मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आज मिंटो हॉल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में संबल योजना के 10 हजार 285 हितग्राहियों को 224 करोड़ 08 लाख रूपए की अनुग्रह सहायता राशि सिंगल क्लिक के माध्यम से उनके खातों में अंतरित की। कार्यक्रम में खनिज एवं श्रम मंत्री बृजेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह,सांसद वी.डी.शर्मा,प्रमुख सचिव उमाकांत उमराव और श्रमायुक्त आशुतोष अवस्थी आदि उपस्थित थे।
वर्ष 2024 तक हर गरीब को पक्की छत और नल से पानी :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि सरकार ने तय किया है कि वर्ष 2024 तक कोई गरीब कच्चे मकान में नहीं रहेगा। सबकी पक्की छत होगी। साथ ही हर घर में नल से पानी दिया जाएगा।
जो सबसे पीछे और सबसे नीचे,उसका सबसे पहले ध्यान :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि समाज में जो सबसे पीछे और सबसे नीचे है,उसका मध्यप्रदेश सरकार सबसे पहले ध्यान रखती है। सरकार हर गरीब के लिए रोटी, कपड़ा,मकान,पढ़ाई - लिखाई तथा दवाई का इंतजाम कर रही है।
और खोले जाएंगे श्रमोदय विद्यालय :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में मजदूरों के बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा देने के लिए 4 श्रमोदय विद्यालय संचालित हैं। शिक्षा विस्तार की दृष्टि से प्रदेश में और श्रमोदय विद्यालय खोले जाएंगे।
संसाधनों पर सबका अधिकार :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि संसाधनों पर सबका अधिकार है। हम सभी गरीबों को उनके अधिकार दिलाएंगे। जो अधिक कमाते हैं उनसे टैक्स लेंगे और जिनके पास नहीं है उन्हें सहायता करेंगे।
संबल, सरकार और शिवराज आपके साथ हैं :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने बैतूल जिले की मुमताज बानो से संवाद (वर्चुअल) के दौरान कहा कि 'संबल, सरकार और शिवराज आपके साथ हैं। मुमताज बानो ने बताया कि अनुग्रह राशि के 2 लाख रूपए से वे बकरी पालन तथा किराने की दुकान करेंगी। उनके पति की कैंसर से मृत्यु हो गई थी।
हम हर संकट में आपके साथ :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने जबलपुर की राशि देवलिया,बड़वाह की यशोदा बाई कुशवाह एवं उज्जैन की ममता सिकरवार से संवाद के दौरान कहा कि वे अपने को अकेला न समझें। हम हर संकट में आपके साथ हैं। आपका भाई आपके साथ खड़ा है। 'संबल' से मिली राशि का सदुपयोग करिए। बच्चों को पढ़ाइए।
सबसे संवेदनशील योजना है 'संबल' :- श्रम मंत्री बृजेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान की सबसे संवेदनशील योजना है 'संबल' योजना। योजना से अभी तक प्रदेश में 1 लाख 80 हजार हितग्राहियों को 1483 करोड़ रूपए का हितलाभ वितरित किया गया है। योजना में 1 लाख 92 हजार प्रवासी मजदूरों का भी पंजीयन कर उन्हें लाभ दिया जा रहा है।
प्रत्येक राज्य में योजना की सराहना :- सांसद वी.डी.शर्मा ने कहा कि संबल योजना प्रदेश में गरीबों का संबल बन गई है। इस योजना की प्रत्येक राज्य में सराहना हो रही है। कोविड संकट के दौरान भी निरंतर गरीबों को योजना का लाभ मिला। मध्यप्रदेश सरकार गरीबों के प्रति समर्पित सरकार है। सरकार ने अभी तक गरीबों एवं किसानों के खातों में 82 हजार करोड़ रूपए की राशि डाली है।
बेटियों के पूजन से शुभारंभ :- कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने बेटियों के पूजन के साथ किया। इस अवसर पर मध्यप्रदेश गान हुआ।

Every poor person will get benefit of Sambal Yojana from before birth till death: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan transferred ex - gratia assistance amounting to Rs 224 crore 08 lakh to 10 thousand 285 beneficiaries of Sambal Yojana through single click in a program organized at Minto Hall today. Mineral and Labor Minister Brijendra Pratap Singh, MP VD Sharma, Principal Secretary Umakant Umrao and Labor Commissioner Ashutosh Awasthi were present in the program.
By the year 2024, every poor gets a roof and water from the tap :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the government has decided that by the year 2024, no poor will live in a raw house. Everyone will have a solid roof. Also, tap water will be provided in every house.
First and foremost attention of the back and the bottom :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the Madhya Pradesh government takes first care of what is at the bottom and bottom of the society. The government is arranging bread, clothes, houses, education and medicine for every poor.
More Shramodaya Vidyalayas to be opened :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that 4 Shramoday Schools are being run in the state to give good education to the children of laborers. With a view to expanding education, more Shramodaya schools will be opened in the state.
Everyone's right over resources :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that everyone has the right over resources. We will provide all the rights to the poor. Those who earn more will collect tax and help those who do not.
Sambal, Sarkar and Shivraj are with you :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan told Mumtaz Bano of Betul district during the (virtual) conversation that 'Sambal, Sarkar and Shivraj are with you. Mumtaz Bano told that she will goat rearing and grocery store with 2 lakh rupees of ex-gratia amount. Her husband died of cancer.
We are with you in every crisis :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan told during the interaction with the zodiac Devalia of Jabalpur, Yashoda Bai Kushwaha of Barwah and Mamta Sikarwar of Ujjain that they should not consider themselves alone. We are with you in every crisis. Your brother is standing with you. Utilize the amount received from 'Sambal'. Teach children.
The most sensitive scheme is 'Sambal' :- Labor Minister Brijendra Pratap Singh said that the most sensitive scheme of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan is 'Sambal' scheme. So far, a benefit of Rs 1483 crore has been distributed to 1 lakh 80 thousand beneficiaries in the state. Under the scheme, one lakh 92 thousand migrant laborers are also being registered and given benefits.
Appreciation of the scheme in every state :- MP VD Sharma said that Sambal Yojana has become the support of the poor in the state. This scheme is being appreciated in every state. The poor continued to benefit from the scheme even during the Kovid crisis. The Government of Madhya Pradesh is a government dedicated to the poor. So far, the government has added Rs 82 thousand crore to the accounts of the poor and farmers.
Started with the worship of daughters :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan inaugurated the program with the worship of daughters. Madhya Pradesh Anthem was performed on this occasion.
