अब तक किये कार्य जनता के हित की प्रतिबद्धता के परिचायक है इन्हें जन समर्थन भी मिला :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि बीते 9,10 माह में प्रदेश के विकास,प्रदेश की तस्वीर बदलने के लिए अनेक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए गए। आम जनता से भी सरकार के अनेक कार्यों के प्रति समर्थन प्रतिक्रिया मिली है। माफिया के विरुद्ध की जा रही कार्रवाई और नशे से युवा वर्ग को बचाने के ठोस प्रयासों का अच्छा संदेश गया है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि जब मार्च के आखिरी सप्ताह में सरकार बनी तब कोरोना की बड़ी चुनौती सामने थी। इससे नागरिकों को बचाने का कार्य तत्परता से किया गया। प्रभावी कदम उठाए गए। वायरस के नियंत्रण के साथ ही सबसे पहले मध्य प्रदेश में आत्म निर्भर मध्य प्रदेश का रोड मैप बनाया गया।
आत्मनिर्भर भारत की लक्ष्य प्राप्ति में मध्य प्रदेश ने पहले पहलकर बनाया रोडमेप :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि जैसे ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने आत्मनिर्भर भारत की बात कही उनके चिंतन की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई। आत्मनिर्भर मध्य प्रदेश के लिए ठोस पहल की गई। सभी मंत्रियों,अर्थशास्त्रियों,नीति आयोग के पदाधिकारियों और वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने विचार मंथन कर मध्य प्रदेश रोड मैप की तैयारी की। प्रयास सार्थक हुए। मध्य प्रदेश सबसे पहले यह रोड मैप बनाने में सफल हुआ। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि अर्थव्यवस्था, रोजगार सुशासन, स्वास्थ्य एवं शिक्षा के मुद्दों पर रोड मैप में विस्तार से कार्य का निर्धारण किया गया है।
राजस्व बढ़ाने का कार्य तेज हो :- प्रदेश में अर्थव्यवस्था को गति देने के लिए अच्छी राजस्व वसूली का कार्य कुछ प्रयासों से ही संभव है। इस दिशा में अच्छी उपलब्धि मिल रही है। विशेषकर जीएसटी कलेक्शन में मध्य प्रदेश अन्य राज्यों से आगे है। राजस्व वृद्धि के प्रयास तेज किए जाएं।
मिली उपलब्धियां :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री स्वनिधि योजना की बात हो या ग्रामीण विकास के अंतर्गत स्वयं सहायता समूहों की सक्रियता, मध्यप्रदेश ने कुछ कार्यों में रिकॉर्ड बनाया है। देश में सबसे अधिक गेहूं उपार्जन किए जाने के बाद किसानों के खातों में राशि पहुंचाने का कार्य हुआ। प्रदेश में दो एक्सप्रेस-वे प्रगति पर हैं। भोपाल के ग्लोबल स्किल पार्क से व्यापक पैमाने पर रोजगार की संभावनाओं को साकार किया जाएगा।
बफर में सफर शुरू हो चुका है। जाति प्रमाण पत्र,आय प्रमाण पत्र तत्काल देने की व्यवस्था,किसानों को बिना चक्कर लगाए विभिन्न योजनाओं से लाभान्वित करने का कार्य प्रदेश में बखूबी किया जा रहा है। इसे और गति देना है। पत्थर बाजी पर प्रतिबंध के लिए कड़ा कानून बनाया जा रहा। धर्म स्वातंत्र्य कानून की प्रशंसा हुई है। अन्य नवाचार भी किए जा रहे हैं।
मध्यप्रदेश बने उदाहरण :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि मंत्री गण चिंतन कर विभाग की योजनाओं को तेजी से क्रियान्वित करवाएं। क्षमता का पूरा उपयोग कर बेहतर परिणाम दे सकते हैं। प्रयास होना चाहिए कि आने वाले एक वर्ष में हम बहुत सी उपलब्धियां अर्जित कर लें और सभी राज्य मध्यप्रदेश को बधाई दें।
हम ऐसी स्थिति में आ जाएं कि मध्य प्रदेश अग्रणी स्थिति में आकर एक उदाहरण माना जाए। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने विकास के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में श्रेष्ठ परिणाम लाने की अपेक्षा की। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने रेत उत्खनन के संबंध में लागू की जा रही नई व्यवस्था की भी जानकारी दी,जिससे राजस्व आय बढ़ेगी। साथ ही अवैध गतिविधियों पर अंकुश लगेगा।
कोरोना वैक्सीनेशन :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कोरोना वैक्सीनेशन के संबंध में की गई व्यवस्थाओं के बारे में बताया और मंत्री गण से इस कार्य में नेतृत्व एवं सहयोग प्रदान करने का आग्रह किया।
नव चिंतन कर कार्य योजना पर अमल हो :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने शुरू में सभी मंत्री गण को नववर्ष की बधाई दी और नवचिंतन के साथ नवीन कल्पनाओं को साकार कर मध्य प्रदेश को समृद्ध बनाने के लिए सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने की उम्मीद की।

There has also been a backlash from the general public for the government's many works. A good message has been sent against the mafia and concerted efforts to save the youth from drug addiction. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that when the government was formed in the last week of March, Corona's big challenge was in front. With this, the work of saving the citizens was done promptly. Effective steps were taken. With the control of the virus, the first self-reliant Madhya Pradesh road map was created in Madhya Pradesh.
Madhya Pradesh first made roadmap in achieving the goal of self - reliant India :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the process of his thinking started as soon as Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about self-reliant India. Concrete initiative was taken for self-reliant Madhya Pradesh. All ministers,economists,NITI Aayog officials and senior administrative officials brainstormed and prepared the Madhya Pradesh road map. The efforts were worthwhile. Madhya Pradesh was first successful in creating this road map. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that work has been determined in detail in the road map on the issues of economy, employment, good governance, health and education.
Revenue boosting work should be fast :- To speed up the economy in the state, good revenue collection work is possible only with a few efforts. A good achievement is being achieved in this direction. Madhya Pradesh is ahead of other states especially in GST collection. Efforts for revenue growth should be accelerated.
Achievements found :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that whether it is talk of Prime Minister Swanidhi Yojana or the activism of self-help groups under rural development, Madhya Pradesh has set a record in some works. After the highest wheat procurement in the country, the work of transferring funds to farmers' accounts was done. Two expressways are in progress in the state. Bhopal's Global Skill Park will realize employment opportunities on a large scale.
The journey has started in Buffer. The system of providing caste certificate, income certificate immediately, and the work of benefiting farmers from various schemes without going round, is being done well in the state. It has to give more speed. A stringent law is being enacted to ban stone pelting. Religious freedom law has been praised. Other innovations are also being made.
Madhya Pradesh became an example :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the minister should get the implementation of the schemes of the department expeditiously after contemplation. Making full use of the capability can give better results. Efforts should be made that in the coming year,we should make many achievements and congratulate all the states of Madhya Pradesh.

Implement the Neo - Chintan Tax Action Plan :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan initially congratulated all the ministers for the new year and hoped to play an active role to make Madhya Pradesh prosper by realizing new ideas with Navchintan.
