गोबर से निर्मित सरस्वती जी की प्रतिमा पर पुष्प चढ़ा कर किया नमन : मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल

मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने  अपने दो दिवसीय कोरबा जिले के प्रवास के दौरान करतला तहसील के ग्राम मोहरा में शासन की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना नरवा, गरवा, घुरूवा बाड़ी के अंतर्गत निर्मित गौठान का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने गौठान में मवेशियों के लिए उपलब्ध चारा - पानी और सुरक्षा प्रबंध का मुआयना किया। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने गौठान में महिला स्व-सहायता समूहों द्वारा गोबर से निर्मित विभिन्न उत्पादों की जानकारी ली। 

उन्होंने गोबर से निर्मित गौकाष्ठ,गमले,दिये आदि उत्पाद बनाने की विधि के बारे में जानकारी ली और इसकी प्रशंसा की। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने गौमाता को अपने हाथों से चारा खिलाया और आशीर्वाद लिया। इस अवसर पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ.चरणदास महंत,लोकसभा सांसद ज्योत्सना महंत,स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ.प्रेमसाय सिंह टेकाम,राजस्व मंत्री जय सिंह अग्रवाल,संसदीय सचिव शकुन्तला साहू,जिला पंचायत कोरबा की सदस्य प्रीति कंवर,पोड़ी उपरोड़ा जनपद अध्यक्ष सन्तोषी पेन्द्रो सहित जनप्रतिनिधि,किसान एवं पशुपालक उपस्थित थे।

 मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने गौठान परिसर में महिला समूहों द्वारा सजाए गये मण्डपों का भी अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने उपस्थित महिलाओं से चर्चा की और उनके अनुरोध पर गौठान में आजीविका के अन्य साधन उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश कलेक्टर को दिए। लगभग 26 लाख रूपये की लागत से बने इस गौठान में चारा,पानी,शेड,उपचार सहित मवेशियों के संरक्षण की उत्तम व्यवस्था है। गौठान में लगभग 375 मवेशियों को रखा गया है। उन्होंने महिला स्व सहायता समूहों द्वारा गौठान के लिए 7 एकड़ में लगाए गए चारागाह एवं बाड़ी का भी  निरीक्षण किया।

मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल से चर्चा के दौरान हरे कृष्णा स्व सहायता समूह के सदस्यों ने बताया कि गौठान में गोबर खरीदी कर वर्मी कम्पोस्ट खाद भी तैयार किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब तक 180 क्विंटल वर्मीकम्पोस्ट तैयार कर 165 क्विंटल खाद विक्रय किया जा चुका है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने समूह के सदस्यों द्वारा आजीविका संवर्धन के लिए 5 सिलाई मशीन की मांग पर सहमति प्रदान की। साथ ही इस अवसर पर कोसा धागाकरण कार्य से जुड़े पूजा स्व सहायता समूह को 10 हजार 150 रुपये का चेक भी प्रदान किया। 

इस दौरान वहां उपस्थित ग्रामीण हीरासाय ने मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल को बताया कि उन्होंने पिछले 4 महीने में गोधन न्याय योजना के तहत गोबर बेचकर लगभग 13 हजार रुपये का आय प्राप्त किया है। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल को इस योजना के लिए आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि हम गरीबों के लिए यह कल्याणकारी योजना है। पोल्ट्री व्यवसाय से जुड़ी महिलाओं ने मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल से चर्चा करते हुए बताया कि लगभग 300 मुर्गियां पाली गयी हैं और कलिंगा ब्रॉउन प्रजाति की 30 देशी मुर्गियां भी रखी गयी हैं। 

मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल द्वारा अंडे का मूल्य पूछे जाने पर सदस्यों ने बताया कि प्रति नग 10 रुपये की दर से अंडे विक्रय किये जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने अन्डे के उत्पादन में वृद्धि कर जिले के आंगनबाड़ी में आपूर्ति करने की बात कही जिससे कुपोषण के खिलाफ लड़ाई में शासन को सहायता मिल सके। गौठान परिसर में वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन विभाग द्वारा लगाए गए स्टाल में स्व - सहायता समूह की महिलाओं ने मुख्यमंत्री को हर्बल वनौषधि की टोकरी भेंट करते हुए बताया कि समूह द्वारा 18 प्रकार की लाइसेंस युक्त वनौषधि बनाई जाती है जिनमें त्रिफला,मधुमेह नाशक,हर्बल कॉफी जैसे उत्पाद शामिल हैं। 

मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने वहां उपस्थित वन विभाग के अधिकारियों को अधिक से अधिक वनोपजों का प्रसंस्करण कर मूल्य संवर्धन की बात कही जिससे समूह से जुड़ी महिलाओं के आय में वृद्धि हो सके। महिलाओं द्वारा गौठान में निर्मित गोबर के दिये तथा गणेश जी की प्रतिमा भी भेंट किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिला कलेक्टर किरण कौशल,एसपी अभिषेक मीणा,जिला पंचायत सीईओ कुंदन कुमार,वन विभाग के अधिकारी सहित स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधि एवं गणमान्य नागरिक उपस्थित थे।

Worshiped by laying flowers on the idol of cow dung Saraswati: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, during his two-day stay in Korba district, today inspected the Gauthan built under Narva, Garwa, Ghuruwa Bari, an ambitious scheme of governance in village Mohra of Kartala tehsil. He inspected the available fodder - water and security arrangements for cattle in Gauthan. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inquired about various products made from cow dung by women self-help groups in Gauthan.

He inquired about the method of making cow dung, pottery, diy etc. products made from cow dung and praised it. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel fed Gaumata with his hands and took his blessings. On this occasion, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant, Lok Sabha MP Jyotsna Mahant, School Education Minister Dr. Pramasai Singh Tekam, Revenue Minister Jai Singh Agrawal, Parliamentary Secretary Shakuntala Sahu, Member of District Panchayat Korba, Preeti Kanwar, Pody, including District President Santoshi Pendro Public representatives, farmers and cattle ranchers were present.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel also visited the pavilions decorated by women's groups in the Gauthan campus. He discussed the women present and at his request, instructed the collector to provide other means of livelihood in Gauthan. Built at a cost of about 26 lakh rupees, this Gothan has a good system of conservation of cattle including fodder, water, shed, treatment. About 375 cattle are kept in Gauthan. He also inspected pastures and fences on 7 acres planted by the women self-help groups for Gothan.

During the discussion with Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, members of the Hare Krishna Self Help Group informed that vermicompost compost is also being prepared by purchasing cow dung in Gauthan. He informed that 165 quintal vermicompost has been prepared and 165 quintal fertilizer has been sold so far. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel agreed to the demand of 5 sewing machines for livelihood enhancement by the group members. On this occasion, a check of Rs 10 thousand 150 was also given to the Pooja Self Help Group associated with the Kosa threading work.

During this time, the rural Hirasayya present there told the Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel that he has earned an income of about 13 thousand rupees in the last 4 months by selling cow dung under the Godhan Nyaya Yojana. He thanked Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel for this scheme and said that this is a welfare scheme for the poor of us. Talking to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the women associated with the poultry business told that about 300 chickens have been reared and 30 indigenous chickens of Kalinga brown species have also been kept.

Asked about the price of eggs by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the members said that eggs are being sold at the rate of Rs 10 per piece. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel talked about increasing the production of eggs and supplying it to Anganwadi in the district so that the government can help in the fight against malnutrition. In the stall set up by the Forest and Climate Change Department in the Gauthan campus, the women of self-help groups presented herbal baskhadi baskets to the Chief Minister and told that the group made 18 types of licensed herbs, including Triphala,Diabetic,Herbal Coffee Products like.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel spoke to the Forest Department officials present there to increase value by processing more and more forest produce to increase the income of women associated with the group. Dung lamps made by women in Gauthan and statue of Ganesha were also presented. On this occasion, District Collector Kiran Kaushal, SP Abhishek Meena, District Panchayat CEO Kundan Kumar, Forest Department officials including local public representatives and dignitaries were present.
