मध्यप्रदेश के प्रस्तुत 82 हजार 342 महिला स्व - सहायता समूहों के प्रकरणों में से 32 हजार 62 एस.एच.जी.के प्रकरण स्वीकृत किए गए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि महात्मा गांधी नरेगा के क्रियान्वयन में भी मध्यप्रदेश भारत में प्रथम आया है। मध्यप्रदेश में इस वर्ष मनरेगा के अंतर्गत अभी तक 22810 ग्राम पंचायतों में से 22108 (97%) ग्राम पंचायतों में सक्रिय 01 करोड़ 14 लाख 66 हजार सक्रिय मजदूरों में से 20 लाख 17 हजार 56 (17.59%) मजदूरों को प्रतिदिन नियोजित किया जा रहा है,जो भारत में सर्वाधिक है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इस उपलब्धि के लिए पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग को बधाई दी।
प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के क्रियान्वयन में मध्यप्रदेश प्रथम :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के क्रियान्वयन में भी दिए गए लक्ष्य की पूर्ति में मध्यप्रदेश प्रथम रहा है। प्रदेश में मार्ग निर्माण की लंबाई के 2550 कि.मी.के लक्ष्य के विरूद्ध 1010 कि.मी.मार्ग निर्माण किया गया जो लक्ष्य का 39.62 प्रतिशत है तथा भारत में सर्वाधिक है।
प्लास्टिक वेस्ट से सर्वाधिक रोड निर्माण :- मध्यप्रदेश ग्रामीण सड़क विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा ग्रीन टैक्नोलॉजी के अंतर्गत प्लास्टिक वेस्ट से सर्वाधिक लंबाई 7.5 हजार कि.मी.के मार्ग निर्मित किए गए। इस कार्य में मध्यप्रदेश भारत में प्रथम रहा है। ई-मार्ग पोर्टल के माध्यम से कार्यों के भुगतान में भी मध्यप्रदेश प्रथम रहा है। पोर्टल के माध्यम से प्रदेश के मध्यप्रदेश ग्रामीण सड़क प्राधिकरण के 2370 कार्यों में से 2166 का भुगतान प्रारंभ किया गया।
प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना में द्वितीय :- प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना में भी मध्यप्रदेश में अच्छा कार्य हुआ है। इसमें मध्यप्रदेश देश में दूसरे स्थान पर है। प्रदेश में 23 लाख 63 हजार 777 प्रधानमंत्री आवास स्वीकृत किए गए, जिनमें से 17 लाख 59 हजार 675 आवास पूर्ण कर लिए गए हैं।
अधिक से अधिक हों समरस पंचायतें :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में अधिक से अधिक समरस पंचायतें हों,ऐसे प्रयास किए जाएं। इसके लिए अभियान चलाया जाए। इनमें सरपंच निर्विरोध चुने जाते हैं,जिससे चुनाव में व्यय होने वाली राशि ग्राम के विकास में खर्च होती है। शासन द्वारा समरस पंचायतों को विकास के लिए अतिरिक्त राशि भी प्रदान की जाती है।
दीनदयाल अंत्योदय समितियों को सक्रिय करें :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि ग्राम पंचायतों के विकास कार्यों की मॉनीटरिंग के लिए ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर दीनदयाल अंत्योदय समितियों को सक्रिय किया जाए। इनमें सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं तथा गैर राजनैतिक व्यक्तियों को शामिल किया जाए।
सी.ई.ओ. जनपद की कार्यप्रणाली को बेहतर बनाएं :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि सी.ई.ओ.जनपद पंचायत की कार्यप्रणाली को बेहतर बनाया जाए। अच्छा कार्य करने वालों को प्रोत्साहित किया जाए।
बंजर जमीन को उपजाऊ बनाने के कार्य लें :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने निर्देश दिए कि मनरेगा के अंतर्गत बंजर भूमियों को उपजाऊ बनाने के कार्य प्राथमिकता से लिए जाने चाहिए। खेत - सड़क योजना को गति दी जाए।
86 लाख 37 हजार मजदूरों को कार्य दिया गया :- मनरेगा योजना के अंतर्गत प्रदेश में इस वित्तीय वर्ष में अभी तक कुल 86 लाख 37 हजार मजदूरों को रोजगार दिया गया है,इनमें 36 लाख 87 हजार महिलाएं हैं। कार्यों में प्रतिदिन लगभग 20 लाख श्रमिकों का नियोजन किया जा रहा है,जो भारत में सर्वाधिक है।
अंतिम छोर के किसान के लिए वाटर चैनल निर्माण :- प्रदेश में मनरेगा के अंतर्गत सिंचाई परियोजना के कमांड एरिया में अंतिम छोर के किसान तक सिंचाई के लिए पानी पहुंचाने के लिए वाटर कोर्स चैनल' का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इस कार्य को प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश दिए। स्व - सहायता समूह संघ भवन निर्माण के कार्य की भी मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रशंसा की। शांति - धाम विकास कार्य को भी प्राथमिकता दें।
बैठक में पंचायत और ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री महेन्द्र सिंह सिसौदिया,पंचायत और ग्रामीण विकास राज्यमंत्री राम खेलावन पटेल,मुख्य सचिव इकबाल सिंह बैंस,अपर मुख्य सचिव पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग मनोज श्रीवास्तव भी उपस्थित थे।

Empowerment of women of Madhya Pradesh is our top priority: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan
Out of 82 thousand 342 women self - help groups cases of Madhya Pradesh,32 thousand 62 SHG cases have been approved. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that Madhya Pradesh has come first in India in the implementation of Mahatma Gandhi NREGA. In Madhya Pradesh this year, 20 lakh 17 thousand 56 (17.59%) laborers are being employed daily out of 01 million 14 lakh 66 thousand active laborers active in 22108 (97%) gram panchayats under MNREGA so far this year.,Which is the highest in India.
Madhya Pradesh first in the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh has been the first in accomplishing the target given in the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. Against the target of 2550 km of road construction length, 1010 km of roads have been constructed,which is 39.62 percent of the target and is the highest in India.
Maximum road construction from Plastic Waste :- Under Madhya Pradesh Rural Road Development Authority, roads of maximum length of 7.5 thousand km were constructed from Plastic Waste. Madhya Pradesh has been the first in India in this work. Madhya Pradesh has also been the first in payment of works through e-Marg portal. Payment of 2166 out of 2370 works of Madhya Pradesh Rural Roads Authority was started through the portal.
Second in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana :- A good work has been done in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh ranks second in this country. 23 lakh 63 thousand 777 prime houses have been sanctioned in the state, out of which 17 lakh 59 thousand 675 houses have been completed.
There should be maximum Samras Panchayats :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that efforts should be made to have maximum Samras Panchayats in the state. A campaign should be conducted for this. The sarpanch is elected unopposed in these, due to which the amount spent in the election is spent in the development of the village. The government also provides additional funds for development to the Samaras Panchayats.
Activate Deendayal Antyodaya Committees :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Deendayal Antyodaya Samitis should be activated at the Gram Panchayat level for monitoring the development works of Gram Panchayats. Social workers and non-political persons should be included in these.
C.E.O. Improve the functioning of the district Those doing good work should be encouraged.
Take the task of making barren land fertile :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan directed that the works to make barren lands fertile under MNREGA should be taken on priority. Farm - road planning should be given momentum.
86 lakh 37 thousand laborers were given work :- Under the MNREGA scheme, 86 lakh 37 thousand laborers have been provided employment in the state so far this financial year, out of which 36 lakh 87 thousand are women. Around 20 lakh workers are being employed every day in the works, which is the highest in India.
Water channel construction for the end - end farmer :- Water course channel is being constructed in the command area of the irrigation project under MNREGA in the state to provide water for irrigation to the end-end farmer. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan gave instructions to give priority to this work. The Chief Minister also praised the work of building self - help group Sangh Bhavan. Priority should also be given to Shanti-Dham development work.
Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Mahendra Singh Sisodia, Minister of State for Panchayat and Rural Development Ram Khelvan Patel, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary Panchayat and Rural Development Department Manoj Shrivastava were also present in the meeting.
