया जा रहा है। इसके माध्यम से फसल बुवानी,नामांतरण,डायवर्सन,सीमांकन आदि की सुविधा प्राप्त होगी। अब ज़रीब युग समाप्त हो गया है,एक उपकरण के माध्यम से सीधे सीमांकन हो जाएगा। गैर विवादित नामांतरण के लिए सीधे ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने पर कार्य हो जाएगा। पटवारी सोमवार और गुरूवार को आवश्यक रूप से पटवारी हल्के पर उपस्थित रहेंगे।
मोबाइल पर मिल जाएंगे जाति,आय आदि प्रमाण पत्र :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने घोषणा की कि आज से सी.एम.हेल्पलाइन शिकायतों के निराकरण के साथ ही सेवाओं के प्रदाय का भी काम करेगी। सी.एम.हेल्पलाइन नंबर 181 डायल कर के अपना आधार नंबर बताने पर आय प्रमाण पत्र,जाति प्रमाण पत्र आदि सुविधएं मिलेंगी।
गरीबों और किसानों को समर्पित है सरकार :- सांसद वी.डी.शर्मा ने कहा कि सरकार गरीबों और किसानों को समर्पित है। आज गरीब का बेटा देश का प्रधानमंत्री एवं प्रदेश का मुख्यमंत्री है। वे गरीब का दर्द जानते हैं। वे निरंतर गरीबों का जीवन-स्तर उठाने के लिए कार्य कर रहे हैं। आज करोड़ों किसानों के खातों में किसान सम्मान निधि की राशि पहुंच रही है।
आज पूरी राशि जनता के खातों में पहुंचती है :- वी.डी.शर्मा ने कहा कि पहले केन्द्र से एक रूपए चलता था तो जनता के खाते में बहुत कम राशि पहुंचती थी। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्व.श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की सुशासन की कल्पना को साकार करते हुए देश में सुशासन दिया है। गरीबों के जन - धन खाते खुलवाए गए। आज योजनाओं की पूरी राशि गरीबों के खातों में आती है।
कन्या पूजन से किया कार्यक्रम प्रारंभ :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित होकर सबसे पहले कन्या पूजन किया। उन्होंने पांच बालिकाओं वंशिका, भावना, शाहीन ,परी और नमामि के पांव पखारे। शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने नर्मदा अंचल में प्रचलित "नर्मदे हर" के उद्घोष के साथ उपस्थित किसानों का अभिवादन किया।
विकास कार्यों का शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण किया :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने होशंगाबाद जिले के निर्माण कार्यों का लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास किया। कुल 82 करोड़ रुपये के 64 कार्यों का लोकार्पण और 160 करोड़ रु के 187 कार्यों का शिलान्यास किया गया। इन कार्यों में मुख्य रूप से पंचायत और ग्रामीण विकास विभाग,ग्रामीण यांत्रिकी सेवा,म.प्र. ग्रामीण सड़क विकास प्राधिकरण,नगरीय विकास विभाग के कार्य प्रमुख हैं।
हितग्राहियों को योजनाओं का लाभ वितरित किया :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने होशंगाबाद जिले के पांच स्वसहायता समूहों की सदस्य महिलाओं को हित - लाभ वितरित किए। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि स्वसहायता समूहों की बहनों को प्रतिवर्ष 150 करोड़ रुपए की राशि दी जाएगी।
सभी ने किया किसान कानूनों का समर्थन :- कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री के साथ उपस्थित सभी किसानों एवं अन्य ने दोनों हाथ उठाकर किसान कानूनों का समर्थन किया तथा किसान कानून लागू करने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का अभिनंदन किया।

The money which runs from Delhi reaches the farmers accounts directly
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today transferred the total amount of Kisan Samman Nidhi to the accounts of 9 crore farmers of the country through single click. Under this, 78 lakh farmers of Madhya Pradesh have been benefited. Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually addressed the farmers of the country.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan while addressing farmers from Babai in Hoshangabad district said that good governance is being implemented in the state as per the vision of former Prime Minister late Shri Atal Bihari ji. There will be rule of law in the state, not goons - miscreants. Describing the definition of good governance, Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that good governance means that the public should get the benefit of the services provided by the government in a fixed time frame.
Agricultural Laws made after deep study :- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that agricultural laws have been implemented after thorough study in view of the problems and interests of farmers. Earlier small farmers used to have trouble selling their crops. In the new law,they have been given several options through which they can sell their crops at a good price.
One and a half times the cost of MSP :- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that according to the report of the Swaminathan Committee, our government fixed the MSP one and a half times the cost of the crop of farmers and more crops were brought under its purview.
Agriculture will have to be modernized in the 21st century :- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that to increase the income of farmers from agriculture,agriculture will have to be modernized in the 21st century. These three agrarian reform laws are steps taken in this direction. The government will provide storage facilities near the village to the farmers and the cold store chain will be expanded.
Now no one can cheat a farmer :- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that under the new Agricultural Contract Act,now the trader / contractor is legally bound to give fixed price of the crop to the farmer. Now no one can cheat a farmer. The contractee will also assist the farmer in producing quality crops on contract. Even if the crop of the farmer is ruined, the contractor will have to pay the fixed price of the crop. The farmer can terminate the contract whenever he wants, but not the merchant.
Ready to discuss every issue with the farmers :- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that we are ready to tighten the farmer laws on every criterion. We will not let the trust of the farmers be affected at all. We are ready to discuss every issue with the farmers. Agricultural laws will be beneficial for farmers in any case.
Now do not take money on interest more than anyone :- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said during the interaction with farmer beneficiaries of different government schemes of different parts of the country that the government provides loans at low interest rate with Kisan Credit Card,now they more than anyone Do not take loan on interest. Farmers told that they have got the benefit of Kisan Samman Nidhi, Kisan Credit Card, support price purchase,crop insurance scheme, irrigation schemes etc.
Benefit received from the new agricultural law :- The farmer of Dhar Madhya Pradesh, Manoj Patidar told Prime Minister Narendra Modi that he is benefiting from the new farmer laws. Now they can sell their crops anywhere except mandis. He made a profit by selling soybean to ITC company at Rs 4100 quintal.
A huge memorial in Gwalior in memory of Atal ji :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan started his address. At the feet of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he bowed respectfully. He announced that a huge memorial will be built in Gwalior in memory of Atal ji, in which his personality, gratitude, life-philosophy will be outlined.
Crop Profit is being made for contract purchase :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that all three agricultural laws are beneficial for farmers. Now the farmer can sell his crops in the market or anywhere outside the market. Mandi duty has been reduced to 50 paise in the state. The Madhya Pradesh government is making a simple proforma for contracting crop purchase from farmers,so that the farmers get ease of contract and no one can mess with the farmers.
Training camps will be organized in development blocks to understand agricultural laws :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that training camps will be organized in all the development blocks of the state to clear up misconceptions regarding the farmers laws. All the misconceptions of the farmers will be removed.
The amount of 82422 crore was transferred to the farmers accounts :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that this government has so far transferred 82422 crore rupees for the purchase of various schemes and support price. 8 thousand 646 crores have been provided to farmers for crop insurance. In addition to the 6 thousand rupees per year amount given by the Center of Kisan Samman Nidhi to the farmers, the state government is giving another Rs 4 - 4 thousand.
Mobile App for the convenience of farmers :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that now a mobile app is being made for the delivery of services to farmers. Through this, the facility of crop sowing, mutation, diversion, demarcation etc. will be available. Now that the Zarib era is over, a device will be demarcated directly through it. Direct application for non-disputed nomination will be done online. Patwari will necessarily be present on Monday and Thursday on Patwari Mild.
Government is dedicated to the poor and farmers :- MP VD Sharma said that the government is dedicated to the poor and farmers. Today the son of the poor is the Prime Minister of the country and the Chief Minister of the state. They know the pain of the poor. They are constantly working to raise the standard of living of the poor. Today,the amount of Kisan Samman Nidhi is reaching the accounts of crores of farmers.
Today,the entire amount reaches the public accounts :- VD Sharma said that earlier one rupee was being run from the center, then very little amount used to reach the public account. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given good governance in the country by realizing the vision of good governance of former Prime Minister late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Public-money accounts of the poor were opened. Today the entire amount of the schemes comes in the accounts of the poor.
Program started with Kanya Pujan :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan performed Kanya Puja first by attending the program. He fostered the feet of five girl children, Bhavna, Shaheen, Pari and Namami. Shivraj Singh Chauhan greeted the farmers present with the proclamation of "Narmade Har" prevalent in Narmada zone.
Foundation stone was laid and inaugurated for development works :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated and laid foundation stones of construction works in Hoshangabad district. A total of 64 works worth Rs 82 crore were launched and 187 works worth Rs 160 crore were laid. These works mainly consisted of Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Rural Engineering Services, Madhya Pradesh. The Rural Roads Development Authority is the head of the Urban Development Department.
Distributed the benefits of the schemes to the beneficiaries :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan distributed the benefit benefits to the women members of the five self-help groups of Hoshangabad district. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that an amount of 150 crore rupees will be given every year to the sisters of self - help groups.
Everyone supported the farmers laws :- All the farmers and others present with the Chief Minister in the program raised both hands and supported the farmers laws and praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for implementing the farmers law.
