मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने भोपाल के मिण्टो हॉल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश स्तरीय रोजगार उत्सव का शुभारंभ किया। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि हर हाथ को काम मिले,इसके लिए लगातार प्रयास होंगे। युवा बुलंद हौसलों के साथ कार्य करें,सरकार उनके साथ है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि कोरोना काल से बिगड़ी अर्थ - व्यवस्था को तेजी से ठीक करने के प्रयास किए गए हैं।
आर्थिक कठिनाइयों का रोना न रोते हुए हमने रास्ते निकाले हैं,यही सरकार और नेतृत्व का दायित्व भी है। आर्थिक गतिविधियों के लिए धन की कमी आड़े नहीं आने दी जाएगी। प्रदेश में विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत विभिन्न हितग्राहियों के खातों में 82 हजार करोड़ रूपये की राशि का अंतरण हुआ है। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि सरकार के बजट का बड़ा हिस्सा वेतन के वितरण में चला जाता है और इसी बजट से विकास कार्य भी करने होते हैं,लेकिन इससे समझौता नहीं हो सकता।
युवाओं को बाजार की मांग और आवश्यकता के अनुरूप प्रशिक्षित करना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रदेश में अधोसंरचना, कृषि, खाद्य प्र - संस्करण, उद्यानिकी आदि के माध्यम से आर्थिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा दिया गया है। खनिजों के दोहन और स्थानीय उत्पाद को प्रोत्साहित करने का कार्य हो रहा है। गत कुछ माह में 100 से अधिक रोजगार मेले भी लगाए गए हैं। हर महीने 1 लाख और वर्ष में 12 लाख युवा रोजगार या स्व - रोजगार हासिल कर लें,यह लक्ष्य लेकर कार्य शुरू किया है। नौजवानों को जीविका का साधन उपलब्ध करवा कर नई जिन्दगी दें,इसी उद्देश्य के साथ मध्यप्रदेश आत्म-निर्भर बनेगा।
मध्यप्रदेश की विशेषताएँ समृद्धि दिलवाएंगी :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में स्थानीय हुनर को प्रोत्साहन दिया जाएगा। दीपावली पर उपयोग में आने वाला दिया चीन से नहीं आना चाहिए। भारत में निर्मित वस्तुओं का ही उपयोग हो और हम लोकल को वोकल बनाने का कार्य करें। मध्यप्रदेश का बाघ प्रिंट,चंदेरी की साड़ियाँ,अगरिया समुदाय द्वारा निर्मित किए जाने वाले लौह उत्पाद प्रसिद्ध हैं। 'एक जिला एक उत्पाद' के अंतर्गत जिलों के उत्पाद और विशेष वस्तुओं को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजार उपलब्ध करवाने का प्रयास सरकार का है। इन सभी प्रयासों से रोजगार और आर्थिक समृद्धि का मार्ग आसान हो रहा है।
ग्लोबल स्किल पार्क देगा युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि भोपाल के ग्लोबल स्किल पार्क से प्रथम वर्ष में 6 हजार और फिर आगे प्रतिवर्ष 10 हजार युवाओं को कौशल प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। यह अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर का स्किल पार्क होगा। इसे वर्ष 2022 तक निर्मित करने का लक्ष्य है। वर्ष 2019 में इसका निर्माण ठप्प हो गया था। इसे पुन : गति दी गई है। मॉडल आईटीआई के माध्यम से भी प्रदेश के संभागीय मुख्यालयों में युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित करने की व्यवस्था की गई है। पुरानी योजनाओं की री-पैकेजिंग भी की जा रही है। इन सभी कार्यों में धन की कमी नहीं आने दी जाएगी। निवेश के लिए सभी जरूरी सुविधाएँ दी जाएंगी। प्रदेश में हाल ही में प्रारंभ 20 औद्योगिक इकाइयों ने 4 हजार युवाओं को रोजगार दिया है। ये प्रयास जारी रहेंगे।
श्रम सिद्धि अभियान :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में 32 लाख नये श्रमिकों को जॉब कार्ड उपलब्ध करवाए गए हैं। करीब 92 लाख श्रमिकों को रोजगार भी दिलवाया गया है। वर्ष 2020 - 21 में हुआ यह कार्य प्रदेश के इतिहास का सबसे बड़ा रोजगार अभियान भी बन गया।
स्व-सहायता समूहों से मिली मदद :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में रोजगार के माध्यम से विभिन्न वर्गों की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार के लिए महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए गए हैं। स्व - सहायता समूहों के माध्यम से सामग्री के निर्माण और विक्रय का तंत्र सशक्त किया गया है। करीब पौने तीन लाख नए परिवार लगभग 25 हजार समूह से जुड़े हैं। पर्यटन से रोजगार के अंतर्गत बफर में सफर, नाईट सफारी और धार्मिक स्थानों के विकास के कार्यों से लोगों को आर्थिक संबल मिला है।
रोजगार पोर्टल कारगर सिद्ध होगा :- कोरोना काल में रोजगार सेतु पोर्टल के माध्यम से 46 हजार नियुक्तियाँ संभव हो सकी। पोर्टल के माध्यम से 35 हजार नियोक्ता और 7 लाख से अधिक प्रवासी श्रमिक एक प्लेटफार्म पर आकर परस्पर जुड़ सके हैं। पुलिस में भर्ती के साथ ही अन्य विभागों के करीब 5 हजार रिक्त पद भरने की प्रक्रिया को गति दी गई है। शहरी और ग्रामीण स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स को ब्याज मुक्त ऋण दिलवाया गया है। मध्यप्रदेश में इस योजना के अंतर्गत शहरी क्षेत्र में हुई प्रगति देश में सर्वश्रेष्ठ है।
औद्योगिक प्रगति के प्रयास :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि आज रोजगार सबसे बड़ी प्राथमिकता है। युवाओं को उनकी योग्यता और क्षमता के मुताबिक कार्य मिले,इसके लिए बहुमुखी प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। जहाँ नर्मदा जल का पूरा उपयोग सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है वहीं इंडस्ट्रियल कल्स्टर बनाने,चंबल क्षेत्र में अटल एक्सप्रेस - वे के निर्माण से औद्योगिक प्रगति आसान होगी। एक्सप्रेस - वे के निकट उद्योग विकसित होंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने की युवाओं और नियोक्ताओं से बातचीत :- मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों के युवाओं एवं शीर्ष नियोक्ताओं से संवाद भी किया। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने धार,सतना एवं शिवपुरी जिले के एक - एक युवा,जिन्हें रोजगार प्राप्त हुआ है,से संवाद भी किया। इनमें सतना,धार और शिवपुरी के युवा धनराज प्यासी,रानी मकवाना और हर्षवर्धिनी सिसोदिया शामिल हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आयशर ट्रेक्टर,मेजर डिजायर और वर्धमान समूह सहित विभिन्न नियोक्ताओं से भी चर्चा की। कुछ युवाओं को हैदराबाद,अहमदाबाद और अन्य स्थानों पर नियुक्तियाँ मिली हैं,उन्होंने भी अपने अनुभव बताए। इनमें लक्ष्मी बाई, जितेन्द्र धाकड़, योगेश विश्वकर्मा,सालिया खान शामिल हैं। वेलस्पन समूह ने 703 और वर्धमान यार्न बुधनी ने 652 युवाओं को रोजगार दिया है। अन्य उद्योगों ने भी युवाओं को अवसर दिये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने नियुक्ति पाने वाले युवाओं को बधाई दी। नियोक्ताओं को सम्मानित भी किया गया।
कार्यक्रम की विशेष अतिथि खेल एवं युवा कल्याण,तकनीकी शिक्षा कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार मंत्री यशोधरा राजे सिंधिया ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश देश का पहला प्रांत है,जिसने आत्म-निर्भर भारत के अंतर्गत आत्म - निर्भर मध्यप्रदेश का रोड मेप बनाया। मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी की मंशा के अनुरूप आर्थिक गतिविधियों के विस्तार और युवाओं को अधिकाधिक रोजगार के अवसर देने की दिशा में तेजी से कार्य किया है।
सांसद एवं प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष वी.डी.शर्मा ने कहा कि प्रदेश में 138 रोजगार मेलों के माध्यम से बड़ी संख्या में युवाओं को उनकी योग्यता के अनुरूप रोजगार दिलवाने में इस साल सफलता मिली है। निश्चित ही यह ब़ड़ी उपलब्धि है। इसके अलावा मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने विभिन्न तरह के हितग्राहियों के खातों में राशि जमा करवाने की व्यवस्था कर लाखों परिवारों की आर्थिक मुश्किलों को दूर करने का कार्य किया है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि आत्म - निर्भर मध्यप्रदेश अभियान के तहत प्रदेश के युवाओं को रोजगारपरक तकनीकी कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कर आजीविका के बेहतर अवसर प्रदान करने की मुहिम में तकनीकी शिक्षा,कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार विभाग ने रोजगार मेलों के माध्यम से हजारों युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान किए हैं। इस वित्त वर्ष में अब तक विभिन्न विभाग द्वारा लगभग 1 लाख 45 हजार युवाओं को रोजगार एवं स्व - रोजगार के अवसर दिलवाए गए हैं।

The biggest focus of Madhya Pradesh government is that every hand will get skills: Shivraj Singh Chauhan

The priority of the government is to train the youth according to the demand and requirement of the market. Keeping this in mind, economic activities have been promoted in the state through infrastructure,agriculture, food processing, horticulture etc. The work of exploitation of minerals and promotion of local produce is in progress. More than 100 employment fairs have also been organized in the last few months. 1 lakh every month and 12 lakh youth in the year to get employment or self-employment,started the work with the goal of achieving this. Provide new life by providing means of livelihood to the youth, Madhya Pradesh will become self - reliant with this aim.
Specialties of Madhya Pradesh will bring prosperity :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that local skills will be encouraged in the state. The lamp used on Deepawali should not come from China. Only the goods manufactured in India should be used and we should work to make the local vocal. The tiger print of Madhya Pradesh, the sarees of Chanderi, the iron products manufactured by the Agariya community are famous.
Global Skill Park will provide training to youth :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that skill training will be imparted to 6 thousand youths in the first year from Bhopal's Global Skill Park and then 10 thousand youths every year. It will be an international level skill park. It is targeted to be built by the year 2022. Its construction was stalled in the year 2019. It has been revived. Through model ITI,arrangements have been made to train youth in the divisional headquarters of the state. Re - packaging of old schemes is also being done. There will be no shortage of funds in all these works. All necessary facilities will be provided for investment. Recently, 20 industrial units in the state have given employment to 4 thousand youth. These efforts will continue.
Shram Siddhi Abhiyan :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that job cards have been provided to 32 lakh new workers in the state. Employment has also been provided to about 92 lakh workers. This work done in the year 2020 - 21 also became the biggest employment campaign in the history of the state.
Help received from self - help groups :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that important steps have been taken to improve the economic condition of various sections through employment in the state. The mechanism of manufacturing and selling of materials through self-help groups has been strengthened. About one lakh three lakh new families are associated with about 25 thousand groups. Traveling in buffers, night safaris and development of religious places have provided economic support to people under employment from tourism.
Employment portal will prove to be effective :- 46 thousand appointments were possible through employment bridge portal in the Corona era. Through the portal,35 thousand employers and more than 7 lakh migrant workers have been able to connect on one platform. The process of filling up about 5 thousand vacant posts of other departments has been accelerated along with recruitment in police. Urban and rural street vendors have been provided interest-free loans. The progress made in the urban sector under this scheme in Madhya Pradesh is the best in the country.
Efforts for industrial progress :- Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that employment is the biggest priority today. Versatile efforts are being made for the youth to get the job according to their ability and ability. While the full use of Narmada water is being ensured,industrial progress will be made easier by making industrial clusters, construction of Atal Express - Way in Chambal region. Industries will develop near expressways.

Some of the youth have got appointments in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and other places, they also shared their experiences. These include Laxmi Bai, Jitendra Dhakad, Yogesh Vishwakarma, Salia Khan. It is noteworthy that in the campaign to provide better livelihood opportunities to the youth of the state by providing employable technical skills training under the self-reliant Madhya Pradesh campaign, the Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Department has provided employment opportunities to thousands of youths through employment fairs.
