गरीबी मिटाने का यह बहुत बड़ा माध्यम होगा। इस अवसर पर मध्यप्रदेश आजीविका मार्ट का शुभारंभ भी किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आज मिंटों हाल सभा कक्ष में पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में स्व - सहायता समूहों के खातों में 200 करोड़ रूपये की राशि अंतरित करते हुए कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश में इन समूहों को बड़ी,अचार और पापड़ बनाने से आगे ले जाकर नवीन गतिविधियों जैसे किचिन शेड के निर्माण,बंजर भूमि समतलीकरण, वर्क शेड निर्माण,कुँआ निर्माण,मवेशी आश्रय भवन,भण्डरण भवन और पशुपालन से भी जोड़ा जायेगा।
इन नयी जिम्मेदारियों से महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनेंगी। कोई ऐसा कार्य नहीं जो हमारी बहनें नहीं कर सकतीं। कार्यक्रम में समूहों को मिली सफलता पर आधारित एक लघु फिल्म प्रदर्शित की गई। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने विभाग के नवीन पोर्टल http://shgjivika.mp.gov.in/mpmart/index की भी शुरूआत की जिस के माध्यम से ग्रामों के उत्पाद के विक्रय का कार्य आसान होगा। इससे पंजीकृत समूह,शासकीय संस्थाओं और व्यक्तिगत उपभोक्ताओं को विक्रय कर अधिक लाभ अर्जित कर सकेंगे।
प्रदेश में 10 लाख परिवारों की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। प्रदेश में 35 लाख से अधिक ग्रामीण निर्धन परिवारों के 3 लाख से अधिक स्व - सहायता समूहों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की गई है। प्रदेश में कुल 2237 करोड़ रूपये की राशि वितरित की जा चुकी है।
देश में द्वितीय स्थान के लिये मिली बधाईयाँ :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि स्व-सहायता समूहों ने कोरोन संकट के समय प्रदेश में मास्क निर्माण जैसा महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किया। प्रदेश की आबादी को कोरोना वायरस से बचाने में समूहों की महिलाओं ने अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाई। इसके लिये महिला स्व - सहायता समूह की बहने बधाई की पात्र हैं। वस्तव में इन बहनों की कार्य क्षमता अभूतपूर्व है। समूहों को इस वर्ष कुल 1400 करोड़ की सहायता दी जायेगी।
गतवर्ष के 175 करोड़ रूपये के वितरण के मुकबाले इस वर्ष समूहों को 883 करोड़ रूपये की राशि का वितरण किया जा चुका है। मध्यप्रदेश बीते वर्ष की तुलना में 708 करोड़ से अधिक राशि का वितरण कर देश में दूसरे स्थान पर है। इसके लिये समूहों की बहनें और पंचायत ग्रामीण विकास विभाग बधाई का पात्र है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने भोपाल जिले के स्व-सहायता समूह की महिलाओं को राशि प्रदान की। प्रतीक स्वरूप 5 समूहों को राशि दी गई। राशि प्राप्त करने वालों में माया दीदी सीमा रिंकल,सुनीता अनीता,तारा,रुकमणी दीदी आदि शामिल हैं।
महिलाओं को देंगे अधिक से अधिक सुविधाएं :- मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में बालिकाओं और महिलाओं को स्व-सहायता समूहों के माध्यम से सशक्त बनाने के अलावा अन्य योजनाओं के माध्यम से लाभांवित करने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। पूर्व वर्षों में विद्यालय जाने के लिये साइकिल प्रदान करने,गर्भावस्था और प्रसव के पश्चात पोषण आहार के लिये राशि, संबल योजना और लाड़ली लक्ष्मी योजना के क्रियान्वयन से महिलाओं को लाभ मिला है।
नशे के विरूद्ध अभियान में महिलाएँ बनें सहयोगी :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में मफिया के विरूद्ध अभियान छेड़ा गया है। इसके साथ ही नशे की लत से युवाओं को बचाने के लिये अनेक कदम उठाये गये हैं। महिलाएं भी बच्चों को नशे की तरफ बढ़ने से रोककर इस कार्य में सहयोगी बन सकती हैं।
बेटी बचाओ अभियान में भी मददगार हो बहनें :- मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि महिलाओं के विरूद्ध अपराध न हों और बेटी बचाओ अभियान को गति मिले इसके लिये शासकीय विभाग सक्रिय हैं। इस कार्य में हमारी बहनें भी मददगार बनें। चिटफंड के नाम पर पैसे दोगुने करने वाले आर्थिक अपराधियों और गुंडागर्दी करने वालों को नहीं बख्शा जायेगा। महिलाएं भी इन प्रयासों में मददगार बनें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने किया समूहों की बहनों से संवाद :- कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेन्स के माध्यम से तीन जिलों की बहनों से संवाद भी किया। इनमें झाबुआ जिले की जनपद पंचायत झाबुआ अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत भगौर निवासी गीतांजलि स्व - सहायता समूह की सदस्य किरण,शहडोल जिले की जनपद पंचायत सुहागपुर अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत केवलारी के ग्राम कल्याणपुर निवासी लक्ष्मी स्व - सहायता समूह की सदस्य पिंकी कुशवाह एवं सतना जिले की जनपद पंचायत नागौद अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत उसरार निवासी राधाकृष्णा स्व - सहायता समूह की सदस्य अनीता मांझी शामिल हैं।
तीसरी बार सामूहिक ऋण वितरण :- यह ऋण वितरण गत पांच माह में तीसरी बार हुआ है। राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के तहत गठित स्व - सहायता समूहों के सदस्यों को आज वर्चुअल कार्यक्रम में 207 करोड रूपये बैंक ऋण वितरित किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने इससे पहले 20 सितम्बर 2020 एवं 23 नवम्बर 2020 को वर्चुअल कार्यक्रमों में ऋण वितरित किया था। मिशन ने अब तक दो हजार 30 करोड रूपये से अधिक बैंक ऋण के रूप में स्व-सहायता समूहों को वितरित किया है। पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग ने कोरोना काल में ग्रामीण परिवारों की आर्थिक स्थिति सुदृढ़ करने के लिये लॉकडाउन के समय से लगातार वर्चुअल कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर हितग्राहियों को लाभान्वित किया।
पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री महेन्द्र सिंह सिसौदिया ने कहा कि सरकार ग्रामीण बहनों को आगे बढ़ा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान इसके लिए बधाई के पात्र हैं। उन्होंने निरंतर समीक्षा कर इस कार्य को गति प्रदान की है। म.प्र.राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन अंतर्गत ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में निवासरत निर्धन परिवारों की महिला सदस्यों को स्व-सहायता समूहों से जोड़कर सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण किया जा रहा है। आमतौर पर देखने में आता है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में लोग बैंकिंग सेवाओं की प्रक्रियाओं में दस्तावेजीकरण व अन्य औपचारिकताओं की कठिनाई के कारण पात्र होने के बावजूद विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ लेने से वंचित रह जाते हैं।
राज्य सरकार ने इस प्रक्रिया को और सरल करने के उद्देश्य से बैंकों के साथ भी व्यापक स्तर पर समन्वय स्थापित कर स्व - सहायता समूहों के लिये पर्याप्त बैंक ऋण आसानी से उपलब्ध कराने का संकल्प लिया है। प्रारंभ में अपर मुख्य सचिव पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग मनोज श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि मध्यप्रदेश ने स्व - सहायता समूहों को सहायता राशि देकर देश में दूसरा स्थान अर्जित किया है। स्व - सहायता समूहों की महिलाओं ने परिश्रम और मजबूत संकल्प से समूह गतिविधियों का बढ़ाया है। मध्यप्रदेश राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के मुख्यकार्यपालन अधिकारी ललित मोहन बेलवाल ने आभार व्यक्त किया।

Madhya Pradesh government transfers 200 crores to the account of women self-help groups : Shivraj Singh Chauhan
This will be a great means of eradicating poverty. Madhya Pradesh Aajeevika Mart was also launched on this occasion. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today transferred Rs 200 crore to the accounts of self-help groups in a program organized by Panchayat and Rural Development in Minto Hall Sabha Room,and said that these groups in Madhya Pradesh Going beyond making big,pickles and papad,new activities like construction of kitchen shed,waste land leveling,work shed construction,well construction,cattle shelter building,storage building and animal husbandry will also be linked.
These new responsibilities will empower women financially. There is no work that our sisters cannot do. The program featured a short film based on the success the groups had received. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan also launched the department's new portal http://shgjivika.mp.gov.in/mpmart/index through which the work of selling the products of the villages will be easy. With this,registered groups,government entities and individual consumers will be able to earn more profit by selling.
Efforts are being made to improve the economic condition of 10 lakh families in the state. Financial assistance has been provided to more than 3 lakh self-help groups of more than 35 lakh rural poor families in the state. A total amount of Rs 2237 crore has been distributed in the state.
Congratulations for the second place in the country :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that self-help groups did important work like making masks in the state during the Coron crisis. The women of the groups played their part in protecting the state's population from the corona virus. For this,women self - help groups are eligible for congratulations. In fact,the work capacity of these sisters is unprecedented. A total of Rs 1400 crore will be provided to the groups this year.
Against the distribution of Rs 175 crore last year, an amount of Rs 883 crore has been distributed to the groups this year. Madhya Pradesh is second in the country by distributing more than 708 crore amount as compared to last year. For this, the sisters of the groups and the Panchayat Rural Development Department are eligible for congratulations. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan provided the funds to the women of self - help group of Bhopal district. As a symbol,funds were given to 5 groups. Recipients of the zodiac include Maya Didi,Seema Wrinkle,Sunita Anita,Tara,Rukmani Didi,etc.
Will provide more and more facilities to women :- The Chief Minister said that apart from empowering girls and women through self - help groups,work is being done to benefit them through other schemes. In the past years,women have benefited from providing cycles to go to school, amount for nutritional food after pregnancy and delivery, implementation of Sambal Yojana and Ladli Laxmi Yojana.
Women should become allies in the campaign against drugs :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the campaign against mafia has been waged in the state. Along with this,several steps have been taken to save the youth from drug addiction. Women can also become helpers in this task by preventing children from turning to drugs.
Be also helpful in Beti Bachao Abhiyan,sisters :- The Chief Minister said that government departments are active for the crime against women and the Beti Bachao Abhiyan should gain momentum. Our sisters should also be helpful in this task. Economic offenders and hooligans who double the money in the name of chit fund will not be spared. Women should also be helpful in these efforts.
Chief Minister interacts with sisters of groups :- In the program, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan also interacted with sisters from three districts through video conference. Among them,Kiran,a member of Gitanjali self - help group,resident of Bhagour,village panchayat under Jhabua district panchayat in Jhabua district,Suhagpur district panchayat of Shahdol district Under Pinky Kushwaha,a member of Lakshmi Self - Help Group,a resident of Kalyanpur,Gram Panchayat Kevalari,and Anita Manjhi,a member of Radhakrishna Self - Help Group,a resident of Usharar,District Panchayat under Nagaud, District Panchayat,Satna.
Third time collective loan distribution :- This loan distribution has happened for the third time in the last five months. Bank loan of Rs 207 crore was distributed to the members of self - help groups formed under the State Rural Livelihood Mission today. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan had earlier disbursed loans in virtual programs on 20 September 2020 and 23 November 2020. The Mission has so far disbursed more than two thousand 30 crore rupees as bank loan to self - help groups. The Panchayat and Rural Development Department benefited the beneficiaries by organizing virtual programs continuously from the time of lockdown to strengthen the economic condition of rural families during the Corona period.
Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Mahendra Singh Sisodia said that the government is advancing rural sisters. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan deserves congratulations for this. He has given speed to this work by continuous review. Social and economic empowerment is being done by linking women members of poor families living in rural areas with self-help groups under the Madhya Pradesh Rural Livelihood Mission. It is generally seen that people in rural areas are deprived of taking advantage of various schemes despite being eligible due to difficulty in documentation and other formalities in banking services processes.
With a view to further simplify this process,the State Government has also resolved to provide adequate bank loans to self - help groups by establishing coordination with banks on a large scale. Initially, Additional Chief Secretary Panchayat and Rural Development Department Manoj Shrivastava told that Madhya Pradesh It has earned second place in the country by providing assistance to self-help groups. Women of self - help groups have increased group activities with diligence and strong determination. Chief Executive Officer of Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission Lalit Mohan Belwal expressed his gratitude.
