उन्होंने कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र के वैज्ञानिकों से कहा कि उन्नत जैविक खाद्यान्न,खाद और कीटनाशकों का उत्पादन किसानों के खेतों पर कराएं ताकि आसपास के अन्य किसान भी जैविक उत्पादन के लिए प्रेरित हों। आनंदीबेन पटेल आज पंवारखेड़ा होशंगाबाद में आयोजित जैविक उन्नत कृषि कार्यक्रम में किसानों को संबोधित कर रहीं थी। इस अवसर पर मंत्री किसान कल्याण एवं कृषि विकास कमल पटेल भी मौजूद थे।
राज्यपाल आनंदीबेन पटेल ने कहा कि रसायनिक खादों के उपयोग से होने वाले उत्पाद स्वास्थ्य के लिए अत्यंत हानिकारक हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि आंकड़े लिए जाएं तो कैंसर से मरने वालों की संख्या किसी अन्य संक्रमण से होने वाली मौतों से अधिक होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि विकास के लिए एकीकृत दृष्टि के साथ प्रयास किये जाना जरूरी है। गोबर से जैविक खाद, कीटनाशक और पोषक तत्वों का सफल उत्पादन गुजरात में हो रहा है। उत्तरप्रदेश में भी 10 हजार गायों के गोबर से जैविक उत्पादों के उत्पादन की परियोजना शुरू हुई है।
उन्होंने विकास के लिए खाकों में नहीं एकीकृत प्रयासों की जरूरत बताई। उन्होंने कहा कि गाँवो के समग्र विकास की सोच के साथ कार्य किया जाए तो अनेक समस्याएं समाप्त हो जाएंगी। उन्होंने कुपोषण की समस्या का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि यदि किसान थोड़ी सी सब्जी आँगनबाड़ी और मध्यान्ह भोजन में देने लगे तो बच्चों को पौष्टिक भोजन मिलने लगेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चे देश का भविष्य हैं। उनके स्वास्थ्य के लिए महिलाओं, बेटियों के स्वास्थ्य पर विशेष ध्यान देना होगा क्योंकि स्वस्थ माँ से स्वस्थ बच्चे का जन्म होगा।
उन्होंने महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण के लिए उनके आर्थिक स्वावलंबन पर विशेष बल दिया और कहा कि महिला स्व - स्हायता समूह इसका सफल तरीका है। राज्यपाल आनंदीबेन पटेल ने कार्यक्रम स्थल पर जैविक कृषि उत्पादों की प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन किया और कृषको से संवाद कर,उन्हें उत्पादों का मूल्य संवर्धन कर विक्रय के लिए प्रेरित किया। जैविक उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता की सराहना करते हुए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) के बजाय अधिकतम खुदरा मूल्य (एमआरपी) पर विक्रय के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
मंत्री किसान कल्याण एवं कृषि विकास कमल पटेल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाया है। उन्हें न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) पर नहीं,अधिकतम खुदरा मूल्य (एमआरपी) पर फसल बेचने का अधिकार दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि अभी तक उत्पादक किसान बहुत थे, मगर खरीददार व्यापारी थोड़े से होने के कारण फसल का सही मूल्य नहीं मिल पाता था। अब किसान स्वयं अपने उत्पादन को बेचने में सक्षम हो गया है। वह खाद्यान्न उत्पादक संघ बनाकर अधिकतम खुदरा मूल्य प्राप्त कर सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वामित्व योजना से आजादी के 70 सालों के बाद किसानों को आबादी की जमीन का अधिकार मिल रहा है।
अब वह भी अपनी संपत्ति के आधार पर बैंको से ऋण लेकर अपना व्यवसाय खड़ा कर सकता है। आनंदीबेन पटेल ने कहा कि रासायनिक आदानों के अंधाधुंध उपयोग से मिट्टी जहरीली हो गई है। कैंसर जैसी गंभीर बीमारी उसी का प्रतिफल है। उन्होंने कहा कि भूमि के उपचार की जरूरत है। इसलिए सभी कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्रों में कार्यालयीन समय में भूमि उपचार के लिए बहिरंग व्यवस्था (ओपीडी) चलाई जायेगी। कृषि वैज्ञानिक गाँवो में जाकर चौपाल लगाकर किसानों को परामर्श देंगे, इसके लिए टोल फ्री हैल्प लाइन भी संचालित की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जैविक खेती भावी पीढ़ी के सुरक्षित भविष्य का आधार है।
कार्यक्रम में जवाहरलाल नेहरू कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति पी.के.बिसेन ने बताया कि पंवारखेड़ा कृषि अनुसंधान केन्द्र की स्थापना वर्ष 1903 में हुई है। इस अवधि में केन्द्र द्वारा 53 उन्नत गेहूं की किस्मों का आविष्कार किया है। उन्होंने किसानों से नरवाई नहीं जलाने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि केन्द्र से बायो डाइजेस्टर प्राप्त कर नरवाई को 15 दिनों में जैविक खाद में बदला जा सकता है।
कार्यक्रम में रेशम विभाग द्वारा रेशम उत्पादन तकनीक का, उद्यानिकी विभाग द्वारा जैविक उत्पाद का, कृषि विभाग द्वारा कृषि जैविक उत्पाद एवं जैविक उत्पादन तकनीक का, मछली पालन विभाग द्वारा मछली उत्पादन तकनीक और योजनाओं का, कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र गोविंदनगर बनखेड़ी द्वारा जैविक कृषि एवं उद्यानिकी और गौ आधारित कृषि उत्पादन, बांस और माटीकलां का, कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र हरदा, नरसिंहपुर, बैतूल तथा कृषि महाविद्यालय पवारखेड़ा द्वारा जैविक कृषि एवं कृषि आधारित उत्पाद का, पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा पशु पालन कार्यक्रम एवं विभागीय योजनाओं का जैविक कृषि फार्म किसानों द्वारा जैविक उत्पाद का और कृषि अभियांत्रिकी विभाग द्वारा उन्नत कृषि यंत्रो का प्रदर्शन किया गया था। इस अवसर पर विधानसभा के पूर्व अध्यक्ष सीतासरन शर्मा, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष कुशल पटेल भी मौजूद थे।

Agriculture University should come forward to supply organic inputs: Governor Anandiben Patel
He asked the scientists of Krishi Vigyan Kendra to produce improved organic food grains, fertilizers and pesticides on the fields of the farmers so that other nearby farmers would also be motivated for organic production. Anandiben Patel was addressing farmers at the Organic Advanced Agriculture Program held at Panwarkheda Hoshangabad today. Minister for Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Kamal Patel was also present on the occasion.
Governor Anandiben Patel said that products using chemical fertilizers are extremely harmful for health. He said that if the figures are taken, the number of people dying from cancer will be more than the deaths due to any other infection. He said that efforts should be made with unified vision for development. Successful production of organic manure, pesticides and nutrients from cow dung is being done in Gujarat. In Uttar Pradesh too, the project to produce organic products from cow dung of 10 thousand cows has started.
He stressed the need for integrated efforts not in the blueprint for development. He said that if problems are worked out with the overall development of the villages, many problems will be eradicated. Giving an example of the problem of malnutrition, he said that if the farmers start giving some vegetables in anganwadi and mid-day meal then the children will start getting nutritious food. He said that children are the future of the country. Special attention will have to be paid to the health of women and daughters for their health because a healthy mother will lead to a healthy child.
She laid special emphasis on women's self-reliance for the empowerment of women and said that women's self-help groups are a successful way of this. Governor Anandiben Patel visited the exhibition of organic agricultural products at the venue and interacted with the farmers, motivating them to sell the products by increasing the value. Appreciating the quality of organic products encouraged to sell at maximum retail price (MRP) instead of minimum support price (MSP).
Minister for Farmers Welfare and Agricultural Development Kamal Patel said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made farmers self-reliant. They are empowered to sell the crop at the maximum retail price (MRP), not the minimum support price (MSP). He said that till now there were many productive farmers, but due to few buyers, they could not get the right price for the crop. Now the farmer himself is able to sell his produce. He can get maximum retail price by forming a food cartel association. He said that after 70 years of independence from the ownership scheme, farmers are getting the right to the land of the population.
Now he too can build a business by taking loans from banks on the basis of his wealth. Anandiben Patel said that the indiscriminate use of chemical inputs has poisoned the soil. A serious disease like cancer is a byproduct. He said that the land needs to be remedied. Therefore,in all agricultural science centers, OPD will be run for land treatment in official time. Agricultural scientists will go to villages and put a chaupal and advise the farmers, for this a toll free helpline will also be operated. He said that organic farming is the basis for a secure future for future generations.
In the program, Vice Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru Agricultural University PK Bisen told that Panwarkheda Agricultural Research Center was established in the year 1903. During this period,53 advanced wheat varieties have been invented by the Center. He appealed to the farmers not to burn the narwhal,saying that by consuming bio - digester from the center,the narwhal can be converted into organic manure in 15 days.
In the program, silk production technology by silk department, organic produce by horticulture department, agriculture organic product and organic production technology by agriculture department, fish production technology and schemes by fisheries department, organic agriculture and horticulture by Krishi Vigyan Kendra Govindnagar Bankheri And cow-based agricultural production, of bamboo and matikalaan, Krishi Vigyan Kendra Harda, Narsinghpur, Betul And Agricultural College Pawarkheda showcased organic agriculture and agro-based products, Animal Husbandry Department's Animal Husbandry Program and Departmental schemes, Organic Farm Farm, Organic Products by Farmers and Agricultural Engineering Department demonstrated improved agricultural machinery. Former assembly speaker Sitasaran Sharma, District Panchayat Speaker Kushal Patel were also present on the occasion.
