मध्यप्रदेश के ऐतिहासिक महाकाल की नगरी उज्जैन में नव-निर्मित श्री महाकाल लोक का लोकार्पण : नरेन्द्र मोदी

11 अक्टूबर का दिन मध्यप्रदेश के इतिहास में ऐतिहासिक होने जा रहा है। इस दिन प्राचीन काल-गणना नगरी उज्जयनी सहित प्रदेश के सभी मंदिरों और धार्मिक स्थलों पर दीपोत्सव मनाया जाएगा। यह अवसर होगा,प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा महाकाल की नगरी उज्जैन में नव - निर्मित श्री महाकाल लोक का लोकार्पण। शिव लीलाओं की अदभुत छटा के साथ विकसित किया गया श्री महाकाल लोक न केवल प्रदेशवासियों वरन पूरे भारत के श्रद्धालुओं के लिये आकर्षण का केन्द्र बनेगा। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान की विशेष रूचि ने उज्जैन नगरी को श्रद्धालुओं के लिये ऐसा विकसित कर दिया है कि पर्यटक एवं श्रद्धालु स्वयं ही खिंचे चले आयेंगे।

यहाँ पौराणिक कथाओं पर केन्द्रित शिव लीलाओं के साथ ऐसी अधो - संरचनाएँ निर्मित की गई हैं,जिन्हें देख कर लोगों को पृथ्वी पर शिव लोक के दर्शन होंगे। श्री महाकाल लोक के लोकार्पण समारोह को सुखद और आनंदित बनाने के लिये सभी आवश्यक तैयारियाँ पूर्ण की जा चुकी हैं। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि श्री महाकाल लोक का लोकार्पण अद्भुत समारोह होगा,इसमें जन-जन को जोड़ने के लिये प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। पिछले कई दिनों से मुख्यमंत्री  शिवराज सिंह चौहान स्वयं प्रदेशवासियों को विभिन्न संचार माध्यमों से समारोह में आमंत्रित कर रहे हैं।

साथ ही उनके द्वारा यह आहवान भी किया जा रहा है कि प्रदेश के सभी मंदिरों में 11 अक्टूबर को दीप जला कर भजन - कीर्तन किये जाये। यहाँ उज्जैन के मुख्य कार्यक्रम का लाइव प्रसारण करने की व्यवस्था भी की जाएगी,जिससे क्षेत्रवासी समारोह का आनंद उठा कर साक्षी बन सकें। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान का मानना है कि समारोह जरूर उज्जैन में हो रहा है, लेकिन इसकी छटा पूरे प्रदेश में बिखरे और दिखे। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान की इस मंशा को पूरा करने सभी जिलों में स्थानीय प्रशासन द्वारा जन - भागीदारी से लोकार्पण समारोह की तैयारियाँ की जा रही हैं। प्रदेश के देव स्थानों में दीपमालाएँ जला कर रोशनी की जाएगी।

सभी जिलों के बड़े शिव मंदिरों में 10 एवं 11 अक्टूबर को 2 दिन अभिषेक-पूजन आदि होंगे और मंदिरों में रोशनी की जायेगी। श्री महाकाल लोक की अवधारणा वर्ष 2017 में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान के मन में आई थी। इस पर विभिन्न सामाजिक एवं धार्मिक संस्थाओं,संतों और विषय-विशेषज्ञों के साथ विचार - विमर्श कर योजना तैयार की गई थी जिस पर गंभीरता से अमल करते हुए योजना का प्रथम चरण पूर्ण किया जा चुका है। "श्री महाकाल लोक" के लोकार्पण के अलावा प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी उज्जैन में एक विशाल धर्म सभा को भी संबोधित करेंगे।

Inauguration of newly constructed Shri Mahakal Lok in Mahakal's city Ujjain : Prime Minister Narendra Modi

October 11 is going to be a historic day in the history of Madhya Pradesh. On this day, Deepotsav will be celebrated in all the temples and religious places of the state including the ancient city of Ujjayani. This will be the occasion, the inauguration of the newly constructed Shri Mahakal Lok by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ujjain, the city of Mahakal. Developed with the wonderful shade of Shiv Leelas, Shri Mahakal Lok will become a center of attraction not only for the people of the state but also for the devotees from all over India. The special interest of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has developed the city of Ujjain for the devotees in such a way that tourists and devotees themselves will be drawn.

Here such sub - structures have been built with Shiva Leela's centered on mythology, seeing which people will have a vision of Shiva Lok on earth. All necessary preparations have been completed to make the inauguration ceremony of Shri Mahakal Lok pleasant and joyful. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the inauguration of Shri Mahakal Lok would be a wonderful ceremony, efforts are being made to connect people in this. For the past several days, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan himself is inviting the people of the state to the function through various media.

Along with this, a call is also being made by him that on October 11, bhajan - kirtan should be done by lighting lamps in all the temples of the state. Arrangements will also be made for live telecast of the main program of Ujjain, so that the residents of the area can enjoy the celebrations and become witnesses. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan believes that the ceremony is definitely taking place in Ujjain, but its shade is scattered and visible throughout the state. To fulfill this intention of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, preparations are being made by the local administration in all the districts for the inauguration ceremony with public participation. Lighting will be done by lighting lamps in the deity places of the state.

Abhishek - worship etc. will be held for two days on 10th and 11th October in the big Shiva temples of all the districts and the temples will be illuminated. The concept of Shri Mahakal Lok came in the mind of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the year 2017. On this,the plan was prepared in consultation with various social and religious institutions, saints and subject experts, on which the first phase of the plan has been completed by implementing it seriously. Apart from the launch of "Shri Mahakal Lok", Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also address a huge religious gathering in Ujjain.
