कोरबा जिले को दी 836 करोड़ रूपए के विकास कार्यों की सौगात : मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल

मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कोरबा प्रवास के दौरान जिलेवासियों को 836 करोड़ रूपए से अधिक के विकास कार्योंं की सौगात दी। साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने कोरबा जिला के लोगों के विकास और समृद्धि के लिए विभिन्न घोषणाएं भी की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कोरबा के घण्टाघर मैदान स्थित ओपन ऑडिटोरियम में विशाल जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए क्षेत्र के लोगों और जनप्रतिनिधियों की मांग पर अजगरबहार और बरपाली को तहसील बनाने की घोषणा की। 

मुख्यमंत्री ने राजस्व मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल की मांग पर कोरबा के मेडिकल कॉलेज का नामकरण पूर्व विधायक स्व.श्री बिसाहू दास महंत के नाम पर करने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने कोरबा शहर स्थित अशोक वाटिका उद्यान को ऑक्सीजोन के रूप में विकसित करने 10 करोड़ रूपए की राशि देने की भी घोषणा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने भैंसमा स्थित महाविद्यालय का नामकरण प्यारेलाल कंवर के नाम पर करने की घोषणा की। कोरबा शहर में स्थिति इंदिरा स्टेडियम में स्पोर्ट्स एकेडमी बनाने की घोषणा भी की।

मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कोरबा के घण्टाघर मैदान स्थित ओपन थियेटर में आयोजित आमसभा में जिलेवासियों को 836 करोड़ रूपए से अधिक के 883 कार्योंं का भूमिपूजन,लोकार्पण तथा सामग्री वितरण कर सौगात दी। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने विकास कार्यों के लिए जिलेवासियों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि जिले में सड़कों के मरम्मत एवं निर्माण से आवागमन की सुविधा बेहतर होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा एफसीआई में चावल जमा करने की अनुमति मिल जाने से अब राज्य में समर्थन मूल्य पर धान खरीदी बिना किसी व्यवधान के हो सकेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसानों को उनकी उपज का वाजिब मूल्य दिलाने तथा फसल उत्पादकता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से राज्य के किसानों को 10 हजार रूपए प्रति एकड़ प्रोत्साहन राशि देने के उद्देश्य से राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना शुरू की गई है। किसानों को तीन किश्त में 4500 करोड़ रूपए की राशि दी जा चुकी है। चौथी किश्त की राशि इस वित्तीय वर्ष के खत्म होने से पहले किसानों के खाते में पहुंच जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि किसान हितैषी नीतियों और राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना के चलते राज्य में किसानों की संख्या में बीते दो सालों में ही डेढ़ गुना की वृद्धि हुई है। 

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसान राज्य शासन की योजनाओं से निश्चित रूप से लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि गांधी जी के सुराजी गांव परिकल्पना को सिद्ध करते हुए राज्य शासन किसानों के हित के लिए योजना बना रही है। गोधन न्याय योजना से किसान गोबर बेचकर मोटर साईकल की खरीदी कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने महोरा स्थित गौठान में संचालित आजीविका संवर्धन के कार्यों की प्रशंसा की। उन्होंने कहा कि गौठान में महिलाएं गोबर बेचकर लाभ कमाने के साथ वर्मी कम्पोस्ट बनाकर आर्थिक रूप से स्वावलंबी हो रही है। 

शासन द्वारा राज्य में 7400 गौठान स्वीकृत किए गए हैं। 4700 गौठान निर्मित हो चुके हैं तथा 11 हजार पंचायतों में गौठान स्थापित करने की योजना है। उन्होंने कहा कि गौठान में महिलाएं मुर्गी पालन,सब्जी की खेती,मशरूम उत्पादन, वर्मी खाद उत्पादन करके लाभ कमा रहीं हैं। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने 20 लाख रूपए तक के निर्माण कार्यों को कराने का टेंडर स्थानीय युवा स्नातक इंजीनियरों को दिए जाने की बात कही। राजस्व मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल ने कोरबा जिले को मेडिकल कॉलेज की सौगात देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का आभार जताया। 

राजस्व मंत्री ने मेडिकल कॉलेज का नाम स्व.श्री बिसाहू दास महंत के नाम पर नामकरण करने तथा अशोक वाटिका को ऑक्सीजोन के रूप में विकसित करने 10 करोड़ रूपए की राशि मंजूर करने घोषणा के लिए भी मुख्यमंत्री का आभार जताया। उन्होंने कोरबा में एल्युमिनियम पार्क बनाने आग्रह किया। कार्यक्रम में विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ.चरण दास महंत, सांसद कोरबा ज्योत्सना महंत,जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री और स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ.प्रेमसाय सिंह टेकाम,राजस्व मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल,विधायक पाली - तानाखार मोहित राम केरकेट्टा,विधायक कटघोरा पुरूषोत्तम कंवर,विधायक कसडोल शकुंतला साहू, विधायक रामपुर ननकी राम कंवर,महापौर राजकिशोर प्रसाद सहित आईजी बिलासपुर संभाग आयुक्त रतन लाल डांगी, कलेक्टर किरण कौशल,पुलिस अधीक्षक अभिषेक मीणा,नगर निगम आयुक्त एस.जयवर्धन एवं अन्य अधिकारी - कर्मचारी,जनप्रतिनिधिगण तथा गणमान्य नागरिकगण मौजूद थे।

836 crore development works given to Korba district: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel handed over development works worth more than Rs 836 crore to the villagers during his stay in Korba. Besides, the Chief Minister also made various announcements for the development and prosperity of the people of Korba district. The Chief Minister, while addressing a huge public meeting at the Open Auditorium at Ghantaghar Maidan in Korba, announced to make Tehsil Azharbahar and Barpali on the demand of the people and public representatives of the area.

On the demand of Revenue Minister Jaisingh Agrawal, the Chief Minister announced the renaming of Medical College of Korba in the name of former MLA late Shri Bisahu Das Mahant. He also announced an amount of Rs 10 crore for the development of Ashok Vatika Udyan in Korba city as oxygen. The Chief Minister announced the renaming of the college at Bhainsma after Pyarelal Kanwar. It also announced the formation of a sports academy at the Indira Stadium in Korba city.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, in the general meeting held at the Open Theater at Ghantaghar Maidan in Korba, handed over 883 works worth more than Rs 836 crore to the district dwellers by performing bhumi pujan, inauguration and distribution of material. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, while congratulating the residents for the development works, said that repair and construction of roads in the district will improve traffic. He said that with the permission of the Central Government to deposit rice in FCI, now paddy can be purchased in the state at support price without any disturbance.

The Chief Minister said that the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana has been started with the objective of giving incentive amount of Rs. 10,000 per acre to the farmers of the state with a view to provide a fair price to their produce and increase crop productivity. An amount of Rs 4500 crore has been given to the farmers in three installments. The amount of the fourth installment will reach the farmers' account before the end of this financial year. He said that due to farmer friendly policies and Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyaya Yojana, the number of farmers in the state has increased by one and a half times in the last two years.

The Chief Minister said that farmers are definitely benefiting from the schemes of the state government. He said that the state government is making plans for the benefit of farmers, proving the vision of Suraji village of Gandhiji. Under Godan Nyaya Yojana, farmers are selling dung and buying motor cycle. He praised the work of livelihood promotion at Gowthan in Mahora. He said that in Gauthan, women are becoming financially self-sufficient by making profit by selling cow dung and making vermi compost.

The government has sanctioned 7400 Gothans in the state. 4700 Gothans have been built and there are plans to establish Gothan in 11 thousand panchayats. He said that in Gauthan, women are making profit by poultry farming, vegetable cultivation, mushroom production, vermicomposting. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that the tender for the construction of works worth up to Rs 20 lakh should be given to local young graduate engineers. Revenue Minister Jaisingh Agrawal thanked the Chief Minister for giving medical college to Korba district.

The Revenue Minister also thanked the Chief Minister for the announcement of naming the medical college after late Shri Bisahu Das Mahant and sanctioning an amount of Rs 10 crore to develop Ashok Vatika as Oxygen. He urged to build an aluminum park in Korba. In the program, Assembly Speaker Dr. Charan Das Mahant, MP Korba Jyotsna Mahant, Minister in-charge of the district and School Education Minister Dr. Pramesya Singh Tekam, Revenue Minister Jaisingh Agrawal, MLA Pali - Tanakhar Mohit Ram Kerketta, MLA Katghora Purushottam Kanwar, MLA Kasdol Shakuntala Sahu, MLA Rampur Nanki Ram Kanwar, Mayor Rajkishore Prasad and IG Bilaspur Divisional Commissioner Ratan Lal Dangi, Collector Kiran Kaushal, Superintendent of Police Abhishek Meena, Municipal Corporation Commissioner S. Jayavardhan and other officers - employees, public representatives and dignitaries were present.
