मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने निवास कार्यालय सभाकक्ष में जवाहरलाल नेहरू कृषि विश्वविद्यालय जबलपुर की प्रोफेसर डॉ.स्तुति शर्मा की पुस्तक 'एलीमेन्ट आफ क्वान्टिटेटिव जेनेटिक्स' का विमोचन किया। इस अवसर पर कृषि मंत्री  कमल पटेल,सांसद एवं प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष वी.डी.शर्मा,लोकेन्द्र पाराशर और पुस्तक के सह लेखक मनोरंजन विश्वास मौजूद थे।

प्रोफेसर डॉ.स्तुति शर्मा ने बताया कि इस पुस्तक में प्लान्ट ब्रीडिंग जेनेटिक्स जैसे जटिल विषय को सरल ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया गया है। कृषि संकाय से बी.एस.सी.,एम.एस.सी तथा पी.एच.डी.करने वाले विद्यार्थियों और शोधार्थियों को इस पुस्तक से विशेष मदद मिलेगी। प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में सम्मिलित होने वाले परीक्षार्थी भी पुस्तक से लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। यह क्वान्टिटेटिव जेनेटिक्स पर अपने तरह की प्रथम पुस्तक है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इस प्रकाशन की सराहना की है।

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan released Dr. Stuti Sharma's book Element of Quantitative Genetics

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan released the book 'Element of Quantitative Genetics' by Professor Dr. Stuti Sharma of Jawaharlal Nehru Agricultural University, Jabalpur in the residence office hall. Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel, MP and state BJP president VD Sharma, Lokendra Parashar and co-author of the book Manoranjan Vishwas were present on the occasion.

Professor Dr. Stuti Sharma told that in this book a complex subject like Plant Breeding Genetics is presented in a simple manner. Students and researchers doing B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph.D from the Faculty of Agriculture will get special help from this book. Candidates appearing in competitive examinations will also be able to benefit from the book. This is the first book of its kind on Quantitative Genetics. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has praised this publication.
