सरकार के साथ बातचीत को तैयार पर कृषि कानूनों को निरस्त करने पर बात होगी : किसान नेता

किसान नेताओं ने रविवार को अपनी मांगों पर कायम रहते हुए कहा कि वे सरकार से वार्ता को तैयार हैं लेकिन पहले तीन नये कृषि कानूनों को निरस्त करने पर बातचीत होगी। किसानों ने घोषणा की कि उनकी यूनियनों के प्रतिनिधि 14 दिसंबर को देशव्यापी प्रदर्शन के दौरान भूख हड़ताल पर बैठेंगे। 

सिंघू बॉर्डर पर संवाददाता सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए किसान नेता कंवलप्रीत सिंह पन्नू ने कहा कि रविवार को हजारों किसान राजस्थान के शाहजहांपुर से जयपुर-दिल्ली राजमार्ग के रास्ते सुबह 11 बजे अपने ट्रैक्टरों से दिल्ली चलो मार्च शुरू करेंगे। शाहजहांपुर और दिल्ली-गुड़गांव सीमा के बीच दूरी करीब 94 किलोमीटर है। हरियाणा के एक किसान प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने शनिवार को कृषि भवन में केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर से मुलाकात की। 

किसानों के साथ मुलाकात के बाद केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने कहा,हरियाणा के प्रगतिशील किसान नेताओं ने मुझसे मुलाकात की और उनके हस्ताक्षर के साथ तीन कृषि कानूनों का समर्थन करते हुए एक ज्ञापन सौंपा। उन्होंने अपने अनुभवों को भी साझा किया कि ये कानून उन्हें कैसे लाभ पहुंचा रहे हैं। कृषि भवन में अनेक किसानों व संगठन - प्रतिनिधियों ने केंद्रीय कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर से मिलकर उन्हें कृषि सुधारों के लिए धन्यवाद दिया और नए कृषि कानून निरस्त नहीं करने की मांग की। बता दें कि,कृषि कानूनों को रद्द करने की मांग को लेकर किसानों का 17 दिन से आंदोलन जारी है। 

भारत सरकार के द्वार 24 घंटे किसानों के लिए खुले हैं- पीयूष गोयल :- केंद्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने कहा कि भारत सरकार के द्वार 24 घंटे किसानों के लिए खुले हैं। मैं समझता हूं कि अगर ये किसान आंदोलन माओवादी और नक्सल ताकतों से मुक्त हो जाए, तो हमारे किसान भाई-बहन जरूर समझेंगे कि ये कानून उनके और देशहित के लिए हैं। सबका विश्वास रहता है कि हमारे लीडर हमारा ध्यान रखेंगे पर शायद यहां ऐसे लीडर हैं ही नहीं। ऐसा डर का माहौल इन नक्सल लोगों ने बना दिया है कि जो किसान नेता असल मुद्दों की बात करना भी चाहते हैं तो किसी में हिम्मत ही नहीं बन पा रही है क्योंकि ये डरा देते हैं। मैं समझता हूं कि विपक्ष के 18 दलों ने मिलकर कोशिश कर ली पर भारत नहीं बंद हुआ। भारत चलेगा, भारत और तेज़ चलेगा, दौड़ेगा। ये विश्वास आज देश में है।

केंद्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने कहा कि देशभर में किसान खुश हैं उन्हें दिख रहा है कि नया निवेश आएगा, इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर विकसित होगा, रोज़गार के नए अवसर बनेंगे। इन सब अवसरों से माओवादी ताक़तें किसानों को वंचित रखना चाहती हैं। मैं सभी पॉलिटिकल पार्टियों से डिमांड करता हूं कि उन्हें किसानों को भ्रमित कर उनके कंधों पर एक आंदोलन के रास्ते को प्रोपागेट करने की बजाय इन माओवादी-नक्सल ताक़तों से देश को भली भांति अवगत करवाना चाहिए।

माओवादी और नक्सल किसानों को चर्चा से रोक रहे :- पीयूष गोयल ने आगे कहा कि एक किसान के कुछ नेताओं ने इस आंदोलन को हाइजैक कर लिया है। नक्सल-माओवादी ताक़तें जो वहां हावी हो गई हैं. ऐसे में किसानों को समझना पड़ेगा कि ये आंदोलन उनके हाथ से निकल कर इन माओवादी और नक्सल लोगों के हाथ में चला गया है। हमने उनकी पुरानी बातों में से निचोड़ निकालकर जो उनके संदेह नज़र आए उस पर एक बहुत अच्छा प्रपोजल दिया लेकिन उस पर भी कोई चर्चा करने को तैयार नहीं है। बहुत ही दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण स्थिति है कि माओवादी और नक्सल उन्हें चर्चा से रोक रहे हैं। 

किसानों ने अनशन की दी चेतावनी :- कृषि कानूनों को लेकर किसान संगठनों के तेवर ढीले होते नहीं दिखाई दे रहे हैं। किसानों का कहना है कृषि कानूनों में संशोधनों से काम नहीं चलने वाला है सरकार को कृषि कानून समग्र रूप से वापस लेना होगा। दिल्ली की सीमा पर डटे किसानों ने आंदोलन को और तेज करने का फैसला किया है। किसान नेता गुरनाम सिंह चरूनी ने कहा कि किसानों की ट्राली को पंजाब से दिल्ली आने पर रोका जा रहा है। वो सरकार से अपील कर रहे हैं कि किसानों की ट्राली को दिल्ली आने दिया जाए। अगर सरकार 19 दिसंबर से पहले हमारी मांगों को नहीं मानती है, तो हम उसी दिन गुरु तेग बहादुर के शहीदी दिवस से भूख हड़ताल शुरू करेंगे। 

रविवार को जयपुर - दिल्ली मुख्य मार्ग अवरुद्ध कर ट्रैक्टर मार्च निकालेंगे किसान :- हर दिन की तरह ही शनिवार को भी सिंघु बॉर्डर पर किसान संगठनों की संयुक्त बैठक हुई, जिसके बाद संगठन के नेताओं ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की और कहा कि आज की मीटिंग में आंदोलन को तेज करने का फैसला लिया गया है। संयुक्त किसान आंदोलन के नेता कमल प्रीत सिंह पन्नू ने कहा कि हजारों किसान रविवार सुबह 11 बजे राजस्थान के शाहजहाँपुर से ट्रैक्टर मार्च शुरू करेंगे और जयपुर-दिल्ली मुख्य मार्ग को अवरुद्ध करेंगे। हमारे देशव्यापी आह्वान के बाद, हरियाणा के सभी टोल प्लाजा आज मुक्त हैं। सभी किसान संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि और अध्यक्ष स्टेज पर 14 तारीख को अनशन पर बैठेंगे। हम अपनी माताओं और बहनों से इस आंदोलन में शामिल होने का आह्वान करते हैं। उनके रहने, ठहरने और टॉयलेट का प्रबंध करने के बाद हम उन्हें इस आंदोलन में शामिल करेंगे।

हमारा आंदोलन फेल करना चाहती है सरकार :- शनिवार को केंद्र की मोदी सरकार पर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए संयुक्त किसान आंदोलन के किसान नेता कमल प्रीत सिंह पन्नू ने कहा कि केंद्र हमारे आंदोलन को विफल करना चाहती है, लेकिन हम इसे शांतिपूर्वक तरीके से जारी रखेंगे। हम चाहते हैं कि सरकार 3 फार्म बिल वापस ले,हम संशोधन के पक्ष में नहीं हैं।

मैं होता तो बिल फाड़ देता :- कोटपुतली,राजस्थान से राष्ट्रीय लोकतांत्रिक पार्टी (RLP) के हनुमान बेनीवाल ने कहा कि किसान विरोधी 3 बिल जिस दिन लोकसभा में आए अगर मैं उस दिन लोकसभा में होता तो निश्चित रूप से जिस तरह से अकाली दल ने विरोध किया हनुमान बेनीवाल NDA का पार्ट होते हुए भी इन बिलों का विरोध करता और लोकसभा के अंदर बिलों को फाड़कर फेंक देता। हम कांग्रेस या अन्य दलों के राजनीतिक शिकार नहीं होना चाहते इसलिए हनुमान बेनीवाल यह प्रण लेता है कि बिना किसी लोभ-लालच के किसानों के लिए अगर मुझे संसद की सदस्यता से इस्तीफा भी देना पड़ृा तो वह भी दूंगा।

Will talk on repeal of agricultural laws ready to negotiate with government : Farmer Leader

Farmer leaders on Sunday upheld their demands and said that they are ready to hold talks with the government, but the first three new agricultural laws will be repealed. The farmers announced that representatives of their unions would sit on a hunger strike during a nationwide protest on 14 December.

Addressing a press conference on the Singhu border, farmer leader Kanwalpreet Singh Pannu said that thousands of farmers will start their Delhi tractor march on Sunday from their tractors at 11 am on the Shahjahanpur to Jaipur-Delhi highway in Rajasthan. The distance between Shahjahanpur and Delhi-Gurgaon border is about 94 kilometers. A farmer delegation from Haryana met Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar at Krishi Bhavan on Saturday.

After meeting with the farmers, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said, "Progressive farmer leaders of Haryana met me and submitted a memorandum supporting three agricultural laws with their signature. He also shared his experiences of how these laws are benefiting him. In the Krishi Bhavan, many farmers and organizations - representatives met Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Narendra Singh Tomar, thanking them for their agricultural reforms and demanded that the new agricultural laws not be repealed. Explain that the agitation has been going on for 17 days to demand the repeal of agricultural laws.   

The doors of the Government of India are open for farmers 24 hours - Piyush Goyal : - Union Minister Piyush Goyal said that the doors of the Government of India are open for farmers 24 hours. I understand that if this peasant movement is free from Maoist and Naxal forces, then our peasant brothers and sisters will surely understand that these laws are for them and the national interest. Everyone believes that our leaders will take care of us, but perhaps there are no such leaders here. Such an atmosphere of fear has been created by these Naxalites that even if the farmer leaders want to talk about the real issues, no one can get courage because they are intimidating. I understand that 18 parties of the opposition tried together but India did not stop. India will run, India will run faster, run. This belief is in the country today.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal said that farmers across the country are happy that they see that new investment will come, infrastructure will develop, new employment opportunities will be created. Maoist forces want to deprive farmers of all these opportunities. I demand from all political parties that they should make the country fully aware of these Maoist-Naxal forces instead of confusing the peasants and propagating the path of a movement on their shoulders.

Maoists and Naxalites are preventing farmers from discussion: - Piyush Goyal further said that some leaders of a farmer have hijacked this movement. Naxalite-Maoist forces which have come to dominate there. In such a situation, the farmers have to understand that this movement has gone out of their hands and gone into the hands of these Maoists and Naxalites. We have given a very good proposal on what they saw by removing the squeeze from their old talk, but no one is willing to discuss it. It is a very unfortunate situation that the Maoists and the Naxals are preventing them from discussing.

The farmers gave a warning of fast : - The attitude of the farmers organizations regarding the agricultural laws is not seen to be loosened. Farmers say that amendments in agricultural laws are not going to work, the government will have to withdraw the agricultural law altogether. The peasants along the Delhi border have decided to intensify the movement. Farmer leader Gurnam Singh Charuni said that the trolley of farmers is being stopped from Punjab coming to Delhi. They are appealing to the government to allow the trolley of farmers to come to Delhi. If the government does not listen to our demands before December 19, then we will start a hunger strike on the same day from the martyrdom day of Guru Tegh Bahadur.

Farmers will take out tractor marches by blocking Jaipur - Delhi main road on Sunday : - Like every day,a joint meeting of farmer organizations was held on the Singhu border on Saturday,after which the leaders of the organization held a press conference and said that the movement in today's meeting It has been decided to expedite. Kamal Preet Singh Pannu, leader of the Samyukta Kisan Movement, said that thousands of farmers would start a tractor march from Shahjahanpur in Rajasthan at 11 am on Sunday and block the Jaipur - Delhi main road. After our nationwide call, all toll plazas in Haryana are free today. Representatives and presidents of all the farmers' organizations will sit on a fast on the 14th on the stage. We call upon our mothers and sisters to join this movement. After arranging their stay,stay and toilet, we will include them in this movement.

Our government wants to fail our movement : - On Saturday, making serious allegations on the Modi government of the Center, the farmer leader of the United Farmers' Movement Kamal Preet Singh Pannu said that the Center wants to thwart our movement, but we will continue it peacefully . We want the government to withdraw the 3 form bill, we are not in favor of amendment.

If I were, I would tear the bill : - Hanuman Beniwal of National Democratic Party (RLP) from Kotputli, Rajasthan said that if the 3 anti-farmer bill came in the Lok Sabha on the day if I were in the Lok Sabha on that day, then surely the Akali Dal Opposed Hanuman Beniwal, being a part of the NDA,opposed these bills and would tear the bills inside the Lok Sabha. We do not want to be a political victim of the Congress or other parties, so Hanuman Beniwal vows that if I have to resign from the membership of Parliament for the sake of farmers without any greed.
