मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने नव वर्ष के अवसर पर प्रदेश के नागरिकों को बधाई देते हुए अपेक्षा की है की प्राकृतिक संपदा से परिपूर्ण इस राज्य को बेहतर मानव संसाधन का लाभ मिलेगा। हर व्यक्ति प्रगति में अपनी प्रत्यक्ष भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करेगा। मध्य प्रदेश सरकार सभी वर्गों के कल्याण के लिए चिंतित और प्रयासरत है।
उन्होंने कहा कि गत 9 माह में लिए गए निर्णय यह सिद्ध करते हैं कि कृषि,ग्रामीण विकास, अधोसंरचना, औद्योगिक विकास, शहरी कल्याण, स्वच्छता, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, जल संसाधन, जनजातीय विकास, अनुसूचित जाति विकास, पिछड़ा वर्ग विकास के लिए महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास किए गए हैं। माफिया चाहे किसी भी तरह का हो राज्य में पैर नहीं फैला पाएगा। मिलावट के विरुद्ध राज्य सरकार ने सख्त अभियान चलाया है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि सुशासन स्थापित कर हम मध्यप्रदेश को बेहतर राज्य बनाएंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश लोक सेवा प्रदाय गारंटी अधिनियम में अध्यादेश के माध्यम से संशोधन कर प्रावधान किया जा रहा है कि सेवा प्रदाय की तय सीमा तक यदि आवेदक को अधिकारी द्वारा सेवा प्रदाय नहीं की जाती है तो वे सेवायें स्वत : ही निर्धारित समय - सीमा के बाद आवेदक को मिल जाएंगी। इसे डीम्डे सेवा कहा जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि कानून में संशोधन कर मिलावट के दोषियों को 6 माह के कारावास और एक हजार रुपये तक के जुर्माने के स्थान पर आजीवन कारावास और जुर्माना प्रतिस्थापित किया गया है। मिलावट करने वाले को आजीवन कारावास होगा। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि कानून में यह दोनों संशोधन जनकल्याण की दृष्टि से बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश,कोरोना जैसी गंभीर समस्या को अवसर में बदलने में सफल रहा है। प्रदेश में राजस्व संग्रहण बढ़ रहा है। विकास के लिए बजट उपलब्ध करवाकर योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन तेज किया गया है। अपूर्ण परियोजनाओं को पूरा किया जा रहा है। निर्माण कार्य को फिर से गति मिली है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि वे आगमन 2021 के अवसर पर शिरडी में सांई बाबा से प्रदेश के नागरिकों के कल्याण की प्रार्थना कर रहे हैं। मध्यप्रदेश के नागरिक सुखी और समृद्ध हों,इसके लिए तिरुपति में भी भगवान बाला जी से प्रार्थना की है।

He said that the decisions taken in the last 9 months prove that important for agriculture, rural development, infrastructure, industrial development, urban welfare, sanitation, health, education, water resources, tribal development, scheduled caste development, backward class development Attempts have been made. No matter what kind of mafia, the state will not be able to spread its foot. The state government has campaigned strongly against adulteration. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that by establishing good governance,we will make Madhya Pradesh a better state.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that by amending the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act through an ordinance, provision is being made that if the service is not provided by the officer to the applicant to the prescribed limit, then those services will be determined automatically. Applicants will be received after the deadline. This will be called Deemde Service.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that by amending the law, the convicts of adulteration have been replaced with life imprisonment and fine instead of 6 months imprisonment and fine up to one thousand rupees. The adulterator will face life imprisonment. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that both these amendments in the law are very important from the point of view of public welfare.

The implementation of the schemes has been expedited by providing budget for development. Incomplete projects are being completed. Construction work has gained momentum again. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that he is praying Sai Baba for the welfare of the citizens of the state at Shirdi on the occasion of arrival 2021. In order to be happy and prosperous, the citizens of Madhya Pradesh have prayed to Lord Balaji in Tirupati.
