मध्यप्रदेश पहला राज्य जिसने कुपोषित बच्चों का एकीकृत प्रबंधन कार्यक्रम राज्य में लागू किया : शिवराज सिंह चौहान

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि प्रदेश में बेटी बचाओ अभियान को नए सिरे से चलाया जाएगा। इसके अंतर्गत बच्चियों के जन्म से लेकर उनकी शिक्षा,सुरक्षा तथा सशक्तीकरण हर पहलू पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा। मध्यप्रदेश की पोषण नीति तैयार है,जिसे शीघ्र ही अंतिम रूप दिया जाएगा। मध्यप्रदेश देश का पहला राज्य है जिसने गंभीर कुपोषित बच्चों का एकीकृत प्रबंधन कार्यक्रम राज्य में लागू किया है। हम कुपोषण को पूरी तरह समाप्त करेंगे। हमारा ध्येय है पोषित परिवार - सुपोषित मध्यप्रदेश।

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान मंत्रालय में महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के कार्यों की समीक्षा कर रहे थे। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव इकबाल सिंह बैंस,प्रमुख सचिव अशोक शाह और प्रमुख सचिव मनोज गोविल उपस्थित थे।

बच्चों का कुपोषण दूर करने के सघन प्रयास :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में बच्चों का कुपोषण दूर करने के लिए सघन प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। इसके अंतर्गत उनका नियमित रूप से वजन लिए जाना,पोषण आहार प्रदाय,सामान्य कुपोषित बच्चों का समुदाय स्तर पर उपचार एवं पोषण प्रबंधन,अतिरिक्त पोषण आहार प्रदाय,गंभीर कुपोषित बच्चों का पोषण पुनर्वास केन्द्रों पर उपचार एवं देखभाल आदि कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। पोषण सेवाओं की मॉनीटरिंग के लिए 'पोषण डैशबोर्ड' तैयार किया गया है।

पोषण स्तर में सुधार होने पर प्रोत्साहन :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि पोषित परिवार - सुपोषित मध्यप्रदेश कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत गंभीर कुपोषण वाले बच्चों के पोषण स्तर में सुधार होने पर परिवार को प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाती है तथा सम्मान किया जाता है।

आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों में पोषण वाटिका :- प्रदेश की 62 हजार 500 आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों में पोषण वाटिका बनाई जा रही हैं। सभी आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों में ग्राम आरोग्य केन्द्र का विस्तार किया जा रहा है। अभी 51 हजार 500 केन्द्रों में ये स्थापित हैं।

मातृ वंदना योजना में मध्यप्रदेश अव्वल :- प्रधानमंत्री मातृ वंदना योजना के क्रियान्वयन में मध्यप्रदेश पूरे देश में प्रथम स्थान पर है। इस योजना में प्रदेश में 152 प्रतिशत उपलब्धि हुई है।

प्रदेश के 7 शहरों में सेफ सिटी कार्यक्रम :- महिलाओं की सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से प्रदेश के 7 शहरों में सेफ सिटी कार्यक्रम प्रारंभ किया गया है। इसका विस्तार आगामी एक वर्ष में पूरे राज्य में किया जाना है। इसके अंतर्गत सार्वजनिक स्थानों, परिवहन आदि में महिलाओं के लिए सुरक्षित वातावरण निर्माण किया जाएगा तथा सामुदायिक जागरूकता लाई जाएगी।

लगभग 400 लाड़ली लक्ष्मी11वीं एवं 12वीं कक्षा में :- अधिकारियों ने बताया कि लाड़ली लक्ष्मी योजना के अंतर्गत जिन बालिकाओं को लाभ दिया गया था उनमें से लगभग 400 बालिकाएं 11वीं एवं 12वीं कक्षा में आ गई हैं। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने निर्देश दिए कि इन बालिकाओं की उच्च शिक्षा एवं कॅरियर निर्माण आदि पर ध्यान दिया जाए।

Madhya Pradesh first state to implement integrated management program of malnourished children in the state : Shivraj Singh Chauhan

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that Beti Bachao Abhiyan will be started afresh in the state. Under this, attention will be given to every aspect of the girl child from birth to education, security and empowerment. The nutrition policy of Madhya Pradesh is ready, which will be finalized soon. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country to implement Integrated Management Program of severely malnourished children in the state. We will end malnutrition completely. Our goal is nurtured family - well-educated Madhya Pradesh.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan was reviewing the works of the Women and Child Development Department in the ministry. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary Ashok Shah and Principal Secretary Manoj Govil were present in the meeting.

Intensive efforts to eradicate malnutrition of children :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that intensive efforts are being made to eradicate malnutrition of children in the state. Under this,their regular weighing,nutritious food supply,treatment and nutrition management of common malnourished children at the community level,additional nutritious food supply,treatment and care of severely malnourished children at rehabilitation centers are being done. A Nutrition Dashboard has been prepared for monitoring nutrition services.

Encouragement on improvement in nutrition level :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that under the nurtured family - malnourished Madhya Pradesh program, the family is given incentive and respect for improving nutrition level of children with severe malnutrition.

Nutrition Vessels in Anganwadi Centers :- Nutrition Vessels are being built in 62 thousand 500 Anganwadi Centers of the state. Gram Arogya Kendra is being expanded in all Anganwadi centers. Currently, they are established in 51 thousand 500 centers.

Madhya Pradesh tops in Matri Vandana Yojana :- Madhya Pradesh ranks first in the implementation of the Prime Minister Matri Vandana Yojana. 152 percent achievement has been made in the state under this scheme.

Safe City Program in 7 cities of the state :- With a view to protect women,safe city program has been started in 7 cities of the state. It is to be extended to the entire state in the next one year. Under this, a safe environment for women in public places,transport etc. will be created and community awareness will be brought.

About 400 Ladli Laxmi in 11th and 12th grade :- Officials said that out of the girls who were given benefits under Ladli Laxmi Yojana,about 400 girls have come in 11th and 12th class. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan directed that attention should be paid to higher education and career building of these girls.
