मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में सी.एम.हेल्पलाइन 181 के अंतर्गत मोबाइल के माध्यम से स्थानीय निवासी एवं जाति प्रमाण - पत्र एक ही दिन में दिए जाने की सुविधा प्रदान करने वाला म.प्र.देश का पहला राज्य है। सी.एम. हैल्पलाइन में नागरिक अब अपनी शिकायतें व्हॉटसएप नंबर 7552555582 पर भी दर्ज करवा सकते हैं।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव इकबाल सिंह बैंस,अपर मुख्य सचिव सामान्य प्रशासन विनोद कुमार,प्रमुख सचिव मनीष रस्तोगी भी उपस्थित थे।
सी.एम.ओ.और लिपिक को निलंबित करें :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने शिवपुरी जिले के एक प्रकरण में शासकीय योजना की किश्त देने में हितग्राही ( दामोदर प्रसाद) को विलंब किए जाने की शिकायत पर तत्कालीन सी.एम.ओ. और लिपिक को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित करने के निर्देश दिए।
दोषी पुलिस अधिकारियों को निलंबित करें :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान को मंडला जिले के आवेदक देवेन्द्र ने बताया कि उसकी बहन 2018 से लापता है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने प्रकरण को अत्यंत गंभीरता से लेते हुए तुरंत उसे ढूंढने की कार्रवाई करने तथा दोषी पुलिस अधिकारियों को निलंबित करने के निर्देश दिए।
फसल बीमा की राशि सभी किसानों को मिले :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान को शाजापुर जिले के आवेदक श्री मनोज राजपूत ने बताया कि उसे फसल बीमा की राशि नहीं मिली है। इस पर मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने निर्देश दिए कि फसल बीमा योजना का लाभ हर प्रभावित किसान को दिलाना सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
छात्रवृत्ति की राशि नहीं मिली,प्राचार्य को निलंबित करें :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान को दतिया की कुमारी श्रद्धा पिता राधेश्याम ने बताया कि उसे गांव की बेटी योजना के अंतर्गत प्रथम व द्वितीय वर्ष की छात्रवृत्ति की राशि नहीं मिली है। इस पर मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने निर्देश दिए कि कार्य में लापरवाही करने पर महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य के निलंबन की कार्रवाई करें।
पट्टा देने के लिए प्रशासन को बधाई :- बड़वानी जिले के आवेदक बद्री ने मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान को बताया कि जिला प्रशासन ने तत्परता से कार्रवाई करते हुए उसे जमीन का पट्टा दिलवाया है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आवेदक की समस्या समझने तथा त्वरित कार्रवाई कर उसे पट्टा देने के लिए जिला प्रशासन को बधाई दी।
सहायता में न हो विलंब :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान को रायसेन जिले के जय सिंह बंजारा ने बताया कि बेटे की मृत्यु के उपरांत उन्हें सहायता मिलने में बहुत विलंब हुआ। अब उन्हें सहायता मिल गई है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कार्य में विलंब के लिए संबंधित पंचायत सचिव को निलंबित करने के निर्देश दिए।
समय पर मिले जमीन का मुआवजा :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान को रीवा जिले के किसान भगवत सिंह ने बताया कि उन्हें बाणसागर परियोजना में भूमि अधिग्रहण का मुआवजा मिलने में देरी हुई है। कलेक्टर ने बताया कि लंबित सभी प्रकरणों का निराकरण करते हुए 194 किसानों को मुआवजा दिला दिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने विलंब के संबंध में संबंधित एस.डी.एम.से कारण पूछे जाने के निर्देश दिए।
पूरी राशि एक साथ दी जाए :- इंदौर जिले में बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की एक शाखा द्वारा स्ट्रीट वेण्डर योजना के अंतर्गत 10 हजार के स्थान पर 05 - 05 हजार रूपए दिए जाने की शिकायत पर संबंधित बैंक मैनेजर ने बताया कि दस्तावेजों के पूरे न होने के कारण दो किश्तों में राशि दी जा रही है। इस पर मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने निर्देश दिए कि योजना के अंतर्गत पूरी राशि 10 हजार रूपए एक साथ प्रदाय की जाए।
उच्च प्रदर्शन वाले जिलों की सराहना की :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने सी.एम.हेल्पलाइन में समस्याओं के निराकरण में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने वाले जिले सिवनी, सिंगरौली, छिंदवाड़ा, छतरपुर, देवास, बुरहानपुर, होशंगाबाद, डिण्डौरी, झाबुआ तथा रतलाम की सराहना करते हुए कलेक्टर्स को बधाई दी। वहीं खराब प्रदर्शन वाले जिलों रायसेन, मुरैना, भिण्ड, इंदौर, शिवपुरी, शाजापुर, खरगौन, बड़वानी, धार तथा आगर-मालवा को कार्य सुधारने के निर्देश दिए गए।
शिकायतों के निवारण में अव्वल अधिकारियों को बधाई दी :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान द्वारा सी.एम.हेल्पलाइन की शिकायतों के निराकरण में प्रदेश में अव्वल आने वाले पाँच अधिकारियों जितेन्द्र सिंह रघुवंशी क्षेत्रीय परिवहन अधिकारी इंदौर,एन.के.सोनार सहायक यंत्री लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी नीमच,प्रवीण कुमार श्रीवास्तव सहायक संचालक पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण सीहोर,अमरजीत कुमार कनिष्ठ अभियंता ऊर्जा विभाग मंडला तथा संजय कुलश्रेष्ठ नगरीय विकास एवं आवास विभाग उज्जैन को बधाई दी।

Madhya Pradesh first state to serve citizens on mobile : Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that under CM Helpline 181,Madhya Pradesh is the first state to provide the facility of providing local resident and caste certificates on a single day through mobile. CM In the helpline,citizens can now register their complaints on WhatsApp number 7552555582.
Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains,Additional Chief Secretary General Administration Vinod Kumar,Principal Secretary Manish Rastogi were also present on the occasion.
Suspend the CMO and the clerk :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan complained about the delay of the then CMO in a case of Shivpuri district on delaying the beneficiary (Damodar Prasad) in giving installment of government scheme. And directed the clerk to suspend it with immediate effect.
Suspend guilty police officers :- Devendra,applicant of Mandla district,told Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan that his sister is missing since 2018. Taking the matter very seriously,Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan directed to immediately take action to find him and suspend the guilty police officers.
All farmers should get the amount of crop insurance :- Shri Manoj Rajput,the applicant of Shajapur district told Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan that he has not received the amount of crop insurance. On this,Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan directed that the benefit of crop insurance scheme should be ensured to every affected farmer.
Scholarship amount not received,suspend the Principal :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan's daughter Shraddha Radhayam of Kumari told that she has not received the first and second year scholarship amount under Beti scheme of the village. On this, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan instructed that action should be taken against the principal of the college for negligence.
Congratulations to the administration for granting the lease :- Badri,the applicant of Barwani district,told Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan that the district administration, taking prompt action,got him a land lease. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan congratulated the district administration for understanding the applicant's problem and giving him the lease after taking prompt action.
No delay in assistance :- Jai Singh Banjara of Raisen district told Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan that there was a lot of delay in getting help after the death of his son. Now they have got help. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan directed to suspend the concerned Panchayat Secretary for delay in work.
Timely compensation of land :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan,farmer of Rewa district, Bhagwat Singh told that he has been delayed in getting compensation for land acquisition in Bansagar project. The collector informed that by resolving all the pending cases, compensation has been given to 194 farmers. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave instructions to ask the concerned SDM about the reasons for the delay.
The entire amount should be given simultaneously :- On the complaint of a branch of Bank of India in Indore district giving Rs 05 - 05 thousand instead of 10 thousand under the Street Wender Scheme,the concerned bank manager told that the documents are not completed The reason is being given in two installments. On this,Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave instructions that under the scheme,the entire amount of Rs 10 thousand should be provided simultaneously.
High Performance Districts Commended :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan applauded the districts of Seoni, Singrauli, Chhindwara, Chhatarpur, Dewas, Burhanpur, Hoshangabad, Dindori, Jhabua and Ratlam for doing well in solving problems in CM Helpline. While congratulating the collectors. On the other hand, the poorly performing districts Raisen, Morena, Bhind, Indore, Shivpuri, Shajapur, Khargone, Barwani, Dhar and Agar - Malwa were instructed to improve the work.
